“I’ve been a fan of using TourRadar not just to book tours, but to gather travel ideas for a long time now. Why search endless sites when TourRadar has it all in one place? “I received an email with a booking number. The next day I received an email saying the booking was not confirmed but an open request. After spending many hours communicating with Tour Radar I was told the booking would go through but we would be staying at another hotel 8 minutes walk from the hotel where everyone else is staying.”

We understand that the On Request process can be frustrating, but it is an industry standard when a tour or region is popular and busy. Even though there are spaces left on the tour, they cannot guarantee that the hotel will have vacancies for every traveller - and with hotels in a high season, the rooming situation in a hotel can change quickly. The Tour Operator has offered to accommodate you in a nearby hotel but also given you the option to cancel with a full refund if this is not suitable for you. “I have so much trouble opening your emails. Sometimes the computer seems to fade out before it comes back. I often cannot open them to ask questions. I have no trouble with any other emails I receive”

“This was a very simple service to use. It appears well organized with good information and a quick turnaround. It was noted that it could take 48 hours for my booking to be confirmed and I had an answer within only a couple of hours. I suspect that has at least something to do with the efficiency of the tour company itself but the integration seemed to go very smoothly.”

“I was very pleased with Madara, the Customer Service Rep who assisted me with my booking. She was great and really very helpful. Price of the tours being offered is very competitive and reasonable. Site was very easy to navigate. I am a repeat customer of Tour Radar and will definitely use your site again for future travels.”

“I’ve sent a request for information regarding a booking and no one has got back to me. It seems that once I’ve paid no one is interested in dealing with further queries. Not what I expected, however having read reviews about Tourradar I don't think I’m an isolated case.”
