Would like to give no stars but there isn't an option for that! Absolutely awful company. My package is now 10 days late and counting and everyone there wants to pass the buck and not actually deal with their negligence! Avid like the plague!!!

As an American, I'm embarrassed at this company. Called a day before expected delivery, no notification by text or email, asked for import charges at the door when I wasn't home without prior notification. Website is terrible, with broken links and redirects, payment system a nightmare. Tried to log in and arrange delivery; I'm required to fill in forms to join 'MyChoices' or something, and at the end I'm told there was an error. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst service ever and UPS does nothing to try to correct it. I was waiting for a big and important parcel. I took time off from work just to wait for it. Nobody came but they singed the parcel as "left at the front door". Nothing was left at the front door since I was also at home. Is now over a month and they did not manage to give me any information about what happened to my parcel which has been lost. They did not offer any type of costumer service, they are just avoiding the problem. Totally unprofessional and disappointing. I never felt so much upset with any service in my life.

My package was returned to sender due to “customer refusal”. That did not happen or at least the delivery was not attempted at our house. In fact, we had another package delivered by UPS the same day in the same time period successfully. Prior to the delivery attempt I paid $10 (for each package) to have the delivery postponed for one day to ensure that I would be home to receive them. I was not offered a refund for that $10. Both packages were marked as signature required - the one was left on my doorstep and the other, as I said, was not delivered at all. I tried the worthless customer service number which is a misnomer. It cannot connect you to a real person or provide any avenue to do so. I eventually tried technical support and spoke to three different customer service representatives - none of them were helpful. The first of them, Ivan at technical support on 11/17 around 4pm, told me that I would be able to pick it up from dispatch before it went all the way back to sender and apparently that was a lie. I waited all evening, prepared to go pick it up, for a call from dispatch just as Ivan promised. There was no follow-up to inform me he was mistaken. I also spoke to Marion at technical support 11/18 around 800 am, she informed me that Ivan lied then immediately transferred me so she wouldn’t have to hear my reaction, brusque and uninterested. I was transferred to Kevin in international shipping. Kevin was patient and thorough but not able to help me in any way at all. In the end, I had to personally manage the logistics of my shipment outside of UPS. A shipment which was entrusted to these logistics experts, and to top it off I paid extra to ensure it would arrive on a day that I was home. All in all it was the most frustrating shipping experience I have ever had hands-down.

My package always showed in a wrong status with its address. I tried to fix it on the website, it took 2 days to update, and still showed wrong; then I called the customer service and change it, it took another 2 days to update. And if they took a day to reschedule the delivery. However, 3 days later without any notification or updates, it suddenly told me the package has exceeded the max holding days and would be returned to the sender. And I called the local ups center, the agent told me I could go and do the pick up on the same day. But ridiculously, when I went to the ups center, the staff told me the package was not here. And the lady has blamed me for exceeding the holding date???! Excuse me, it is not me who delayed the delivery and not me who brought trouble to the process. Will never choose UPS again. Really disappointed.

My shoes have been at Stanford Le Hope since 8th November and still show no signs of ever being cleared. Are UPS working from home? I am told daily by the system that the shoes will be delivered to our warehouse the next day, but I know they have not cleared customs. I am also asked daily for some piece of information I have already given 5 or 6 times in the last 2 weeks. It's a different person each time and I only hear from them once! UPS should withdraw from the market if they are not going to support it properly. We are clearly speaking to an offshore service where the staff have no idea what is going on or any interest in finding out. I await tomorrow's idiot conversation but do not expect shoes any tome soon. Last month when we had exactly the same problem a woman told me clearance can take up to 4 weeks.

Wish there was a way to write a review with less than zero stars. Been mailing and shipping packages for years and never had a package go missing. I was hesitant to ship a ring valued at $8500 but had no choice….. yes I was stupid. Of course within 24 hours it went missing. No customer service, cannot talk to anyone that can actually do anything. Get the run-around and multiple stories. Investigation filed and just have to wait the number of days (which also differs depending on who you talk to) …. No updates and no one to talk to that’s actually “investigating”. Then, if package is not found, UPS will determine if they will pay the amount the package was insured for….even though there is a certified appraisal. What on earth did I pay $175 for? They’re in the jewelry appraisal business now? Never again will I use UPS…and I suggest no one ship anything with them that you value….. they do not care it’s just another package to them. Now I know why they used FedEx in the movie “Cast Away”.

First, trouble with pickup. Called several times, for days. They promissed to fix it every time, but that never happened. It took weeks to get the shipment picked up. Months after they send Invoice to the wrong address, and it is impossible to get this fixed. Sending a package turned into a nightmare of customer service calls. I will never recomment UPS to anyone!

I don't even know where to start... Their level of incompetence is unreal. Zero customer service. They charge your card without invoicing or explanation. When you contact customer service, no one can help and they give you a different (wrong) answer every time. I don't understand who is training these people or how they have jobs, I've never seen anything like it. They're the cheapest option to ship abroad and I've used them many times but this will now stop. I'd rather pay more and not have such a bad experience. The fact that they have such bad reviews and don't even care about it... Mind-blowing!!!

Three packages arrived damaged and with missing pieces. After months of dealing with one worthless employee after another, they tell me that my shipping cost is still my expense. I guess we should all know better considering the fabulous 1 star rating that UPS has.

We try to import shoes from Italy through UPS but have a shipment on a 2 week+ delay at for the second time in a month at Stanford Le Hope because they are unable to process shipments properly. We keep being asked for the same information several times by customer service people who sound as if they are on another planet. They will go bust if they don't sort it soon - and so will we if we continue to let our customers down like this.

Avoid like the plague. They are dishonest thieves. Wish you could give zero stars. One is too good. They took three parcels, a week later they returned one to sender claiming it had no commercial invoice which was a total lie. The driver who collected would not have taken them if there was no invoice. The other two parcels are apparently sat on a runway because the plane is too full. The customer service girl was dreadful, rude and then put me and left me on hold. After 30 mins of being on hold and no-one coming back to me I decided to give up, having already spent $40 on the call, calling UK from Canada. My parents sent the parcels for Christmas and birthday gifts and are in their 80’s and they message me every day, and FaceTime, in tears asking where the parcels are, why has one been returned, when will the other two arrive for their grandkids. They are so upset it’s making them ill. Shame of you UPS, you’re a disgusting disgrace sham of a company.

You have a phone number and fail to contact recipient and they have an account with gate code provided. Then you want recipient to go to your outlet to pick up package that shipping has already been paid. LAZY LAZY delivery person!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. UPS ONLY ONE That does this. If I could a negative-10 I would!!! Absolutely horrible!!!!! Can’t talk to a person cause they know they are a mess!!

UPS are once again demonstrating what an awful service they provide. Following on from a saga where 3 packages took over 3 months to be delivered to us from Taiwan (useless customer service, trite and condescending contributions from their operatives) they did eventually all turn up. To this day their systems still show one package in transit….! This time an email said delivery would arrive before end of 18/11; checked status online…. lo and behold, still in warehouse in Poland - scanned on same day that email sent to say it would arrive 18/11. Not joined up at all. Ad it’s still there. Rubbish service, impossible to talk to anyone. I would never EVER use from choice. They deserve to be banned from the market place.

Avoid. I contracted for a parcel to be delivered via ParcelHero at a cost of £19.82. UPS claim it was oversize by 5%, and are charging a surcharge of £122.14! They are asking for 4 or 5 photographs to prove the parcel is the size I measured - but they accepted the parcel and delivered it to the destination before raising the surcharge, so I have no opportunity to provide the evidence they are requesting. Similarly, they are not providing the same evidence to support the surcharge. ParcelHero will take the money from my original payment method without further authorisation.

Order a item and watched the tracking for a few day. It said it was delivered to my back door. We had fresh snow and there were no footprints in my yard at all. Because their system said it was delivered is all they need to say it was. Well, it wasn't. I'm out my 94.06 dollars. I will request other shipping methods from here on out.

Terrible experience, I would give lower rating if it would exist. We live in an apartment and out building doesn’t have a doorbell. Because of this we always have problems with delivery ( just saying every other company able to give us a call when the driver is there) so because of this I choose to collect my parcel. In my recent order I have requested collection. I talked with customer service and they said my parcel will be available to collect next day. ( I called on Tuesday and tried to collect on Wednesday) when I arrived to the depot I have been told that despite my request they sent it out for delivery. The lady in the depot called the driver asked him to call me on delivery and messaged him my number. They gave me a delivery slot of 12.15pm-2.15pm. I have waited half an hour extra at home being late from work because of this just to find out it was pointless because the driver didn’t give me a call. I talked to customer service again and they said they will sort it out and still deliver the same day and they call me back within an hour to confirm. I called them 3 hours later to check on it when they said they will deliver next day. One again I have requested collection as I have no trust in their drivers. I have been told that I can collect next day. By this time I was upset and tried to talk to someone in charge but been denied multiple times. Next day I called customer service to double check if my parcel is ready for collection before I make my way yo the depot and the customer service representative confirmed that I can go to collect so I went. Guess what… my parcel was not there. They best guess was that it is out for delivery again. They called the driver who had no idea if he has the parcel but they gave him my number. I called customer service again, been said that the estimated delivery is 11.59 ( very precise of course not here by the promised time). At this point very frustrated and again refused to talk to a manager even if requested multiple times. This is just ridiculous. Your company causing me financial loss not talking about my time. I am not even living close to the depot I only choose to collect because of the bad delivery service. By now I traveled twice to the depot spend €10 euros for bus tickets, spend almost 4 hours of my time to try to collect (not even mentioning that I had to pay delivery fee for the item), also losing half an hour of wages being late from work waiting for your driver. I want compensation for this which is been refused together with the request to be able to speak someone in charge. Definitely not going to order anything in the future delivered by UPS Very disappointed of your service and would never ever recommend anyone of your service.
