“I simply cannot overlook the fact that their customer service is horrid. Taking on charges to orders, sending them to the wrong location, and not allowing you to have a genuine resolution to your complaints. Not going to use them again and I recommend you do not either.”

“So far I’ve had them for a couple week and already twice in a row drinks were forgotten and I am waiting days later for my refund. Upon asking me if there was anything else they can help with I said yes I’d like a provisional credit for the inconvenience that I now have to drink to get my drinks and yall still get paid this up charge for products when I could drive myself and save money. They refused so I will be canceling this service and just saving my money. Convenience is more inconvenient.”

“Upon accidentally ordering from them. I thought I had it “pick up” on Yelp, immediately I called the company to let them know it was an accident and that my husband was already a few minutes away to pick up our order seeing they are super close and fast when ordering from there. They absolutely denied to help us cancel the order that had been placed within minutes, and told us there was nothing they would do to accommodate. And we were more than welcome to leave a review, because “they accept all feedback”. The guy was very rude and condescending and was not willing to understand, listen or helping anyway. I will never make this mistake on Yelp again .”

“First and last time using grubhub food was missing they automatically put a tip on which I didn’t authorize because I always like to give the drivers cash when they deliver. I did call the restaurant to make sure that I had the correct order. They read everything that that I had ordered I wanted to make sure that I didn’t mess up before calling Grubhub Called GrubHub a $40 order I was charged $75.48 I asked him what they charge me for they gave me the same order that the restaurant gave but I was missing stuff they gave the tip that I did not authorize and then almost $20 in taxes and fees on top of the delivery charge . I have now got my Bank involved to dispute the whole thing. I know the owners of the restaurant and I’ll just take the cash to them. That’s crazy for them to charge me for 40 bucks $75.48. They have lost their ever loving Flippin mind, if they think that people are going to pay those kind of prices”

“Never again waited 4 hr I try to cancel the offer me a credit, waited I again, then I wanted to cancel, they said it would not be for free. I was like, I’m waiting for 4 hr. This is crazy, the agent disconnected right away. No more, this will be my last. Order, from them.”

“Grubhub drivers will grab an order when they're all the way across town. I've had to cancel a lot of my orders due to late pickups. I also think a lot of fast food and restaurants give their old food to delivery orders. I have cut back on all the delivery orders because of bad food and late arrivals.”

“Refunded me $5 for a $50 order terrible company i cancelled my order almost instantly after I realized that it was the wrong address, i mean instantly and they refunded me $5 and my order is sitting at a hotel 2 hours away, will never use this bs app ever again, if your looking for a food delivery app id go straight to doordash this app is a scam”

“I ordered food and 1 hour later still no update… tried to do a refund and said store has already prepared my food.. called the store they said no orders have came in from gh, GH said they would send me a $5 credit. Now saying they will be here in 33 min not sure if I’ll actually get it or not but DoorDash never has this issue”

“Grubhub drivers app only offered a few block hours late night. Never any offers to sign onto the app. Grubhub locked the app after 2 month for non use. What a waist of time with these fu kers”

“Horrible service..I didn’t get my food nor my refund cause the driver decided to drop my food god knows where & somehow it’s the customer fault. Very disappointing I wouldn’t recommend this headache to anybody because their drivers don’t even have a working phone to contact me pls becareful with them”

“After GrubHub partnered with Amazon Prime, I canceled my DoorDash subscription to avoid overlapping subscriptions for the same service. I have now ordered from GrubHub several times, and every order has taken 90+ minutes to be delivered. These are restaurants”

“I’ve ordered numerous times and every single time has been horrible . From my food being left outside to be stolen , cold , no ketchup when requested . I just received my order and gave everything to my dog because it was cold , like being left in the refrigerator .i requested mayo and ketchup , received 1 mayo , no ketchup or napkins and a warm frosty that was melted !”

“My food was just left at the front desk of my hotel, even though I was outside the lobby waiting for it. I received a notification it was delivered & messaged the driver asking where it was as it was not handed to me. Driver never responded. Then I went on customer service chat to let them know & they had to tell me where it was left. By the time this happened my food was cold. I told them I wanted a refund as the driver ignored me, said nothing to anyone when they just left my food on the desk & now it was cold. I was informed I could bot get a refund but they would give me $7 credit for my next order. After I explained that grubhub cannot b used where I live so that would b no good to me, they still told me I could not get a refund. THEN I asked to speak to a manager & they did not get me a manager.”

“I can’t tell you how many times my order has been delivered to the wrong house. I even put the instructions to my home in the order. My address is plainly on my mailbox which is on the street and unobstructed. I even had a delivery man come to my home with my neighbors order and show me the address on his iPhone. It was the wrong address which he would have known if he looked at my mailbox.”
