“The TourRadar reservation site is unique. It's a great way to communicate about the different aspects of the tour. It's shows the trail of communication in one place rather than needing to back track through mounds of emails. It provides links to pertinent information about the tour, provides your invoice, is a quick way to ask and answer questions, stores the itinerary and vouchers, and gives contact information - all in a single place.”

“Well, to my knowledge the booking was easy. But it would have been better IF only they had Toll free phone contact. I have booked with another tour organization before and they DID have a toll free number and it made it much easier for me to get information.”

“In 2018 i took two tours thru Tour Radar, one with Trafalgar and one with EuropaMundo. The Trafalgar/Costsaver tour was substantially better in every way than the tour with Europamundo, but I suppose that depends on the tour operator and not on Tour Radar which is the tour broker. I have now booked a tour with Cosmos for May 2019. So far the support provided by Tour Radar has been excellent. Let´s hope the tour itself with Cosmos is also up to par.”

“when you make a mistake to book online on wrong day, I want to change a date, it hard for me to get in touch and answer from the the company oversea. ,I have to wait so long 2-3 days to get the answer.' I am very dissapoint about it. The agent in US is ok, Monica I had been booked 3 days ago, Jan 23, 2019, if you can help me to correct it , I am appreciate”

“We were interested in a trip to Scotland and thought the choice was very good. I checked availability and having done so booked with the guy who was in Toronto rather than on line. I found him to be professional and amusing, it was a good experience. So far so good, we await the acturl trip.”
