Prompt attention to order. Also, free shipping during the holidays. I thought your product was high, but free shipping brought it into line with others. The recipients, both fans of NM and green chile, were pleased with their gifts.

The packaging was well done with plenty of dry ice. The packages of chile were nicely prepared, and it's great having the built-in zip locks. My only disappointment is that the medium chile has almost no heat. I would classify it as mild.

The alerts for when I was going to get the chile were too late, but fortunately it was delivered okay and I was there to receive it. But the packaging & product itself, so happy! I'm sharing it w/ my sister because we both miss green chile so much!

Once again an incorrect shipping date was provided when I called to find out when my chile would be sent, which ONCE AGAIN was a serious problem as we were not home the day it was delivered. These discrepancies between promised and actual ship dates can and ought to be cleared up.

Did not realize they had different distribution centers. The flavor was on the mild side but they said they would send me a box of hot so I am happy.

The medium hatch salsa was very tasty, but it simply wasn't enough to go around this household! I'm going to buy the 5lb roasted medium Hatch peppers REAL soon before you sell out of them.

It is very expensive. Seems like more than I paid when I lived there and had it roasted. I love the chili and I'm good walking advertisement. I just wish it was a little cheaper.

Hi Deborah, When you buy a sack of chile in Hatch you are paying for a sack of ungraded chile. We grade out all of the rotten chile, tiny chile, and any leaves. That way all the chile you receive is the cream of the crop! Thank you, Taylor

Placing an order online was fairly easy, website to find what you are looking for, very easy! Only thing I would suggest is making it easier to ensure 2 day delivery. I Thought I selected it, but I didn't. I had to call your store and have them update it.

Chili was delicious, and came in excellent condition and as-described. I was very impressed particularly by how well the frozen chili was packed. It came in a robust Styrofoam cooler and was still frozen hard as a rock when it arrived. I only gave 4 stars because the frozen chili took so long to ship, a little over 2 weeks before it was mailed.

If I think the way I am being talked to and how stuff is handle is to me isn’t the best then I’m not going to send a good review. The chile peppers are excellent and we will be back next year .but we received our UPS shipping label and the box never came .A week later after calling your office they found the mistake and it was promptly taken care of.

First, I would like to say we love Hatch Chilies. I purchase them for myself as well as other family members. This year we preordered a 25# box of Big Jims to get when first available. When we hadn't received them by September, I sent an email and was told my order had been placed on hold. Not sure why but, I received an apology and the box was sent out the next week. Received mid September on a 2 day delivery and this time the bottom layer of chilies had gone bad. The bottom of the box was wet. Not sure if that was from the deteriorating chilies or it had been set in water at some point. We're a little discouraged but, this won't keep us from ordering again. Things happen.

The Hatch Chiles arrived in a very timely manner. The absolute only complaint would be the amount of rotten chiles in the box of Sandia approx 8-10. There were only 3 mushy chiles in the box of Big Jims.

The chile was great and arrived in very good condition. The only reason I didn't give all the stars is that there was a delay in the shipping so didn't arrive in time for the birthday it was intended.

I ordered 280.00 worth of chile on September 4th. I also ordered 2 shirts. I received my shirts, but no chile. I called to track my order today. I was told that they Must not have shipped it and just marked it shipped when they shipped the shirts. It will be another week before I get my chile which is disappointing. My brother will be visiting from Georgia this weekend and was sure wanting some Hatch chile dishes. I love Hatch chile, but just a discouraged that it is taking s month to get my order.
