I have not received my order yet. Did you send it? It was stopped because of the rain. I have received no word that it has been sent. At any rate....no chilies

Terrible. We ordered 3 boxes of Chile's and splurged for the two day delivery. 2 of the boxes arrived on time. The third is still stuck somewhere in the ups nether. The hatch Chile store simply told us to track the package at ups - basically, not their problem and haven't followed up otherwise.

Hi Richard, this is simply not the case. Anytime a box is lost or damaged, we replace it at no charge to our customers or provide a refund. When a carrier loses a box, that it the very best anyone can do for a customer. Can you please forward me whatever communication you received which indicated otherwise? Thanks, Preston
