“Customer service is horrible. Takes 5-10 min to answer 1 question. If costumer service is like this i can't imagine how would be the service provider.”

“The technical support service is excellent, We are new customers, we contacted technical support for the first time , Mr. Ghazanfar Ali Product Experience Analyst. He offered excellent customer service experience with his technical knowledge and human touch skills.he resolved the technical issues in a pleasant unique way . Polite and courteous .”

“There a Gem of a Customer Service Representative at US Mobile, this superhuman goes by the name 'ANUM'. She is professional, delegint, informative, positive, has clear and active communication. Since when did customer service representative get so good. I honestly feel it can't get any better than what it is at the moment. Kudos to US Mobile for recruiting such an amazing representative. I have been in the Customer Service industry for more than 2 years now and I understand how important it is to display the best customer service possible in order to succeed in the industry. After my call with her, my mood just got so much better, had a smile on my face the entire day. Honestly all she did was her job and that unknowingly just reflected so much on my mood. Her dedication towards her work and customer satisfaction is over the top. I never wrote a review in my entire life, so just imagine how satisfactory her service was,for me to take the time in my day to write this. Finally you should be proud of your Anum for being so good at your job and that's not something you often see. US Mobile just give this woman a damn raise she is deserves it more than you could imagine.”

“I've been with US Mobile for a couple of years now and I find them to be by far the best MVNO cellular operator in the United States. Their customer support is second to none. I just finished a support call with an agent named Muhammad Farman. This man's level of kindness, concern, and knowledge was off the charts excellent! US Mobile should feel lucky to have customer support agents like him. All of my previous interactions with US Mobile have been A+ but I would have to give this last one with Muhammad an A++. He made the normal tedious problem of switching to a new phone simple and he got it accomplished within minutes. Great job, highly recommended!”

“US Mobile is the best budget-friendly carrier with amazing prices and best customer service They keep adding features and plans when they will have the roaming feature available online (now you can call in and get roaming even on the Warp 5g) no one could get a better option than them!!!!”

“Technical support provided by Nobel was outstanding. He had to call me back becuase I didn't have everything I needed. He called back exactly as planned. Had other glitches on my older phone and he sorted through that as well. Even the initial wait time was not too long. So we are off to a great start.”

“Us mobile has been a pleasure to work with. With every phone plan there are always problems here and there. Us mobile is the best to deal with, very professional and a pleasure. “Today I needed help starting a new line with us mobile. My tech support guy was Nobel and I have to say he was very well trained for his job! He was a great help and pleasure to work with getting my number transferred over and activated on my phone. Very pleased with us mobile support and hope the service is just as good.”

“Mr. Noble, at us mobile has the best customer service which is second to none he's very patient and extremely helpful he stayed on the phone with me until the very end he didn't stop until my service was up and running he swapped me out from a physical sims card to an esims I'm extremely happy thanks Again Mr. Noble.”
