Apparently grubhub drivers now deliver your food in the alley. That is the most ridiculous think I have ever heard. The driver's words "Your food has been delivered in your alley. Don't worry about it." They just lost a customer.

The past 3x I’ve used Grubhub to order from O’Charleys I’ve had part of my order missing. Today I ordered using Grubhub from O’Charleys. I ordered Salmon with broccoli & Ceasar salad, to which Grubhub sent to the restaurant Salmon & no side. The ordered the chicken finger dinner with slaw & charged 1.99 extra for soup, to which they sent tenders with fries. The customer service rep for Grubhub was only offering a refund of 1.99 for the soup. To me, that was a complete slap in the face. Bill came to $45.22 and she thought all I was owed was $2 back. Cancelled my membership with Grubhub & taking every opportunity I can to let everyone know just how slack grubhub has gotten. Don’t give them your money. Just go pick up the food from the restaurants.

For one no one picked up our food then when they did get to the restaurant it took forever they never made it to my house my order was canceled of claims of missing food id rate them a 0 if I could , cold food , long wait times , no communication, this is a joke of a company just get your own damn food ok trust me the wait is not worth it not too mention they charge so many fees should be illegal

Way over priced... Don't waste your money. just spent $53 for two sandwiches from Jersey Mikes. Thought we were getting the Giant size sandwiches... which would still be a rip off for $53... but only got the Regular sized.

We placed a 62 dollar grubHub order along with a 12 dollar tip. After an hour, I get a notification that my order is at my front door, I went out to check, and nothing was outside. I messaged the delivery driver and he said it’s outside my door, I told him it wasn’t there, he then went on to say that the address I input was wrong, I then Went on to send him the screenshot of the delivery confirmation that contained my correct address. After about ten minutes he said I should go down to the address he went to and ask for my food. Are you kidding me? I called their customer service, all they could do was cancel my order and they offered me a $10 credit. For a $74 purchase, you’d think they could try harder to make it right Extremely poor service.

Do not trust their ‘satisfaction guaranteed or your money back’ I ordered through grub hub from fired pie pizza and the pizza was overcooked and very salty. Inedible. I reported the problem to grub hub and they gave me the run around and did not refund my money. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and I canceled my membership with Grub hub. Very disappointed

I have ordered from GrubHub twice. First time I got someone else's cold food, the second time the driver never picked up the order and it was cancelled.

I am driver with grubhub and your delivery option or very little. You send your drivers 15 +miles away from where they physical are for a delivery. Then sending them so far for drop off

Ordered a pizza at 6 and got 7pm delivery estimate. They then change to 7:30 delivery estimate. They then change it to 7:55. By 7:40 they canceled my order and I’m stuck two hours later with no food and hungry kids. Stated they “couldn’t locate driver”?! That is your only job, to provide drivers! Kids say could have walked and got food faster.

I have only ordered from grub hub twice and both times the order is LATE. I get an estimated time of delivery and it changes at least three times and arrives 2 hours past the estimated delivery time. I will order from door dash from here on out they are always on time and do what they say they are going to do.

's think they are we are in the United States and we dont eat off the ground and i dont say this to be disrespectful it must be the culture every person delivering food GRUBHUB OR DOORDASH PUTS FOOD ON THE GROUND , EVEN WHEN ASKED TO HAND IT TO ME IN MY HAND AND I DONT CARE WHAT ANYONE THINKS ABOUT WHAT I WROTE I CANT THINK OF ANY OTHER REASON THEY WOULD DO THAT WHAT DISRESPECT THAT IT

Didn’t get my loaded potato soup that I paid almost $20 for. When I asked them about my refund they treated it like a joke. Kept telling me I would get it then said they would have to take it up with their higher people or some bs. I never got it. When that happens with door dash they either give me a refund immediately or give me credit to get something else. Sometimes they even give me more money then my refund because they feel bad. Grub hubs customer service is a joke

They blatantly lied to me twice about a promo they ran in December. Two of their agents were rude on top of it. You couldn't pay me to use their service again after this.

The company is trash!! Someone got into my account and ordered food and when I got the message regarding the issue they told me they have to send it to a higher leave of support and will keep in contact with me but did not!! I called and they kept me on hold and would transfer me to a different language or just hang up!!!! A resolution never came so I had to cancel my card with my bank and this is unprofessional and sad!!!! Check the BBB website!!

I tried to place an order kept trying but it would not go through was charged $1.00 each time. Called to get a refund i was told that someone would call back no one did. I called back was told they would try fix the issue but was hung up on.
