I received the rug one day later than I was told to expect the delivery. I was very disappointed with the colour when I received the rug - it did not relate to the picture of the rug on the website. I expected a blue rug as it was described as Teal Blue. The label, attached to the rug said 'Teal' but no mention of 'Blue'. The rug is a distinct GREEN. Therefore very disappointed.

Good delivery, the mat itself had a couple of pulls in it and a snagging mark where it was taped. It looks nice although disappointed with the snags.

rug seller very quick with taking order however follow up when problems presenting re : delivery very poor service, city link used for delivery waited a week after dispatch to be told we had had 2 failed deliveries when no delivery had been attempted what so ever, suggest city link not fit for purpose , call centre unable to confirm delivery or where order was, 3 very expensive phone calls later and a week wasted waiting ! lucky the rug was as expected !

On receiving my rug I found that it hadn't been rolled correctly and therefore was crushed on one corner and all down one side. I then found when I wanted to return the rug I had to arrange my own

The rug I bought was of excellent quality, but it was not the colour described on the Rugseller website, nor was it the same as displayed in the online images. This actually contravenes the Sale of Goods Act and thus I had no contract with the Rugseller. But although I got a full refund of the purchase price, the Rugseller have refused to refund my return postage cost. The online purchase process is very poorly designed, and so I did not know that returns would be charged. Despite many emails to try to reach at least a compromise, I have had to pay £52 to return the rug. Not good customer service. I will not buy form this retailer again and I would anyone against using the Rugseller unless they are prepared to pay returns in full, even if there is a genuine issue with the product

I have no complaints over the order and dispatch process, however the rugseller's aftersale service has so far left a lot to be desired. On receipt of our rug we immediately notified the rug seller of a defect by e mail to which I received no response. I followed up with a call and was asked to email photos of the defect, which I did and again received no response. Again I followed up with a call only to be challenged on our reason for wishing to return the rug. I made another call later that day and was promised the matter would be resolved and I would receive a call later that day to confirm the details. No surprise, I did not receive that call And I now find myself the other side of the weekend still waiting to hear from the rug seller. All we want is to exchange a rug, is that so difficult?

Much smaller than described. The Saturday delivery is misleading. One of the rugs arrived with a chunk missing at the side which my dog thought would be an ideal place to chew it. Overall - expensive, small and wouldn't go there again.

Although I am very happy with my new rug I had some poor dealings with the sales director. I have purchased several rugs from The Rugseller and only asked if there was any chance of a discount code. I received very rude replies from the sales director. However, I did purchase again as I am certain there are some decent people who work for the rugseller and value my custom.

I received the rug at time. However, I am very disappointed with its quality. Pile is constantly falls off and makes a mess. And we can not think about sitting on the rug if we do not want to be cover with wool pile. The seller unfortunately did not inform about this rug condition directly.

first rug came and the ends frayed within 2 days, second rug that was sent isn't going to last either - had that about 4 weeks and going the same way, when we asked about sending the first rug back, we were asked 'how are you hovering it?!?' it's a rug for gods sake, but after only having it for 2 days how would you think we were hovering it??? not impressed at all with this site or the service, they need to work a LOT harder at keeping customers happy, rather than questioning them about a rug they've only had for 2 days!!!

The quality of the rug is poor. I think I will get better rug e.g. From Ikea and even cheaper. The rug is on my floor for almost a week and still has waves. I try to straight it with the coffee table. It is seem to me that the material is not straight. Also I experience bad customer service. I will never buy any rug from the website.

This rug is a lovely cerise colour and it is an advantage that it is washable, but the slightest tread on it makes it ruck up and I am constantly straightening it.

I have ordered from The Rug Seller before and was very pleased with my purchase so decided to use them again. However, this time they failed to honour their price promise quoted in the Terms & Conditions, so I ended up paying more for this order than I would have done if I had gone elsewhere. Very disappointed, I thought they were a good company!

I thought I was just looking at the circular rugs available. I ordered from the box below the pictures. It turns out that not all the information shown in the ordering box is relevant to the pictures. I now have an oblong rug which doesn't fit the area for which I was expecting to receive a circular rug. The payment confirmation page received shows that I was paying for a circular rug.

As discussed over the phone you ordered from the circular section but chose a 90x150cm size (Rectangle) . These dimensions could not produce a circular shape and we have advised that you can return your rug for an exchange/refund.

I ordered a Teal & Cream striped Rug as advertised in pic, I got turquoise, lime green & cream rug when I rang to complain was told I could return it and receive a refund but I was responsible for P&P

The rug I bought was ok, but the colour was not as expected. The requirement that it had to be returned by courier made returning it very expensive, so I have ended up keeping a rug that is of no use to me.

The carpet came faulty, i asked for another one proving with pictures that it was faulty and I've been told that it was the design but on the web site is different. They offered me a refound but the item has to be delivered back within 6 days from the delivery and between the time I notice the fault, call, send email and get an answer I wouldn't never got my refund. The guy I made correspondence wasn't empathic at all and just on the top of all 2 days after I found the same identical rug on my local market for 30£ less and it wasn't faulty. Now I've covered the faulty side with a chair so at least I can live with it.

RUG WAS OF POOR QUALITY AND IT WAS GOING TO COST ME £55 TO SEND IT BACK WHICH I CAN NOT AFORD SO NOW STUCK WITH IT X

Not received it yet, I have been tracking it on line as delivering abroad in France. I have contacted the carrier DHL and should get it 5th July!!!
