If I can give them a no start that what it would be, the lies and lazyness of it all, to arrange and pay for a pick up here all day no one never knock on the door or nothing, I will not put a company computer outside to wait for someone to pick it up that would be stupid. So I call the billing department to get a refund for 13bucks to pick up a package its two weeks later and I am still calling about a refund for a package they never pick up I pick it up myself and deliver it , I will never use there website to pick a package up again. Sorry as hell.

Arrange a pickup this morning the lady said your pickup is today between 11am and 5pm so it got to half five so I rang the woman on the phone said it's not for today but tomorrow between 10am and 7pm . Do they think all people don't work or have nothing better to do and spend the whole day waiting for them to turn up. Funny thing is you can click 1 to record the phone call . I THINK THEY NEED TO GO LISTEN TO THE RECORD THEY WILL FIND DELIVERY WASN'T FOR TOMORROW.

Will say your package is being delivered, then tracking disappears and your left in the dark. Not sure why they even have tracking. It means nothing. How can a company be bad at the only thing they do? By not giving a ****, that's how.

I needed to have a parcel sent overnight. The agent didn't include the total address even though I gave her the shipping label with the correct address. Thus, the parcel wasn't delivered creating a major legal problem for me.

I was waiting for 3 days for delivery; I was at home on Saturday when I received message that courier was here and nobody was at home- when I was at home all day waiting. This same happent on Monday! I called customer service and they reschelude delivery for Thursday. So I called on Thursday morning and they said its going to be deliver today. After couple of hours waiting I called again and they said my parcel go back to depot and they don't know why?! I said I want this to be deliver today. She said she will send message to depot to find out. After 1 hour somebody called me and inform that my parcel is going to be deliver TOMORROW! I called customer service and i ask for manager and I spoke with duty manager and he said he will make sure it's going to be deliver today, and he will call me back with updates. After 4 hours of waiting for him to call me back with updates I decided to call and find out. Person who I was speaking with didn't really want to connect me with manager and when I pressure him. He said that manager TOLD HIM TO TELL ME (WHAT?!) that they checking with London depot. I needed to take 3 days off from work and i'm loosing money every day becouse of your company, I took already 3 days off I spoke with my lawyer and I will go to court with this. Im waiting 3 days and I was making today 7 phone calls all recorded from my side as well as a proof for my and my lawyer

Package didn't arrive by scheduled time frame. Wasted time on delivery day, wasted money paying for a delivery date, incurred additional fees because package didn't arrive, and will have to restart a 6 to 8 week process...putting me behind scheduled atleast a month, wasted time on phone with customer service..they can read a script and apologize (that's about it), and can call back and waste more time for a possible refund. Oh yeah the website tracking is wrong according to CS rep as they show a day earlier yet still pass deadline...and there were no delays showing in the system. I just didn't get my package and they could care less on what issues that caused, as they got paid. I won't use them again as they joined DHL as companies I no longer use. Tip spend extra and use FedEx or just put a stamp on it and use the USPS...same risk and shipping time but a fraction of the cost.

UPS is telling me my address needs to be corrected even though they have delivered to this same address multiple times, and I have verified it is correct in the system. FedEx, Amazon, DHL and USPS never seem to have any issues. What is going on with UPS??

Changed delivery several times difficult to obtain actual advice all Automated response and there times are a nightmare for updates never again would I purchase items that use this delivery service time wasted waiting in for item David

The parcel was thrown out of the van at the side of the road. That was the road where it was supposed to be delivered but a different part of the road, near a parking lot. The parcel was found by a good Samaritan and handed in near the parking lot and today days later I found it, heavily damaged but at least it is there. Ups has no numbers for the depots. Ups call center is in India and they can not do anything but make notes. Those notes go no where it seems as I was never called back or emailed back other than a claim form for the loss. That is an email from ups that you can not reply to. I have annoyed and accused everybody in this street and have caused a big row here trying to find the parcel. I also owe the finder. According to UPS the parcel was delivered. It was marked as delivered but no one had signed for it there was only a note saying delivered to driver and the address of delivery was not there either. I will not have that driver there anymore and for his own safety he can change jobs. UPS owes me a lot and all the call center can say is that they can only make a note. They were not even concerned about anything. No questions indicating that they thought this was wrong or out of the ordinary and no concern about anything. No apology. As a matter of fact after the call I felt more gutted. I have not had an eye closed over this and my chest hurts terribly and my fingers tingle and I have a fierce headache. I am crying over this and shaking now. This was the worst week of my life just dealing with this parcel lost by ups and now that I have found it I am sure that ups will do feckall and I am left with what once was a box carefully packed by a young lady to kindly send this from her place to mine in the hope that it would arrive fine. Not a hope in hell with ups!

They are the worst of them all, I have a package that needed adult signature and the driver won’t give my package to a 19 years old. He want a 21 one year old to sign. This guy left with my package. They all stupid and have no common scene. The time it will take then to make another 2 attempt would have to use for something else. Waste time and delay my package.

Been waiting for a package and said someone made an attempt and I was in my office next to the door and there's nothing on my Ring doorbell camera. Tried to get in touch them and their chat is horrible, called and said they'd call me back and then said it was because I owed money for duties which I paid a week ago.

They nearly lost my wedding dress after I forked out nearly £500 import fees. I had to drive 2 hours to the depot to pick it up. After 3 hours of waiting they finally 'found' it after it had 'fallen' behind something. I would not have had my wedding dress if I hadn't gone to the depot myself. It would never have been delivered. Absolute shambolic company.

I am expecting my package from Nigeria since last week until now I don't know what is happening with the package after paying higher than a regular shipping, don't even know whereabouts of my package tracking just says delay!

I paid to have my medication delivered next day on Saturday September 24. No one ever told me the did not deliver on the weekends. I waited all day Monday the 26 til 9pm for them to deliver my medication. I spoke to customer service many times and all the said that it will be delivered by the end of day. This is not the first time this has happened. I get notifications saying I am next to be delivered then it suddenly changes. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend to anyone!!

terrible company and not capable of shipping a parcel to the UK from the US. I have used UPS several times and only once has the process been smooth. They are holding a parcel from the US and refusing to deliver it because I am not supplying them with a tax ID number. I told them this does not exist for individuals in the UK. They now want VAT numbers which I told them I do not have. In the end, after several weeks of fighting with UPS, I asked the sender to request that they return the parcel to them so that they can send it using Fedex instead. I was dealing with Divina Balicastro who ended up ignoring my email and was not able to help get the parcel delivered. I always make a point of asking senders now to not use UPS and offer to pay extra if needed to use Fedex

Not sure how they can claimed as failed attempt when they did not even attempt. The customer service is an absolute joke and the drivers are liars. Talking about reducing carbon emissions, don’t plant trees, play your part by making it one successful attempt for delivery instead of multiple failed ones. How is this company able to operate legally? Too bad the lowest option is 1 because even 1 is over complimenting the company

Shipped a package thru Staples / UPS. A gift for my cousin recovering from previous Breast cancer and recent knee surgery. I was sending her shopping bags on wheels to make store trips easier on her. A few other gifts, her cat of 14 years recently passed due to health issues. I bought stainless steel cat measuring spoons in remembrance of him. After over a week she says she never received package. I then contacted ups thru the tracking. They said my items were lost. Requested a description of the items I sent. Then they said my package was damaged. They filed a claim and then told me my package was to blame. And that they wouldn’t reimburse me for the contents. Staples says they wouldn’t reimburse me for the SHipping because UPS DENIED the claim. First of all Staples associate weighed and labeled my package. They said nothing about me reusing an Amazon box. Which was in excellent condition. I’ve done it before. (Recycling). I taped every corner and top to bottom. UPS did not refuse to ship it. What I believe happened was because the Staples associate listed the contents as purses or bags. Someone thought to open it and see if it was worth stealing. If the items spilled out of the box which was obviously retrieved because otherwise how would you know it was an Amazon box then the items could have been collected because they were all together I had items inside of the bags and they were two bags. How is it that UPSlost the contents but not the box? UPS asked for a description of my contacts which I ANSWERED. Just doesn’t make sense that you knew it was an Amazon box. But you lost the contents which were as big as a box. They were sentimental things that could be replaced and re-bought if UPS and Staples reimbursed me. Not pleased at all with the customer service not pleased at all with the tracking service notifications not pleased at all with the results. Times have changed and no one cares.

I had horrible experience with UPS and I'm still having it... Avoid them, there is no service from them given. THEY NEVER DELIVER THE PARCELS. I bough some clothing online the the parcel was sent trough UPS. They say was delivering on friday between 11:15 - 15:15... At 12 more or less it was a message on the taking details saying no access to the premises due to a missing code, like I'm living in private area... there is a bus stop just in front of my door, just one day before I've got an argos delivery, I'm getting deliveries from different delivery companies and no problem. Also there are passing luton vans and lorries passing by all day long... But the are not able to complete the delivery. At the end after one week calling them and making complaints I had to go from Acton to Kentish town to pick it up myself to the depot... Now second round coming and seams the same problem... I had to get it delivery on friday last week and again same problem. But now I'm not able to go an pick it up myself and as is a heavy parcel, and I do not have car to go and pick it up myself. I don't know what do I'm going to do, as call them it does not change anything, is just a big waste of time and nerves. If you don't get your mental health down trying to get your parcel delivered, avoid this company under any circumstances. I couldn't as was the seller who was choosing the delivery company, but I defenetly will contact those two sellers they sent me the parcel through UPS to let them know how is the no service they are not providing.

Drivers lie and are negligent. They report to UPS they've left a shipping label when they have not. They leave packages outside a building gate without attempting to deliver them to the addressee's apartment. They lose packages they have picked up and UPS refuses to give the sender a copy of the receipt and pay for the lost package.
