Hello I am writing to complain about your service. I have an URGENT delivery which you attempted to deliver yesterday. I have been given an infonotice number yet i cannot track it online, i cannot track it on the UPS app and your customer service centre were extremely unhelpful too. If you are looking for more customers to use you, you are going the wrong way about it. How am I supposed to reschedule my package if your system lets me down at the first hurdle? Martin

Lost my expensive parcel, apparently the contents are missing and box discarded. Never even had the decency to contact me, I've had to find out for myself, why companies use this courier service is beyond me.. useless!!!

I sent tickets to a friend in UK. Paid $47 to send with 3 day guarantee. UPS said they lost it, then said I would get a refund for the full value after 8 days of investigation. 15 business days after the investigation started they said they found the package. Since these were tickets the event had passed so the value was $0. They then said they would refund me for the cost of the shipment, but not the value of the tickets. When I called for a refund, they said they used a subcontractor and therefore were not responsible for the shipment and denied the refund. What a joke. I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use UPS to deliver anything. They are a dishonest company with no regard for customer satisfaction. Lots of empty sympathy and false promises. DONT USE THEM.

Some drivers are too lazy to try and deliver they just take it to a collection point and claim they tried to deliver (no card left). Problem is then they don't notify the recipient. UPS are only interested in business users not private individuals.

!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COURIER !!!! I used them to courier a well boxed electronic drum kit I sold on Ebay for 200 quid, from me, to the buyer. I completed the UPS instruction/transaction online and the cost I was given and paid was £34 via Paypal. I was horrified to see on my Paypal statement that UPS had then billed and been paid £98!!!!` Phoning customer service was an absolute waste of time, the call handlers I have spoken to are utter & complete idiots. I eventually found out there was an error with my measurements by 20cm which is fair enough and I accept that, but I should have had the vastly increased cost communicated to me, so that I could then decide what to do with the shipment, which I would certainly have had returned to me or I would have simply drove to the local depot (only 30 minutes away) and put it in the back of my car and forget about the £34. To increase the cost by almost 200% is scandalous, thankfully I paid with Paypal (say what you may about them), and they have been more than brilliant. Today I have had a refund for the difference, £62, from them. I really hope that they can recoup this from scummy UPS.. !!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COURIER!!!!!!

Worst website in the world Worst website in the world. Can't change my delivery options because apparently I already have an account - I sign into my so called account which directs me to a sign up page - can't sign up again because I already have an account. All I want to do is change my delivery preferences. It's not rocket science and it shouldn't have to be difficult!!

UPS was due to collect a device from me on Friday 18th October, I waited all day at home & they didn't show up despite a customer service advisor reassuring me when I called them that the driver will definitely come that day. Then I called again and another advisor told me that she'll escalate the matter and someone will call me on Monday 21st by 8:30am and they'll ensure a morning slot pick up; it's 11am and no one has called. So I've called them this morning and another advisor tells me the previous 2 advisors gave me incorrect information and the device wasn't even booked for collection and that I should have called to book the collection. Such rubbish when I received the confirmation email from UPS that the collection has been booked. Nothing in the email said call or included a phone number. I have had many encounters with UPS because Samsung uses them for pick up and drop offs and EVERY TIME without fail, there has always been something wrong! They are the worst ever and I will give them negative -5 star rating if I could. THE WORST!!!

I used to work for DHL and have no love for that company but it knocks the spots off UPS. To be fair I think a blind man walking backwards could be more efficient in delivering parcels. I live in a gated community and received a card saying that the last attempt at delivery had been made although that was the first card left. I called and said that I could open the gates immediately if the courier called me at the gate but was told that could not be done as the couriers don't have phones. I queried how they could deliver to people like myself and was told that calls could only be made if requested by the sender. But I thought they don't have phones? I asked how I could get my package if they could not call and was left with a very passive aggressive silence. Then I was told that I could collect it from the depot. OK where is your nearest depot I asked, only to find it was a 100 mile round trip and worse still they were only open from 08:00 to 10:00 or 16:00 to 18:00. I have had deliveries from every other courier company over the years and every one calls and gains access. If I need to call then every one is more helpful and less rude. Second worst is FEDEX and my Courier of choice would be DPD (Hermes 2nd). Funny how the cheaper options are the best. The receptionist said it all when we eventually got our parcel and complained about the service "don't worry it's not just you, we get this all the time".

UPS HARASS AND FRIGHTEN MY CHILD AND DO NOT RESOLVE COMPLAINTS. My 11 year old son is being threatened and harassed for payment of goods from Australia from his father that have not been received. Customer services have not dealt with it after 45 minutes on the phone and will not put me through to someone who can. They first tried to charge over £70 at our door so the goods were turned away explaining he is 11 years old. They tried charging his father approx £50 and he told them to bin the goods as it's just toys and confectionary for an 11 year old. They have now billed my son direct for £26.02 and threatened interest for goods he has not received. He has been crying and scared he will go to jail. Any help or advice appreciated? THIS IS NOT 1 STAR. It wouldn’t let me review without a star.

I requested an online quote to send a parcel to Australia. There was no indication that they did not do this service. Cutting a long, long story short they finally advised that they do not do this service after I had packed it up, and done everything their customer service department told me to do. So the parcel was never collected and then next thing I knew they had charged me 149.00 pounds. That was at the end of July 2019. It is now 10 October 2019 and I am still trying to get a refund. Do not go anywhere near this company. What they say they do and what they actually do are two different things. However they are experts at taking your money for services not provided.

Although proper address was given, ups could not deliver. Relied solely on postcode and ignored my address instructions. Flat number left off of address and used only postcode. Large building with 70 flats.

I've only put one star because I can't do less. So, to sum up: UPS are absolute useless for want of a more offensive word. I worked from home today, a Friday (which involves a process to do so) so I'm in to collect my very important and valuable delivery. A delivery that has been confirmed via tracking ID that it is out for delivery. Because of a history (5 separate cases) of previously failed and useless "attempts" at delivery to our address from UPS, I even called customer service at midday, with the tracking number, to give specific directions so they didn't have the same problem as last time. Around 4pm I get a call from the UPS dept to say that the delivery will not be completed today, the driver has gone home and vital delivery has been left somewhere in the depot or still on the van. They then told me the delivery will be reattempted on Monday.... They even tried to say that the delivery had been attempted which I called her out on, where admittedly she apologised. The saving grace so far as been the customer service team have been understanding of my frustrations. They've then assured me that they will reattempt on Monday and if no one is in they will leave it with a neighbour on Monday. I've checked and our immediate neighbours at number 3 will be in all day on Monday. Because I'm nervous as hell about being at work on Monday because of this now (it's not like it's a cheap item either) I decided to call customer service again and explained everything. I ended up speaking to the supervisor who, again was courteous and apologetic. She has assured me that she will attempt to get it delivered to me on Saturday morning. I've left my number and email for her to confirm this with me this evening to confirm what's been agreed/ arranged. I'm deeply disappointed in the overall company, for a delivery company I've not in recent history, known one successful delivery attempt to us. As the supervisor explained they "buy in" from an agency for certain areas / deliveries. Maybe this needs addressing as it's clearly causing more issues than it solves. Customer service at UPS must hate it! I'd give UPS a 0.5 star, only because of the courtesy shown to be on the phone today.
