I sent a parcel from the UK to Italy. The parcel arrived in a different box, some items were missing (lost?, stolen?) and replaced by a 4 kg weight. To my complaints, UPS replied that it was my fault because the box I used was not certified. No point to mention that the parcel was insured. Impossible to contact UPS back. Totally INADEQUATE service. Avoid if you can.

possibly worst delivery service i have ever encountered. should have been next day Take the issue up with the shipper you bought your goods from as they ultimately decide who to give their business to and UPS will not survive with abysmal service like this I received message to be notified scheduled for delivery that day so waited in It never turned up no message absolutely ... NOTHING ??? (Having delivered parcels myself I used to do any missed deliveries i couldnt get to due to time first thing next day , by reversing route ) so I naively expected next day Guess what no parcel no message another day wasted waiting around Phoned customer service now told monday Contact for customer service is not in country its all on computor so no real explanations ,"just computor says no" Unable to collect from depot , due to covid 19 however had option to collect in previous delivery, message how bizarre tracking is waste of time as shows on route , delayed (after reieving notification for delivery today or disappears altogether

Incompetence of the highest order. They used to be one of the best but recently they've demonstrated exactly why some companies shouldn't be in business. Other courier companies have struggled with volumes in this pandemic and they have responded and managed to get their acts together - UPS have just lurched from uselessness to absolute incompetence. Tracking information is of no value and their "virtual assistant" is a waste of time, just regurgitating what you already see on tracking. My parcel has been "out for delivery" on two consecutive days and not been delivered. Now I get "Delivery will be delayed by one business day"- the same as the day before. What is a "business day" to UPS? It certainly isn't a working day! Virtual Assistant now also says "I'm sorry I don't have any updates at this time." Wonder what they think their customers are there for.

Easily the worst delivery service possible. They were due to pick up a parcel and didn't even bother ringing the doorbell. Just stuck a note through the door and left. Note said they would try again the next business day and they didn't bother at all. Botjh days myself and my wife were in the house waiting for them to call. Called the UK call centre and got through after 10 minutes. The agent was nothing short of obnoxious and abusive. Tried to say it was my fault when it wasn't. I will never use this service again. Absolute shambles of a company.

Said my delivery had been attempted despite me being home. Used the tracker to see the truck was actually in a different city 100 miles away.

Local drop-off point would not accept a package as too large apparently So got held to ransom by UPS for collection at the cost of an extra £6 pounds, total cost so far with enhanced insurance is now £25 so I may as well have had it sent by private helicopter! Won't be using them again obviously!

Shame!Shame!Shame Shame!Shame!Shame! UPS lost my parcel and lied for three days promising daily delivery, lying agents repeating like a mantra ...”delivery today before 7pm...” NEVER EVER AGAIN ups! Shame!Shame!Shame!

my parcel arrived at the depot 3 weeks ago. Got an email to say i would expect my delivery the next day. 3 weeks later.. STILL NO PARCEL. UPS van came to the door yesterday to drop my parcel off... nobody was home, but i had left instructions for them to leave it with my neighbour. The driver refused to give him it and took the parcel away back. i tried to contact UPS to redirect the parcel so it would come to my work. had no joy. certainly will NOT be using UPS AGAIN!!!

All the bubble wrap in the world wouldn’t have saved my order. Yes the delivery was fast, but that’s only because it looks like they must have driven over the speed bumps too fast or something) my order came in shattered pieces. When I picked up my order off the floor I could hear straight away that it was broken, the delivery man said there was nothing he could do and if I want to return it (erm of course I want to return it, I ordered a teapot not a jigsaw) then to get in contact with whoever I bought it from.

UPS left my new chainsaw in the garden at a random address half a mile away, and shoved a "sorry you were out" note through their letterbox. I had no idea it was coming, and therefore no clue the delivery had gone wrong. Fortunately, the elderly lady who was the recipient of the chainsaw (and at home shielding) asked her neighbour to drive the item to my home. Disgusted that UPS could be so careless with an expensive and clearly labelled "dangerous item".

Why do companies use UPs for delivery. They are the WORSE delivery service Company I have ever come across. They can waste your whole day and have no decency to update you. If you can, please AVOID

My delivery was due yesterday now it is back in transit after speaking to numerous people and being told I would get my order today then told I won’t, then told I will receive a phone call today and I still haven’t. It seams no body no’s we’re my delivery is or doesn’t want to help.

A complete joke of a delivery company. Parcel been sitting in Watford since 18 June. Customer service, no nothing, not even an apology.

terrible. No notifications so you don't know when to be in. I missed one package and didn't get a card, so had no idea it had been put in a 'UPS access point', which in reality was a down market off license a twenty minute walk away. I only found out when I talked to the company I ordered the goods from. Another package I did get a card for - I was in the garden when the delivery man sped by - and that was placed at a different 'UPS access point' (another less than salubrious off license). The company I ordered my goods from are now changing their delivery company. UPS are the worst kind of 'stack em high' company - zero concern for quality or customer experience.

Utterly useless. Tracking non existent, 3 packages in row now been delayed by over 2 days. All were even 'due by 9pm' - I mean, 9PM?? cant you be anymore accurate than that - then the status changes at around 7pm for no apparent reason 'to be delivered the next day by 9pm', meaning you have to sit in for another day and repeat above. Contacted customer support - even bigger challenge - only to be told they were v busy. Avoid like the plague

One star is a lot more credit than UPS deserve. Consistently missed delivery targets, non-existent customer service that seems to be worse each time I'm unfortunate enough to get them as a delivery service. Was once told that a parcel wasn't due to be delivered that day, when I presented the customer service agent with screenshot proof otherwise they disappeared. Honestly, you're probably better using a carrier pigeon or driving the parcel there yourself. A 'global leader in logistics' who have repeatedly proven themselves unable to track or deliver anything. **Update 25th June:** Approach to missed deliveries seems to be consistent in updating the tracking detail to "in transit" while removing any record of a package being "out for delivery" from the tracking history. That's pretty disrespectful at best. Have contacted UPS via provided email and am still awaiting a response. As of this evening they've now also removed the previous scheduled delivery date of yesterday, and provided no further response. **Update 26th June:** Scheduled delivery date now saying 24th again. I called their support number and after 20 minutes trying to get an answer was told that the parcel was “out for delivery today”. I pushed and was told that they didn’t actually know exactly where the parcel was, and they would escalate this and call me back within 1 hour to give me an exact location of my delivery. Someone (I'm assuming them) called, but seemed unable to hear me despite my phone working fine, so they hung up the phone. Call was made with a withheld number, so I had no ability to call them back. Also still no response from my email to them. Probably goes some way to explain why none of the reviews on here are ever updated to reflect a positive resolution. **Final update** Having called the supplier, they confirmed my suspicion that it was not out for delivery today, but could be here next week. So, in summary UPS straight up lied to me. I've left this with the supplier now. UPS have had every opportunity to resolve this complaint, but have little interest if any in doing so.

If your reading this review it’s probably because your waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Ups. Well, be prepared to wait and wait and then wait a little longer. The item I waited for should have arrived within 1-3 days. 7 days on and I’m still waiting. I’ve contacted their customer services department (with a wait time of 40 minutes), only to find a significant language barrier. This meaning their customer service Department offered no customers service, no explaination, no apology and no idea when to expect my parcel. I did ask if I could speak with somebody at the depot where my parcel currently is. At which point I was told to expect a phone call within the hour. Surprise, surprise I’m still waiting!!!

After not receiving my printer on the day the tracker said, looked the following morning to see it had been delivered at 9am. No idea where but it certainly wasn't delivered to my address! UPS and Canon are both useless to deal with, so guess I'll have a battle on my hands getting my money back! Will ensure if I order anything again I don't order with a company that uses UPS. Avoid like the plague.
