If it were possible I'd give 0 stars! Diabolical service...waited all day for a parcel yesterday...didn't arrive and now i get a notification saying its being delivered tomorrow?!! Worst company ever, a few weeks ago they were supposed to collect a parcel next day, it took them 9 days to collect, no apology nothing. UPS stands for Unreliable pieces of sh it.

One month sitting in the depot still not delivered. Hours on the phone diverted to Lithuania call centre. Every promise is a lie. Tried to pickup in person with ID No! Can not believe how this company survives.

In the current climate customers need their delivery/courier company to be going that extra mile....tracking of items, helpful customer service staff, efficient updates of where goods are....UPS are none of these. No tracking facility, waited in all day two days in a row to find out at 8.30pm on both days that my parcel wont be arriving. CS staff so unhelpful and arrogant too. Please use DPD or one of the more reputable and efficient carriers as UPS are truly awful.

Tracking link is useless. Still showing it expected in the past. Express delivery not respected. 7 days and counting instead of 2. Not sure paying extra for it is worth it. I expected much better...

A sunny day is, according to UPS a severe weather condition and a good reason for delayed delivery. No customer service, zero information on their useless bloated website. The worst service. Do not use.

Do not use!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a GoPro Max £479.00 and a Hero 8 black in December from GoPro them selves ( also do not buy direct from GoPro) the delivery was made to my next door neighbour one box had the hero 8 in it the other box was empty and had been re-tapped, I know it was definitely not my neighbour, but the box with the GoPro Max was empty, I contacted GoPro who will do nothing about it, they told me to contact UPS which I did, they collected the packaging immediately and said they would investigate, I contacted them to find out what was happening and they told me there contract was with GoPro not me so they will tell me anything. GoPro do not answer the customer service phone number you have to enter your details into the customer service contact web page and they will call you back, I have done this at least 50 times and they do not call you back. These are the two worst companies I have ever dealt with stay clear of both of them.

3 days express service + 7 days (and counting) extra to receive your goods, whilst the antiquated, incompetent and inefficient accounts service take their time to recognise and acknowledge your duty / VAT payment! express? my a**e!!

Trackign ID: 1ZY0061F0490431223 Abysmal. I have selected Express delivery of 2-3 days and paid a significant amount more than I usually would make sure that documents arrive as soon as possible. It has now been over 21 days and the documents have still not arrived. Whenever I ask what is going on they use Co vid 19 as an excuse. You did not mention it when I placed my order and still over those delivery times on your website. Furthermore, you did not bother to keep me updated or showed any empathy, asking if those documents are important. Are you kidding me? Never again!

DORO / UPS Scam - Non-delivery Of Paid For Phone One of the riskier items to entrust to a courier is a mobile phone. A recent Channel 4 expose even showed how a firm called Hermes / MyHermes removes address labels from incoming parcels and immediately send these to auctions. Some months ago I ordered online a replacement phone from Doro. They immediately took my payment - as companies always do. The phone was then dispatched from Germany (FGS) by UPS. I looked up UPS on Trustpilot, Facebook, and other social media sites - and there were so many negative reports I thought it'd be a miracle if my phone gets delivered. And so it seems there was a problem. No delivery to my address. Where was my phone? Doro customer service refused to help saying that tracking showed it had been 'delivered.' Yeah - to a UPS 'Access Point' (whatever that is) - and that I could collect it from there. Bloody cheek. But being elderly I am in deep lockdown and not allowed out, esp. not to wander the streets looking for a depot. If I get the virus I die. I am in 24/7. Why was it not being delivered to my address? So what was going on? Driver in a strop or theft? Now the contract to deliver the phone was between Doro and UPS - so why was I having to work hard to extract the phone from the tentacles of UPS? Resolver was next - they have UPS on there, but not Doro. And Doro still has my money. And I still do not have my phone. Appalling companies - both of them. === Update - re: undelivered Doro phone - UK. Still no delivery. UPS tracking says that they have dumped aka 'delivered' my item miles away at some Access Point depot - whatever that is - in Feltham (FGS). Since I'm in 24/7 lockdown and being elderly I cannot wander the streets of Feltham looking for a UPS depot, and certainly cannot catch a bus anywhere. If I catch the virus I die. The UPS driver is obviously in a strop or cannot be arsed to deliver. Effectively he/she has stolen it. So I'm pounds out of pocket. And Doro wont help because they say I've received it - tracking says 'delivered.' Yeah - but not to me. ===

They have lost 4 of my parcels. Also apparently 16kg cast iron kettlebell was damaged during delivery. They abandon parcels in random places don't even care if received or not and will just say its been delivered. Customer service is awful. We will call you back in 1 hour they said weeks ago. They should be out of the bussinness with such service. And one thing they defo don't do is deliver you parcel. They charge you for handling your parcel and if you are lucky it will be delivered.

PLEASE TRY AND AVOID USING UPS PLEASE TRY AND AVOID USING UPS As a courier driver/ company everyone puts their trust on you to deliver their items safely from one destination to another and misplacing/stealing customers valuable item is not acceptable at all. You need to be loyal towards your customers. UPS came to collect 2 parcels in 2 boxes 2 weeks ago. I handed it to UPS in good faith thinking it was going to be safely delivered. However this is not the case. The recipient has only received 1 parcel and the other is missing, I have a proof of return label for 2 parcels. The recipient is still investigating in missing item worth £399 an I watch series 5 to be more precise. It’s been more than 2 weeks now. Tried contacting UPS regarding the driver who came for collection but they refused to answer me. DO NOT TRY AND COVER YOUR STAFF!!! How on Earth could it miraculously get lost from the collection point and delivery address and is nowhere to be found?? UPS You guys need to train your staffs properly so that this doesn't happen in future. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Totally disappointed. My piano arrived after a big delay - totally destroyed. The opinion of authorized service (which I asked about opinion) says "Beyond Economical Repair". Hit me rudeness and lack of any sense of professionalism of courier who delivered it. What breaks my heart was - Piano destroyed in several places affecting drastically its sound, quality, esthetic. Not going to recommend it to any of my friends-musicians

I saw the ups van pull up outside my building(total of 5 flats & no security door.nameplates on all doors) I opened my door & waited. Nothing. Looked out window & saw ups van driving off. The driver never even got out his van!! I got an email to say ther was no apt. no. on parcel. Well, he knew the street number as he parked at it. Why didn't he come in? There is no excuse for it. This is the 2nd time ups have failed to deliver a parcel to me.. The last time my parcel was taken to a drop off point miles away & then returned to retailer when there is a local collection point. Hard to believe that companies are still using this courier.

UPS said they attempted to deliver my parcel, my office is next to my front door so I heard no knock and they left no ‘attempted deliver receipt’. Furthermore when I tried to fix the issue they move my delivery to collection. One and a half hours later on the phone and I’m still awaiting my parcel...

Awful service. They destroyed a parcel I had sent to a customer. Spent ages trying to resolve and just said the parcel was insufficiently packed and the outside of the package was not damaged. The parcel was sufficiently packed, the whole box had been crushed under something heavy and the box had split on all sides due to this. They refused to compensate. Avoid UPS at all costs.

ery poor service today in Romford. Re-scheduled from last Thursday to today because of roadworks. Waited all day, then received a text from UPS to say my item had been delivered at 5.02pm, off course it had not. Went on PC to try and sort out no luck, so telephoned and had to wait for someone to phone me back. It transpired that the driver was too busy, pressed the wrong button, sending me the wrong message and making me run about to sort it out. Won't get delivery until tomorrow, very poor service from a poor company. Same again today, no delivery because of too many parcels, what a shambles of a company. I will be contacting Philips in Holland to use another company in the future, total despair.

Do not use, terrible service. Been waiting 10 days and still no delivery. First excuse wrong house number, we don’t have a number just a house name.The address was correct along with the correct postcode.After being told on 3 consecutive days your parcel has been rescheduled still no parcel. Yesterday was informed parcel has been delayed by 1 day. 7 days after it should have been delivered. Today beautiful sunshine and 20 degrees it has been delayed due to adverse weather conditions!!! This company is a joke and Useless Parcel Company springs to mind.
