By a very, very far margin, the worst courrier service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs; I would choose crawling to get a package delivered over UPS. Agonising experience is an understatement!

I shipped something with UPS. It never got delivered. When I contacted them, they keep saying it was delivered. There was no proof of signature and the person this was delivered to was not the recipient. My package was going to the Caribbean, they delivered it to Georgia, USA. They didn't even make any effort to relocate the package. They were reluctant to even start an investigation when I reported that it was not delivered. It too me a week of numerous phone calls and emails to get them to reply saying, the package was lost/damaged. I would say it's a horrible, costly service and one should AVOID this.

About half of the items that Amazon sends me via UPS don't arrive or arrive at the wrong address. Sometimes they arrive at an address in my town that ends in "Road", My address ends in "Lane". Sometimes they simply disappear. The UPS tracking confirmation for my most recent undelivered item stated that my package was "left at other" "by driver discretion". Of course the address that Amazon printed on the package was not "other", but an actual address that included the town, road, house number and zip code. I never have problems like this with items shipped by Fed Ex, Prime Delivery or services like Door Dash. I find it hard to believe that in this era when anybody with a smart phone can look up and find your address that so many UPS drivers seem to find delivering a package to the address that's clearly printed on it's label an impossible mission.

Received a package that had been opened before it was delivered. The tape was cut and the packaging inside was torn like someone had been going through my package before it was delivered.

Hi wanted to share my deliver experience today from ups. In the past did not have anything good to say but today the ups driver actually rang the door bell. Once I got to the door he was in his truck I picked up my envelope and he waved. Wow I was impressed. He

Worse company. I sent the parcel in January and still awaiting for full refund, as it has been lost and never found. Every time I call they give a different answer and excuse, but never give me the full amount back.

They drivers the laziest worker on earth I guess. If no buzzer code they will not attempt to deliver ur parcel. Today, I scheduled for pick up and our building security called me that UPS driver is coming to my suite. I went out to my door with my parcel and left my phone in my bedroom . I waited for few minutes then I decided to get in to my bedroom to call security. I saw a missed call number and called security and he said driver left. Security said that driver left coz he called me and I didn’t answer my phone. He not supposedly call me, he should go to my door to get mu parcel.

I used Parcel Hero to select the cheapest method to deliver my parcel with UPS. Two months later I received a "Surcharge" of £40 more than the cost of delivery. Needless to say I shall not be paying this. Disgusting

I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin. I'm very unhappy when the delivery person leaves the package outside the front porch on the steps where it can be seen by anyone who passes by. It should be put on the porch you just have to open the door and put the package inside instead of leaving it outside. And the Box indicated which side should be up and of course it was left on the outside steps upside down. I'm aware and often concerned that the pressure on the drivers is to do it as fast as possible. And I see them running in and out of their truck. I objected that very strongly it's not humane or respectful of the work that they do. And I certainly understand if they leave it outside because it's faster. So whoever the policymakers are the rule makers are, undoubtedly rich white man, make policy and rules for driver's that you could handle if you were driving. It's called compassion and awareness.

What an absolute disgrace for a company of so called couriers.I ordered some earrings from Germany, they were delivered to the UK facility in 2 days on 8th July. They were an 18th birthday present for my granddaughter. I got a message from UPS saying the would be delivered within 3 days...still not arrived. What a complete shambles, they don't answer emails and it is impossible to talk to a human being. They ask on the automated calls if you would like to speak to an agent only to be passed on to another damned machine. I can't believe they are still being used, they are an out and out waste of time. It would have been quicker to travel to Germany and collect them myself. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. The company in Germany are now starting a case against them, they should be thoroughly investigated and shamed. Its a pity I have had to give them 1 star because believe me it would have been minus.

They lost my parcel which was a PS5 being sold on ebay for £599 and its been 2 months since it has happened and still got no where with them. I filed a claim and submitted all the documents they needed which was sent to there office and i have proof of signature , then they said it wasnt received.. I then had to resend it via email which delayed the process even further and escalate the claim. Every time i email them chasing my money they owe me for losing my parcel they say itll be processed within 12 weeks... now theyre saying 16 weeks.. im making a complaint and going to FOS so they get charged £500 as it should be dealt within 8 weeks but already going into 3 months. Useless

The worst customer service ever.......... I had to pick up my package in another city !! Tried to stop the delivery attempts as a receiver and from the shipper but they kept trying instead of changing it for a hold and pick up locally.......... no responsibility , they said no one spoke with an agent , and when I now ask for an email regarding my last phone call as proof of request , they said no. No way they want to be held accountable for anything. Just false , empty promises on the phone......... don't waste your time or money with this company....... you will regret it if you do !

Twice in a row cancelled delivery AFTER the time period when someone had been in. They clearly simply don't care. The second time delayed by 3 days.

They lost my check in the mail, lied to me about where it was last located at when I have a hard copy proof showing that they were the last location it got sent to. I paid extra for 2 day shipping and here it is 6 business days after my expected delivery date, and no one can tell me where it is. They refuse to put anything in writing so I can have the company it was sent from cancel the check and reissue me another. They refuse to own up to their mistake and not even pay for a second one to be reissued to me in the 2 day shipping I already paid for and cannot get refunded back. They told me that my check was last in Louisville ky, when it clearly shows that it left Louisville and arrived to the Lexington facility on Thursday, the day it was supposed to arrive to my house. Then when it never showed up. The tracking number and date all disappeared like nothing happened. When I went in to speak to the manager at the Lexington facility, they turned me away because I needed something in writing to bring back to the company who issued it. Something shady is definitely going on with the Lexington UPS facility staff and now I'm worried that I may have a fraud case on my hands when this is all said and done. People be careful of your money being issued through this company. They clearly have thiefs working for them and they will all lie to your face to cover their tracks.

Ups is absolute Garbage. I will never do business with this crappy company, in fact I refused to do business with any company that uses UPS, personally and for all of my businesses, deliveries from them since last year. They refused to deliver cancer medicine to me this past week because of an incident stemming back to a verbal attack by one of their drivers last year. Last July a driver never delivered a package, as my security cameras showed. I called UPS and an hour later said driver showed up and immediately started verbally attacking me, starting off with saying, "what the f-ck is your problem?" I replied that you never attempted to deliver my package and my cameras can provide it." He called me bat sh-t crazy as he came right up to me chest to chest. I told him to sit the package down and remove himself from my property. I just stared directly at me and didn't respond. I told him again to get off my property and don't try to threatened and intimidating me with posturing in an aggressive manner. That I will call the police. He only turned to leave once I stepped right up to him. I called UPS, which is impossible to contact anyone and told over 10 times to get ahold of an actual person. The person who answered was sympathetic and said the warehouse manager would call to take and investigate the situation. This never happened. I called repeatedly again and when I finally got a person, they stated that the warehouse manager banned deliveries to my address. Talk about victimize the victim. With all the horrible stories of UPS drivers being caught doing bad things to consumers it is outrageous that they told sides with a drivers defense, and lies to protect himself. Of course, this driver is still out there harassing consumers and I get penalties for his aggressive and threatening action. Now I get victimized further as my cancer medication was refused to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting company.

If I could do a zero, I would. Had bagels shipped to us from a New York company and it said "perishable and bagels" on the box. Looks like a truck ran over the box and made them completely unusable. How careless of the employees. Is anyone held accountable. Easy to see they were completely damaged and whoever did it evidently didn't care. Does the company hold anyone accountable?

Sent demand for payment of invoices, which we had not even been sent. It appears that UPS are up to their usual tricks of making outrageous demands for money. This seems to be a common policy and probably a reason why they make so much money. You try to contact them it takes an age to get through, when you speak to them you get someone who is in training and not capable of assisting you. You speak to the person training you who then fobs you off without helping stating that they will get there credit team to contact you. NO contact just a letter from a Control Account making threats and demanding money. They haven't explained what we allegedly owe money for and do nothing to resolve it.
