We have a long and tight travel schedule in UK and others all fixed, left us only 3 days for Scotland where we want to join a local tour. But we could not find one with reasonable price. TourRadar helped us find one! And most important thing is although the communication is via email but TourRadar always replies very fast! Will see how is the trip recommended in Jun!

- The website provides a nice and huge variety of different tours, which I found impressive. - I had issues booking a tour and the support team helped me as much as they could given the circumstances - I felt they cared for my needs. - When chatting with a TourRadar Live Chat advisor, I felt the excitement the advisor had about the topic (he used to be a tour guide on a tour I had questions about) and felt I could trust his judgement. - I haven't even started the tour that I booked yet, but I'm already extremely happy about the booking process, the support advisors and the information provided - very competent service which you rarely see nowadays. Thank you!

Very good website. Easy booking system. Great selections of tours ! This is the first time for booking to my husband and I. Really looking forward to go and we hope your company is true to your promises and it will go well. Appreciate and love the payment options. Will try the online chat option.

I tried to book 2 tours. The first one you asked me to pay MORE than the double of the price as I was going by myself. More than the double??? The second was confirmed but right away someone wrote a message that it wasn’t and I should wait. I asked if it was solved and in 30 hours nobody aswered me. I phoned. Then I found out that it was cancelled and that I would be refund. But only because I phoned!!! It’s 10 days to try to solve a etinerary this and nothing. Just troubles. It’s a pitty because I was a client already. Companies are putting a lot of different days available at the website, I beleave it doesn’t help to make a group. Unfortunetly your service that is to book the trip fail completely with me and cause me a lot of stress and trouble. No aswer??? A book confirmed by mistake and nobody tell me??? I have to find out myself that I have no trip? The last thing that you want when you are in holidays and try to buy convinience. I’m not giving 0 or 1 just because the contact at the phone was nice.

Love your web-site - many tours to look at - one stop shopping. This is first time I tried booking a trip through you. The experience not so great. During a chat your agent promised to call me the next day to help with booking the tour - well - she did not deliver on the promise. So, I decided to call - again - very disappointed with the service. The man I spoke with didn't know what he was doing, I had to provide cues and he didn't even say thank you or good buy when we were finished. Poor customer service!

We found that the TourRadar staffers were both prompt and forthcoming in answering the specific questions we put to them in writing. We also appreciate the savings we received by booking through TourRadar rather than the company, Trafalgar, which is actually providing the travel service. We were a bit miffed that not until just before our booking did we receive the word that the partially-deferred payment schedule laid out in the TourRadar ad was really the policy of Trafalgar and that to get the lower price from TourRadar we had to pay the full price up front. We are waiting until this trip is over before deciding whether we will recommend TourRadar to our friends. We think the answer will be yes, but will wait and see.
