Super poor delivery and customer service. Terrible. Never trust them. They have lost my package, they claim it was left at my door, which wasnt. I wasnt even informed about my package being left at my door without me being there. They were unable to track it or the driver who delivered it. They lost a very expensive package which was a Christmas gift. And they said they cannot do anything unless the shipper contacts them. Definitely sure I'm not going to have my package before Christams.

Should not even be given one star. I’ve never dealt with a company with such little understanding of customer care and a company who does their upmost to do everything but the job they’re supposed to. I am in actual disbelief that they are able to stay open as a company and at this point have not been regulated and closed down. The amount of good delivery services available to companies these days, why they would go down the route of UPS only god knows. They should literally be used by absolutely no one. I cannot stress how bad the service this company offer is, from start to finish an experience that will leave you wishing you never even had a parcel to begin with.

They used to be very good, now they are the worst. Their client might even lose my business because of them. They are hopeless! This is the 3rd time I’ve been kept at home waiting for a delivery that doesn’t turn up because... my delivery address information is missing! Yet, they seem to find the “missing” info all on their own and deliver the goods later. Liars. Cheats. Hopeless. UPS = Ur Perilous Service!

DO NOT USE UPS DELIVERY SERVICE THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY Beware of any delivery with UPS...Driver dropped my item and smashed a 350.00 fire and UPS said I am not covered they only cover for lost items a BAD BAD COMPANY... PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM THIS CHRISTMAS OR ANY OTHER TIME This is the email they sent:- Why we couldn't approve your claim During the booking process, we asked you to check your item against the list of items we’re unable to compensate for on our website. Unfortunately, the item you sent is protected for loss only, which means we’re unable to compensate you for damages to this item.

It’s reported on line, which I cannot verify, that the CEO of UPS earned $ 7000 an hour in2018

Unbelievable, horrific, saddening experience that has left my family numb ! An ornamental book case presented to my Grandfather, Sir Maurice Jenks, Lord Mayor of London on 4th November 1932. This remained in the family in very good condition until November 2019. Yes 77 years ! Then UPS got their hands on it for a simple delivery from High Wycombe to Hove. It was delivered smashed into hundreds of pieces and beyond repair. The cost of this shipment was £105.60 I decided to use UPS as I did not want to transport it by car in case of damage. I have stressed to UPS, that I am not after money as no market value could be put on this item but the sentimental value is beyond money! I have asked for an apology but the claims department would not do this. I suppose that apology would be an admission of responsibility. They say that they will not investigate as we can not show them the bubble wrap and carbon carton that it was shipped in. There was no damage to the outside of the packaging and it was marked FRAGILE. They took so long in contacting me that we re cycled the packaging to tidy up. I have asked them to at least investigate the chain of delivery to make sure that this can not happen to another persons delivery. I also asked if they could send a recording of my phone call to a senior director of the company but they claimed that they do not record conversations. Strange as when you call them, the recording says that the phone call is monitored. In conclusion all I can say to potential customers of UPS is “ USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL “

Would give zero 100 if I could I am a photographer and yesterday despite advising UPS I wanted to arrange deliver to a local store because I will be out, the pleb driver forged my signature and then chucked it over my side gate where it stayed in the pouring rain for day and half. Nothing too important only a clients wedding Album. I have been pleased in the past with UPS but not anymore. What shall I tell my clients, I know, UPS are ejits. Looking at this feedback below they won't be in business much longer me thinks and good riddance, serves you cost cutting bosses, looks like you have cut too much this time. Pay peanuts get monkeys

Shocking Shocking. A revolting creature F'ing and B'ing at me because he'd had to return a third time. This after leaving cards with absolutely no info so I couldnt have known when he was coming. He was agressive and even threatened me before refusing to give me my parcel until.. Wait for this... I apologised and said thank you !! He even aimed the van at me and hit me albeit hardly a nudge but of course one slip of a foot on a pedal and he's killed someone. A repulsive man who UPS must know isnt a good employee. I just dont believe he hasnt flagged up before. He struck me as potentially violent and a thoroughly unpleasant man who I hope never harms someone but suspect will if only his own family or peer group. Scary man no kidding

I paid over £60 for important documents and personal items to be shipped to Ghana. I used their guaranteed 1 day delivery service. 6 days later, it hasn't left the UK yet. Their customer service is very poor, in fact everything about UPS is poor. I will never use them again. They don't deserve 1 star.

Absolutely horrible... They will hold your shipments in customs and deliver it late. Booked a Sunday delivery, obviously for a reason, I needed the documents to be delivered urgently. The worst is that the package wasn’t even delivered the next working day but only on Tuesday! Customer service is not open on Sunday which is not helpful at all.

The worst out there. They will lie about having attempted delivery and just dump your parcel at an access point (and not necessarily the one closest to your house). They have absolutely no shame. They show total contempt for their customers. Their behaviour rips off both the sender and the receiver. They don't deserve to stay in business.

I’ve sent and received parcels from many delivery companies but UPS has to be the worst of them all. Non-delivery of a parcel for two days, most likely bashing about in the back of the van getting damaged. The problem is UPS are not even bothered what customers think, never their problem, always the customers problem. To be honest this company needs a kick up their backside else it deserves to fail. Never use them they are the worst, UPS certainly stands for undelivered parcel service. AVOID!
