The company website no longer allows you to leave negative reviews about the restaurant. When it comes to evaluating the restaurant for feedback after in order. It asked you three questions. If any of those three questions or negative when it comes to written feedback, the screen freezes. You are not able to give it any stores and then you have to close the app. I’m going to report them to the federal trade commission and this is now a new system that they have put in Place.

I didn’t like that the driver brought my delivery to me with a lit cigarette in his mouth.

The first driver stole my food and the restaurant cancelled my order. The second driver and restaurant both told me what happened. Then I got an email from Grubhub lying and saying they cancelled my order because the restaurant was missing an item. In the meantime I had to reorder my food. I finally got a number to call customer service and the person barely spoke English. Then I spoke supposedly to a supervisor who said she couldn’t do anything but refund my money in 5 business days! No discount. No free food. Wth!!! I only used them because supposedly the delivery was free with Amazon. Then I googled them and saw all the horrid reviews! Never again!!

I place an order and within a minute I realized I forgot to add a drink so I went back on and went to add to my order and added a drink. When the driver brought me the order I had two food orders and one drink! I contacted customer service as this was there computer problem not mine. They refused to issue a refund of one order because they said I received the food. I just got it and did not know the second was coming! after talking with supervisor they want to give me $25 towards next order! I only wanted my $15 back. Why can you not give me my $15 but yet give me a credit for when IO come back! Not coming back! Going to Door dash!

Never get food delivered to our house properly. They don’t follow any type of protocol for verifying the driver is going to the correct address. It’s a 50/50 chance your order shows up or it’s not correct. Good luck to you if you pay the extra to use this service

My wife and I ordered dinner , and watched as our driver went literally to 3 different towns one of witch was not even close to our location . Now I understand double dashing to make more money but , I don't believe that a driver should have a order in their car for a hour when the delivery is less than 20 min from the pick up location . We tip pretty well and for us to get our food cold is not right in my opinion but ......

The worst company ever don't order from grub hub I have contacted there customer service multiple times as I have instructions on delivery and it's been left on the ground outside and driverd are rude

I have had several bad experiences with grubHub. 1. Placed an order the Driver delivered the wrong Oder, I guess someone else received my order. I contacted grubHub the only thing they said was I’m sorry you had a bad experience. 2. Placed an order it was taken to the wrong address and dropped off in front of an apartment complex leasing office. Contacted grubHub same response I apologize and sorry you had a bad experience. I will never use their services again. They are incompetent.

I called to reverse a charge of $57 for a $16 pizza from Pizza Hut and I was told that it was all up front and that they would not reverse my charges. They would give me a $25 discount. For another order that I will never use. Because I totally refuse to get ripped off my grub up again. This is a joke. I'm on a fixed budget. They just hit my charge card for $57 for a $16 pizza. What's going on with this world? All that the pizza was delivered cold.I had to heat it up to eat it

2nd time in a row using Grubhub! We are ten minutes away from restaurant. We watched driver all over our small town and obviously visit areas for substantial length of time. An hour later our food arrived ice cold and nasty. Grubhub offered $5 credit for a $60 plus order. God knows what was done to food before it arrived. Entire order thrown away and Grubhub account deleted. BEWARE! Yuk! Nasty! Use restaurant delivery or DOORDASH!

Use door dash!!!! I tried grub hub because it was free with Amazon….order has not been right once!!!! Going back to paying for door dash!!!!

I ordered delivery from Boudin Bakery in Walnut Creek, CA, and the driver dropped off the order outside my door, took a photo, and sent it to my phone. I went to the door and saw him walk away thru the door viewer, opened the door...and the order was gone. The driver picked it back up and walked away with it! He was near the elevator down the hall a short ways, and I called out and said that's my order, you have the right apartment (I thought he thought he had the wrong apartment number), he walked back with the order and said some random person in the building tried to take my order. I thought that was very odd, and said, oh, really, and just took the order from him. When he took the photo, there was no straw in the milkshake, but when he handed me the order, there was a straw in the milkshake and the security seals on the bag were open! It was all very, very creepy. GrubHub gave me a $5 credit, but I won't be ordering from GH again. This was way too creepy. You buzz people like that inside your building, and allow them to walk up right outside your door. You have to trust them a little bit to do that, and that's what I did, and that weirdo stole my order and was gonna drink my shake before he even got on the elevator. THAT is creepy. GH needs to vet their drivers better.

GRUBHUB IS STRAIGHT TRASH. I ORDERED FOOD FROM A RESTAURANT 10 MINUTES AWAY. THEY GAVE THE ORDER TO A DRIVER THAT WAS MORE THAN A HOUR AWAY. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL THEY DIDN'T WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY. THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. GRUBHUB NEEDS TO BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY‼️

Ordered via Grubhub for the first time and extremely disappointed. Food wasn't delivered while the picture sent was simply black, so no proof whether and where it was dropped off. Never again.

Worst deliver customer service ever and if they don’t deliver your food, they don’t credit you! There’s no real refunds - I’m also convinced the support aren’t even real people. Dinally deleted my profile account last night after a last straw - literally recieved a sandwich instead of two full meals

I accidentally ordered to the incorrect address. I caught the mistake however right after I placed the order. Since there is no phone number, I was forced to have to go to the online chat. I got the address corrected, but they said the new address was too far away and they would have to cancel my order. I said that was fine and asked for my original Visa card to be refunded that I had paid with. I was told several times that they do not give refunds, only Grubhub credits. This is not right. I will use the credit but then never again! I will bad mouth Grubhub until the end! Jimbo H. Creve Coeur Mo.
