Since i've started using grubhub its been nothing but a headache...they didnt give me my ten dollars off for being a new customer stating that i wasnt one, when in fact i was. i signed up for grubhub+ and they canceled my subscription the next day. the chat helpers are rude and short. smh this is a shame. GrubHub, do better.

The orders are late 98% of the time often by 2+ hours. Grubhub wants to throw 5 at you which is slightly over the tip they want for providing horrible service. I’m done with them.

I ordered food from Ihop for delivery twice in the same day through GrubHub as I was working, & unable to leave to go get my own food. I can't say anything bad about the first driver who dropped off my food-They had good timing & all. However, upon discovering I had missing items from my order, I called GrubHub who gave me a refund for those missing items so I could reorder, which I did. I was then given an estimated delivery time of between 12:02-12:17. Then about 15 minutes til 12:00, I was informed the order would be delayed & was given a new estimated delivery time of 12:26-12:41. Upon calling GrubHub to prioritize my order as this was already the second delivery I had to have due to Ihop's failure to include some of my ordered items, all GrubHub could due was apologize & assure me they were working on getting my order to me as soon as possible. I finally received my order about 12:30, & (big surprise) my food was cold as it sat at the restaurant waiting for pickup.

Always deliver your food late, lie to you about the eta and offer you $5 for “your inconvenience”

After waiting over two hours the driver called to get pin and said food was on porch. It wasn't. I never received anything but because the driver marked it delivered I can't get a refund. So if you pay over 50 bucks for food and get nothing you're just out of luck. Not worth the risk of being scammed.

So first off Grubhub/yelp hacked my order. I thought I was ordering from the restaurant. Did not even know till after I paid. Then I get an email with a fourth plus minute range. Called the restaurant they had no idea about my order. Called grub hub customer service absolutely useless and no help. Said my order would be ready between 5:40 and 6:15, I asked how I would know and agent repeated the time, I said so I am supposed to get cold pizza and she said yes. I absolutely will never ever use Yelp/Grubhub again. Lousy company and terrible customer service!

I placed an ordered and it was delivered somewhere. When I contacted grub B hub they reordered for me. I asked for a credit due to the inconvenience of the original order and was told they could not do that. Asked for a supervisor and was told that no supervisor could give me a credit and was disconnected

Driver accepted the delivery order. I tracked on the map and she never moved. I sent her a message asking if everything was ok. 10 minutes passed. I sent a second message telling her I would just pick up the order myself because they were closing soon. 10 minutes later she FINALLY responded with "ok". WHY accept an order if you have no intention of following through with delivery. Fortunately GrubHub did refund my money but the principal of this review is they didn't do what they agreed to do for the price I was charged. This is not the first time this has happened which makes it worse. Not a good experience!

Took my money, refused to refund and didn't deliver. When i contacted customer service they sai its due to me having previous refunds or concessions. But it was my first time using the App as im from the uk. So never had a refund, and when i explained this they rudly said there is nothing they can do and are disconnecting the chat.

I placed my order at 6:27 pm and didn't get it delivered until 8:15 I'm a senior and can't eat that late so I ended up throwing it out. I filed a complaint and they offered me $5.00 off my next order which I doubt I will use because I won't use their service anymore.

I ordered Grubhub thru Burger King. Waited 45 minutes until I was told bk never received the order. Grub hub cancel it and never even said they were sorry for not getting the info to BK. $7 is supposed to make up for ruining my dinner?

The driver did not deliver to the correct address, we could not find our order, and after speaking with multiple agents, the driver in question, who I told was banned had been reassigned to our redelivery. This same driver delivered to the incorrect address again, and I was again told that there was nothing they could do about it. Do not use Grubhub. They are a scam.

My apartment number is part of my address. Grubhub for some unknown reason does not share apartment numbers with drivers - how efficient! My driver just left my food someplace in my lobby and texted me that he did not have access to my apartment number. Ubereats and Door Dash does not have this issue - I would suggest using them - particularly if you live in an apartment! Lesson learned - never again.

Driver picked up food at 9pm from restaurant. Restaurant is three miles from my address that was to be delivered to. 1.5 hours later still waiting on delivery. Driver will not response to calls or texts. I reached out to the Help Center out of concern since on the app I saw the driver just sitting in an industrial area. They sent me a lousy $5 credit. I will not be using their service again. So the $5 credit is worthless

I used Grubhub for my Donato's pizza delivery. As I am medically incompacitated, I put in the directions for the driver : Ring doorbell. I will tell you to OPEN the door. The stupid driver arrives, doesn't ring the doorbell. He drops my pizza on the porch and leaves. 10 mins after I don't hear a doorbell, I check outside for the driver and my pizza is sitting there. Of course, the pizza is cold. I respond to Grubhub and the operator has the ordacity to offer me a $5 discount off my next order! NO, stupid! I want my pizza. Then she proceeds to ask me stupid questions. Like : " Did you already pay for your pizza?" How else do you think it was going to be delivered??? "Do you still want your pizza??" Ultra dumb ding bat! What do you think?? You got $26 of my money and I still don't have a pizza! This company hires stupid people to work for them.

Well it's the same everytime, order your food, and it is either delayed from the start, shows up cold, soggy, something gets forgotten. And it's almost always delayed or late. So don't plan on ordering anything warm. This company either needs to hire more people, or maybe just give up and let other services handle it. Cuz the same result time after time is rediculous.

Ive been a driver since 2020. Since I've refused to take high mileage, non paying offers, i was deactivated. Seems all they want is theives and sloth drivers. Been over a year since I've accepted an offer but clock in daily. So, basically customers and company refuse to pay. Cool
