“Tonight I ordered from slades restaurant delivery person put my food on a bench wrong location also I want a refund I love the chicken was trying the potato salad for the first time was not happy this would be my last order from slades.”

“Terriable place if a driver messes up order or forgets half your stuff you can only get max 5 dollars credit even if ur items cost more.”

“They are awful a complete waste of time.Their customer service is terrible.They kept transferring me to different people.To all tell me the same thing, making me think that they were gonna help me.Instead, they made me sit there and waste 45 minutes of my life to get nowhere and tell me that I can't combine my credits.It's ridiculous and stupid”

“I have ordered on GrubHub three times and everytime I did not receive my order. Just tried getting a refund for the third time and they tell I can't get a refund is crazy. Y'all taking people's money.”

“Ordered online and gave tip online with order. Site said I would receive updates on delivery. NO UPDATES RECEIVED. After an hour, I checked outside and found Pizza on bench. Driver did NOT knock or ring bell to advise of delivery. Pizza was COLD. I bet if I had not given tip online the driver would have rung bell to get their tip. A shame a wonderful pizza ruined by GrubHubs poor service. Won't use GrubHub again.”

“I was charged more than what was listed on their app. I chatted with someone and then I called and was basically told to bad you were overcharged but we are not giving you your money back because we charge more than the restaurant charges.”

“hadn't ordered in about 2yrs from them. tried it out bc with amazon prime you get grubhub+. Driver number 1 delivered to the wrong address 5mi away and refused to answer contact messages. Restaurant turned away second driver for redelivery bc they didn't know it'd been reordered. Will never order with grubhub again.”

“GrubHub service has really gone down last few weeks. My orders are prepped quickly...I have called the restaurant. But it took grub hub over an hour to pick it up. My food sat cold at the restaurant. This has happened 3 times now. Then after waiting for one order 2 hours ... they cancelled the order. The pizza place said the order had been picked up. It was almost 10 at night. The pizza place actually remade the order for us in 15 minutes.”

“I Will NEVER give Grubhub my business again, they don’t hold their couriers accountable for anything and when you complain to customer service they simply cancel your order and blame the restaurant. I’ll be exclusively using DoorDash from now on. Eff Grubhub and their company model”

“Aweful first time experience. Driver stopped more than 2 times befor me making my order 30 min late. No apologies, just $ 10 off next time. I gave the driver a $ 20 tip and she did not thank me at all. In summary: I will never order food online ever again!”

“The drivers will pick up other orders and driven all over. When they finally deliver the food is cold. Grubhub needs a way to change tips if the driver is bad instead of tipping and hoping the service is good.”

“GRUBHUB DRIVERS ARE TERRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS!!! They have contact options but DONT ANSWER OR RESPOND! They don’t even attempt to contact you if they are lost or have questions. They just leave the food somewhere OR they take it!!! I will never order through Grubhub again. Never!!!”
