“I needed to transfer a line from one network to another. Umer was extremely helpful and efficient and even the security check was quick and painless. Within 20 minutes, the transfer had been completed, with a promise of credit for the days lost due to the user error of initiating the transfer in the middle of a service period. Altogether, an excellent customer service experience.”

“I had an issue with my phone not sending pictures. Umer worked with me for quite a long time. I was very pleased with his service. He remained positive and cordial throughout the chat. I appreciated the smiley faces he used so it felt like he wasn't frustrated with me. I was very pleased with his service. He stuck with me until we figured it out.”

“I ❤️ US Mobile. I was having a problem getting my excellent service upgraded to unlimited, I called, I waited less than 30 seconds, and was helped, in very clear, polite and friendly words by a young man named Shehryar. Such good communication is rare these days. He was just wonderful. I’ve been a happy customer for over 2 years. Now, I’m even happier. Thank you!”

“Just spoke with Shehryar Khan with US Mobile technical support because I was not able to connect to the network. Shehryar was able to work through the problem with me and get me up and running again. Shehryar spoke Extremely Clear English. “The customer service is stellar! Like Apple level of customer service. They’re quick, efficient, and super friendly! I’ve never had to contact them twice for the same issue. Also, the phone service is stellar (in my area, at least). It’s truly not throttled or deprioritized. I’m REALLY looking forward to eSIM support! I can’t recommend US Mobile enough!”

“I have 2 lines with US Mobile and needed some help with an issue with one of them. I called Customer Service and had a truly great troubleshooting phone call experience with Salar. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable. Not rushed; he doggedly assisted me in looking at all of my phone's settings. I recommend this company and both networks they sell. I have had good service at a good price and they are easy to contact by chat or by phone.”

“SWITCHED FROM VERIZON. THIS IS SUCH AN AMAZING COMPANY, I HAD RUN OUT OF SERVICE AND AS A COURTESY THEY GAVE ME UNLIMITED TALK AND TEXT FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH BECAUSE I HAD LOST MY JOB, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT OTHER COMPANY DOES THIS, AND EVEN WHEN I HAD MINOR ISSUES WITH SERVICE I ALWAYS HAD A FIX AND A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY WITHIN A FEW SECONDS 24/7 THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE, NO NEED TO WAIT FOR FIXES, SO EASY SIMPLE AND INSTANT, NEVER SWITCHING AGAIN, I FREAKING LOVE THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL TOO!!!”

“Switched from Verizon to US Mobile and initially had issues with one feature on the phone I bought. The customer service with everyone has been great so far, especially with Hammad in downloading a software update on the phone. The set-up was extremely easy so no disruption in service.”

“I just got off the phone with Nobel at US Mobile. He was amazingly helpful. I needed to upgrade my plan and get the new features started today. He walked me through the screens to make the plan changes, then got the new plan activated immediately - and pushed a credit through for the balance from the old plan. Then he walked thru my phone settings with me to ensure the new features I added would work. I love the service levels offered by US Mobile. The Customer Service and Support, both online and on the phone, are great. Thank You.”

“I used US Mobile for my business phone and never had an issue connected anywhere. The customer service, all done online for me, was exceptional. The only downside for me was that with their service and my phone, I could not receive visual voicemail but was a minor inconvenience. Upon exiting my business, I canceled my service and Omema handled it quickly and efficiently.”

“USMobile is a wonderful company! As well as providing the amazing blessing of this truly budget friendly phone service, their customer service is top notch. They make themselves very accessible, and I never feel rushed or as though I am an annoyance, though I am new to much cell phone technology. It's great to be able to actually speak to a person, too, as well as having the online chat option. Every time I have needed help, they are so very kind and patient, as well as efficient and competent. Today I had a lovely conversation with Nobel, a young (I assume! :-) ) man, who has all of these attributes in spades. Thanks to you, Nobel, for your help today, and to USMobile for making it possible for me to have an affordable cell phone plan. Bless your company!”
