Horrible service- Do NOT use them! Worst courier service in the UK. NEVER use them! I thought UPS was one of the best courier services in the world ( if not the best). I was completely wrong. I can easily say UPS is the worst courier I’ve ever dealt with ( excluding national mail services ). This review is about an international shipment- but I can see even domestic shipments are very bad, based on reviews. - Their website is useless and it’s so difficult to navigate. When you log into your account things get much worse! SO confusing. -They never came to collect my letter. I immediately logged into my account only to see that collection was ‘unsuccessful’- no further explanation. - I thought let’s give them a second chance and I tried to re-arrange the collection. Nothing- the system doesn’t let me reschedule the collection! - After reading all the reviews here I decided to cancel my shipment and collection. - The system didn’t let me do any of the above- it’s really rubbish. - I emailed customer service and their response, not empathetic at all, was to give instructions where to click on the website to cancel the shipment- as that I hadn’t done this already myself. They also said they can’t cancel it from their end; this is outrageous! - I replied saying they must cancel it themselves as I can’t do it online and demanding my shipment and collection money back ASAP. - I’m waiting for their response now. Apart from all the above, the confirmation email they send and the information on the website is terrible. You can’t even find how much you paid for the shipment and the charge for the collection wasn’t stated during payment. UPS why is your website, service and customer service so bad?! Do you really want to lose thousands of customers? Or is it that you don’t care about residential deliveries and you are mostly used by companies and not individuals? All of us who commented here will never use you again. Do something if you want to keep existing. And give me my money back ASAP!

Sat in all day waiting for delivery of a parcel that left depot 07:30 thirty miles from me. Tracking website just said delivery by end of day every time I updated it. At 19:30, TWELVE hours after it left for delivery, it updated to say parcel was being returned to depot.!! Delivery delayed by 1 business day, estimated delivery by end of day. No reason given for failure to deliver. I've had various couriers recently, but UPS are by far the worst. And now having changed plans, I won't be in to receive the parcel IF they do manage to arrive.

I was driving down route 420 going south in Delaware County when an ups truck came out of a side street cut right in front of me and stopped dead. He was right in front of me, so I didn't have time to go completely around the driver, it was like the driver did this on purpose so that the right side of my bumper hit the truck. the driver got out of the truck and looked at the damage. So I asked him about it and he said there was none, and drove off. i gut out of my vehicle and saw that there was damage to mine. I called the company and all the responses I was given is the need to make a throw investigation. One of the supervisors called me and said the matter is still under investigation, and haven't heard from them since. I hope that I do soon or I will spread this all over Facebook and wherever else I can. So if ups is reading this complaint, be it known that I will take this to the ends of the earth, to get my satisfaction.

UPS IT S THE WORST COMPANY I EVER WORK WITH! I’m trying to call and email them for over than one month and they literally don’t give a s**t. They lost my package with an har drive inside, with ALL MY DATA because when the package arrived at my home address I wasn’t even home, I was at work and they told me that I signed for it. How? Explain me... So guys now every single time when I’m calling them they just telling me to wait and to send more proofs through fax. This is disgusting, Im not gonna use ups never in my life! Terrible service!

It takes 11m37s over the phone to organise a collection that was prepaid online (ie. they already have all the details of sender and destination, but still need to ask for these again after they said they had them...) UPS is not in the 21st century

Worst company ever. Twice the delivery person left notices at the door when I was in the house. I have no idea why they could not knock but found it easier to just leave a note and say there was no one. I also wonder why they did not call on both occasions when they had my number. The second time that they attempted to deliver, they called me and I had just gone to the shops. I advised the guy that I was ten min away and could rush home to meet him. He was not prepared to listen and I wondered why he had called in the first place. I have seen this afternoon that they left a final notice. Having just looked at the reviews, only 4% would rate UPS services as excellent. Today I join the 92% on TrustPilot who say they are very bad. It is so disappointing that after waiting for a whole week the only message you get is that they will not attempt to deliver again.

They don't seem to care about the people they are delivering to. UPS sent me an email saying that they would deliver my parcel the next day, by the end of the day. This meant I was committed to saying in all day. The next day no delivery At about 19.45 had an email saying they would deliver the next day. No comment at all about the non delivery. No apology. Again delivery would be by end of day. It did arrive. Is it too much to say sorry when you don't deliver? Why can't UPS be more precise with delivery times? Other delivery companies give accurate times down to two hour slots!

This company genuinely needs investigated. I've never seen such negligence when it come to customer service. UPS employees actually told me that the trackers doesn't work. The customer service can't contact other departments within the organisation. I paid the import tax and its still telling me I owe money. Its a circus, I'd laugh if it wasn't so serious. I don't actually think they deliver a single parcel on time, actually I think you should just be grateful you get it at all!

Worst company every, dont ever use them, I've updated my adress 4 times ffs what the hell is wrong with you guys honestly, and its gonna take 2 days to process that now and probably still wont get it right, just close your doors guys you are a failure to the mailing service, not to mention your employees are lazy af and wont walk 10 feet to a door, like I said close your doors and give up, I haven't found 1 good review for you either like that should be a big red flag that your company is not working, I'm thinking about sueing you guys for all the headaches you've caused me over the years with your stuupidity.

I bought a present for my sons birthday, who lives miles away. Ups were the parcel service. Delivery day specified, my son stayed in all day to receive parcel. 9pm came and no delivery. Tracking gave no update. Tried to contact ups and phone message stated that they were not taking calls until further notice. Email contact was just a list of generic menus, no way of writing anything. Customer service non existent. Contacted the suppling company and they offered me a replacement item, no quibble, but it would be sent by ups. Four days later and still no tracking info for this second parcel. Missed my sons birthday. Kicking myself and should have bought through amazon, they have never let me down on hundreds of deliveries. Only went elsewhere to save £30 on the item price, more fool me. Also, had an email from the supplier stating yhat ups were a generally a good company and only had 1% of parcels go missing. That one in every 100... multiply that up to the hundreds of thousands of parcels ups deal with every day and they have a serious problem. DONT USE ANY COMPANY THAT DEAL WITH UPS. Be warned

i had 2 different delivery from well know company and now both parcels have disappeared one laptop and clothes both have been lost the laptop took 4 mouths as ups was investigating the loss and now they are investigating the clothes being delivered to a place in scotland and i have to wait for my refund or new order until the investigation has be done never iagain will i pay for ups as quick delivery

This is the worse service ever! This the third time that a package to be delivered has been on the truck and does not show up when expected. They keep showing that it’s in the area to be delivered for about 7 hours and when it’s 9 pm, (end of expected delivery) time, it still does not arrive. Avoid using UPS if possible since they are not reliable.

Man, I paid $132.00 for some Air Jordan's for my son and tell my why the box came in all damaged..that's not even the worst part... the JORDAN BOX IS SPLIT down the middle!!!! SCREW YOU UPS. Y'all suck...bad. It won't even let me upload a picture either.

this is the worst company for deliveries ever, they are unreliable and when you call them they cant even offer a solution and no way of collecting the goods. specially when the order is urgent. All they can say is sorry & they have no care for the customer & tracking is rubbish.

No attempt to knock on the door me and my family been up since 7 am. We have a huge black doorbell on white door too that rings 3 rooms in the house and no attempt was used to use this let alone our letter box that we hear even when were sleeping. Just a papper through the door to spend money to travel to pick it up. I couldnt add photos or video because it dosent give me a option too it just says would you like too. Etc etc

UPS must be the most unreliable courier company operating today. Appalling service all round. I have never had a positive experience with UPS - if you have then you’re indeed lucky. By turn they have lost, mislaid and incorrectly sorted parcels; attempted delivery when they clearly had not and made free-and-easy with delivery dates. Do the management ever look at reviews or police their employees performance in the field? Compared with companies such as DPD they’re a joke and should not be allowed to operate.

2 months and still they can’t find my parcel or refund my money I wonder how they still running a business their link for complain doesn’t work customer service just take messages but can’t act eventually they send me link to complain that work and investigate I filled it and been told me to wait 8 days for investigation again nothing happened wrote back to them again they ask me to fill in another form to claim money back my experience with them is to avoid at any cost rude and unprofessional

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE… PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU SEND ANY PARCEL WITH UPS!!! My tracking number is 1z63x3a30406077393 and I have been waiting since 24th July when my parcel arrived in Northampton and I was supposed to receive on that day. I waited until 7:00 pm and it didn't come so next day the tracking said it will deliver on Monday.. did not arrive then it said Tuesday did not arrive.. then it rescheduled the delivery to Thursday and today they are saying the parcel has been to delivered to my address at 2:01 pm but I am still waiting for the parcel and asked every unit and the reception in the cresset and no one has it..so UPS..you have already damaged my reputation and gave me lots of stress and I am going to legal action for compensation also report against your stupid service so you can not contact with anyone. I do not need your silly reply I just want my goods otherwise I am going to lose almost £500 for 2 pages ads. I have already sent you( advertiser email) in your email. I am so CONFUSED that they are saying in the first column that you are going through and in the last column is saying that our driver has deliver to your next? WHICH IS LYING because I have been here every day and sitting in front of the front door because this parcel is not an ORDINARY PARCEL.. we are launching our BRAND and we have 100's hours to get the design/colours/materials right because our aim to provide best products at affordable price. All our correspondings through whatsaap and email/telephone calls will prove everything. So UPS YOU HAVE LOST MY DREAM not JUST AN ORDINARY PARCEL ..you can not put MONEY! I dream of handbags and the past 7 years have been RESEARCHING and decided now IS THE RIGHT TIME because it will not be EASY to find good products due to this pandemic. SO I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST UPS and I will fight myself. MONEY WISE I LOST £ 400 gave them to buy the material and shipping + £27.12 duty & vat + £416 for 2 full pages ads with PE magazine.

UPS really bad experience! I was sent two packages (together) from Italy to London, I paid for the delivery at home and they assured me the arrival in 4 working days. they lied updating the tracking and writing that I was not at home for delivery when I was waiting for them, they lied when they wrote DELIVERED and instead I had not received anything, they lied again when I called them saying that there was a problem and I would have received the parcels at home within two days, after two days they said another day, and in the end they left my parcels in two different collection points and even put one in the expiry time! after 11 days I also had to go to take them myself!outrageous!
