Gift card ordered by a friend as a get-well present for us was nonfunctional, website representative refuses to help, says "Internal Department" will get back within 48 hours -- guess we'll politely starve until then. Never ever use these people, just order delivery or pick it up yourself if the restaurant doesn't deliver. Terrible terrible terrible.

I looked up Papa Murphy's on the computer. Grubhub had there phone number on the ad. I gave them our credit card info, then went to pickup my order. NO ORDER! When I got home I realized what Grubhub had done. They are a terrible, worthless, corrupt company. NEVER will ever have anything to do with them. After this experience I won't ever use any business like this.

I ordered 3 dinners and one dessert thu grub hub from twin peaks.. grub hub charged us $62.00 and some odd cents. We received our order and one dinner was missing. I called twin peaks and the lady looked up our order and it said 2 dinners plus desserts total $45.00 and some odd cents. grubhub owes me 18.98 of which one dinner was not received. Now how can twin peaks have a different order of 2 dinners and 1 dessert and grub hub have something different 3 dinners and 1 dessert? grub hub delivered only 2 dinner and one dessert yet the grub hub receipt states 3 dinners received and 1 dessert. Grub hub is a scam company, they refuse to acknowledge that we only got two dinners not three. They cleverly stole our money and won't refund us. I will be filing a bank claim on this company and anywhere else that I can file on this crooked company. Basically what they did was give twin peaks a 2 dinner order totallying 45.00 and gave us a receipt for a 3 dinner order totaling 62.00. They lied to twin peaks and to us.

GrubHub refuses to give me a refund for the wrong order from McDonald's My fiance and I placed in order from McDonald's with no cheese on a Double Quarter Pounder meal. The meal came with cheese on the Double Quarter Pounder. And we we were told we would receive a refund. Unfortunately we tried to give McDonald's and GrubHub another try and place the order again with no cheese. Once again we received a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese. We were told that we would receive a refund but once we spoke to a manager who identified himself as Ruel we were told that because GrubHub has messed up our order several times before and we have received a refund we would not be receiving any additional refunds. We told ruelle that we can take a picture of the boxes that say no cheese in the burgers that clearly have cheese on them. Ruel said that would be proof and they GrubHub would re-evaluate the situation once they receive those pictures but there was no guarantee that we will receive a refund. This is totally unacceptable as it is not our fault that McDonald's could not follow directions. We will never order from GrubHub again and strongly recommend that no one does business with GrubHub because of their policy. We will be deleting the GrubHub app from my phone and will never order with them again. We are totally disappointed and we have been cheated out of our money and our time. GrubHub sucks!

1st and last time I use Grub Hub, Cancelled my order after an hour Talked to Sam at Salt Grass in San Marcos TX she said Driver tried to leave with food without paying for it then he paid for it and then they cancelled my order. So I guess the driver ate our food. Very unproffesional company Had to re-order with Door Dash. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First and last time I’m ordering from Grubhub. I placed an order to be delivered to a family as a scheduled gift, Only to be notified within an hour of delivery that order was canceled due to technical issues. Company should know well before accepting order if a problem and not cancel within 1/2 hour of delivery. This left the family scrambling for a meal for 10. This made a great gift thought into a negative experience for all!

I saw a link on their app that said "redeem free meal". I clicked it, and they immediately charged my credit card $10.79! No free meal, just a charge. I chatted with a help agent who hung up the chat on me. After 3 more reps, they advised they would not refund me. I opened a complaint with bbb and am in contact with my local news.

Horrible customer service. Drivers are rude and late. Restaurants continuously indicate it's out of their control. I hope that in time, this company goes out of business. They are expensive with their fees and horrible to customers. And I'm an owner of a corporate account. DO NOT do business with GrubHub.

Ordered lunch for my kids early so it can be on time. 7 minutes before lunch they call to say that they are canceling my order. I was so devastated with them. Two minutes later a driver called saying that she was picking up my food and would be to me soon. The customer service reps are very unprofessional and need to get their stuff together. My food was delivered, but it’s sad that the driver had to go through that. I would like to thank the driver for her help and gracious attitude.

Ordered food for 90 year old Mom. The driver took it and claimed they delivered. That is the most pitiful person of the world! And Grubhub. After we called. Rude! Disrespectful! Etc.! Will only send her through DoorDash from now on.

Customer Service would not accompany me with my issue, called and spoke to a Customer service representative and each one of them were very inconsiderate of what my issue was and could careless about helping me. Very very bad Customer Service.

Drivers never showed up. Last several times the driver either didn't show or the food was a late delivery. Food was cold when it arrived

Took about an hour just to find a place that would take the order and as I waited I got an update stating that the delivery driver “Papa” had delivered when I received nothing so I called and he informed me that they did not do deliveries and they just cancelled my order and now I have to wait 5 days for it to process when none of it was my fault. This company sucks and so do their drivers… no one contacted me in regards to this and it’s infuriating. Terrible service…

I have ordered several times and had an overall okay-good experiences until tonight. I literally feel unsafe & harassed by the driver leaving me shaking & in tears. I selected door drop off, it's an option built into the app & I've used it in the past with no issues. The driver tonight called me asking me to wait outside for him (for 10 minutes!), he wasn't even on my street yet. I didn't know if he was here or not yet so started to get up right away but took me a minute to get up (I'm disabled & occasionally have a hard time getting up, walking/standing) & when I wasn't immediatelyup when he asked 'are you outside yet?! Get outside! Are you getting up!?'(I was working on it) the shouting began, which I don't understand because I later learned he wasn't even on my street.. I explained my situation to the driver which, for some reason, only made matters worse. After >5 on the phone being yelled at, & only understanding half of what was being said, although there was no way to misinterpret the tone in which it was being said in, I explained again that I am disabled & can't always stand extended periods of time but could come to the door when he's on my street. He wanted me outside waiting & began yelling more.. When he finally arrived >10 into the phone call he tossed my bag on my step without a word & drove off. It's humiliating & depressing enough having physical impairment & chronic pain I never imagined being scolded by a delivery driver for my inability to wait outside, in the dark, for >10 minutes nor would I have ordered if I knew this was a requirement/need as I know I couldn't do it tonight. I'm now left shaking & in tears from the entire situation. I contacted customer service, dropped my membership, & never plan to use them again. This was my first terrible experience but it was bad enough I don't want a repeat, no longer feel safe or comfortable ordering, & now this individual knows my address; terrible idea.. I understand everyone has bad days & he could be having one but in no way should I have been yelled at or required to do his odd request of standing outside in the dark for his arrival that took >10 minutes.. Be safe.

Placed order for 3 items and only received 1 (wrong item delivered). This is NOT the driver's fault, but was expecting GrubHub to credit me back for items not received. I finally had to contact them to get a credit. Maybe this is their policy?! But they should know when orders are not fulfilled. In MHO either GH or the vendor is skimming the extra money. GH did refund me for the two items not delivered, but had I not contacted them I don't think I would have ever gotten a credit. That would have meant I spent $43 on an $8 wrong item. As it stands now, I spent $23 on an $8 wrong item (tax and tip were based on original amount of the order, but no partial refund for that).

Ordered at 9pm. My order was pushed out several time till it was over 2 hours. When I called the customer service said it had to do with the restaurant however I called the restaurant and my food had been sitting ready at the counter at 9:25! The woman said it was cold. At 10:46 my order was canceled. There was no other place open even walmart closed at 11pm! This was my first and only order!

Previous experience with grubhub was not good. We had a driver in the area who would take all of the tipped orders and then (with then tracker on), go, park somewhere for hours at a time. Grubhub took no action. Fast forward to having a baby. We received a gift card and attempted to use the gift card. Grubhub refused entered the card onto the account and the …charged our account anyway. Again, just had a baby, and can't use grubhub gift card for diapers. Grubhub told it was our fault because we did not select them gift card as payment. We can't, and screen captured the options where the gift card was not coming up. Grubhub ignored it. They refused to transfer the balance to the gift card and will not refund the gift card back to our account. Ergo, we have a ‘gift card' we cannot use because their screwed up system won't let us, and they will not refund the gift card … meaning they basically just stole the amount. We've had to initiate a dispute through our bank and will be closing our account. Not having these types of petty issues with DoorDash or Uber Eats, and will, never, again expose ourselves to this behavior. They can't even figure out how use a gift card and think customers will allow them to screw with their families? They've just gone nuts. They think they should get to choose whether families need diapers or grubhub? Done with these guys.

I’ve had my food not delivered at all on a three occasions. The delivery driver ignored all my calls, and Grubhub did not refund my money for food I did not get. Needless to say I won’t be using their services going forward
