My order was never delivered. You took my money.

The service was once valuable, but has deteriorated dramatically in recent months. In the last six months alone I have placed 17 orders and only two were without error. Two of those I must attribute to the restaurant and that leaves 13 orders that were improperly handled by the drivers, and subsequent attempts to resolve the issues failed. The only option offered is a refund which may take days to appear, but the customer is left without the order. Customers who suffer a missed delivery are then forced to manually reorder and wait in the queue, silently hoping that this time the delivery will succeed. And the clock keeps ticking. Sometimes it takes up to three hours from the time of the original order until some sort of food arrives at the door. And the help line could resolve the issue right away by just contacting the driver and having him return. So no, I am not happy.

Do not use them. Use any other platforms but grubhub. Will not refund you if you keep having qrong orders.

Has anyone noticed they charge twice the price of the food if it was a pickup on top of delivery charges

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed and order at 11am. Order wont arrive until nearly 1pm. I would have never ordered. They won't let me cancel as my order is "in the works". This is actually the 2nd time this has happened to me. I should have learned my lesson last time. Its now 1215 and driver isn't even to restaurant yet. Will be sticking with door dash from now on.

Two separate orders for delivery never arrived. Over 4hours. Grubhub customer service is no help. They just type back preprogrammed response on the chat. The drivers are incompetent, can’t follow instructions to call on delivery.

If I could give zero star, I would. Worse delivery company ever. They allow you to place an order then after pushing your order back several times, you get a notification that your order was canceled and they can't explain why. Or my favorite, the one time the order actually went through someone randomly picked up my food and a second driver came, come to find out there is a delivery scam going on where drivers are being hacked. Took 2 hours to get my food because of this. I will no longer use Grubhub. Doordash will get my full support from now on.

They delivered the wrong food last night and I placed and order tonight for delivery but it was tagged for pick-up. They would not change it to delivery. I cxld my account. I do not recommend Grubhub!

Literally the worst delivery business out there. You order and then you never get your food but you'll get a message saying it's been delayed. Go with one of the GOOD services like Ubereats or Doordash. You'll save yourself the aggravation and you'll actually get your food.

This is the once order I have ever received. I ask that my door be rung, it was not and my food was cold and disgusting when it arrived. I will never us GRUBHUG again.

I placed an order as I always do with GrubHub. I received two separate emails with two different charges stating that special instructions were placed with the order and therefore an additional dollar amount was charged. This particular order I had placed before with the same instructions and had never been charged extra. When contacting customer service via chat, the representative did not offer any type of solution other than "perhaps look at the total amount before placing the order". This representative totally missed the point that the order was placed and approved and confirmed with the original amount that I agreed upon confirming the order. I expressed my disappointment and have decided to no longer use this APP and services in the future.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Happened two orders in a row. Each time I had placed my order hours prior to ensure that it would have an on time delivery. Both times, a driver was never assigned until the actual delivery time so it was predicted to be at least an hour late. I got online and chatted with a representative which apologized for the tardiness but ensured me that the driver was now on his way and that I would get my order. Once it got to be an hour late with still nothing, GRUBHUB just cancelled my order without checking with me first. They said that once an order is at least an hour late, the system will just automatically cancel the order. I called and spoke to a representative, they did not want to take any responsibility for the inconvenience, and said that it was a "system" issue which they have and couldn't do anything about it. Same issue twice in a row now. First time, I just let it go, but second time and worse experience, never ordering through GRUBHUB again. Door Dash and Uber Eats are much more reliable and on time.

Everytime I order, my order gets pushed back, most of the time I don't have a driver, and they think a 5 dollar coupon is always the resolution. I need to switch companies, if I could give them no stars I would

Grubhub driver ate half of my large fry, and ate a whole double fish filet I ordered leaving the empty box in the bag.

Grubhub have to do better. When refunding back money for order that never made it to the location. Also be aware if the stores are even open for business. I already had to many bad experiences with Grubhub and how they operate. So far two bad experiences in the last two days. Sunday on the superbowl night my order never was delivered and Grubhub driver did pick up my order but never made it to my door. The second bad experience today on Monday I order a pick up order that I would pick up myself and so happens the fast food restaurant was closed. And now I have to wait for not one time but twice my funds to refunded to my account.. what kind of business is Grubhub is running? It’s not working out.. this is unacceptable!!!!!

I have had 3 terrible experiences with GH in the last couple weeks. I know how it goes, the driver picks up other orders, and hopefully you get the food within an hour. All of my food arrived not fresh, or didn't arrive at all. I definitely don't recommend GH. Worst experience ever. I learned my lesson.

I ordered thru grub hub and made a mistake in order at the wrong Location I communicated through chat immediately to let them know. I had ordered at the wrong location and that I wasn’t anywhere near the location that I ordered from GrubHub refused to give me my money back. This delivery service is a rip off and I will not be using it again. If I could write it a zero star they will definitely have it.
