“To be honest- I was a little nervous ordering. The price seemed a little too good to be true. Then I got the first shipment was just the accessories. Still a little nervous. But then about a week later - got delivery notice. Neon Sign was in a huge extremely well packaged shipping "crate". solid wood protection of the sign. Sign was simply perfect. I couldn't of been happier with the product and I would gladly purchase from them again.”

“I ordered a custom neon sign and paid the extra $30 to have it “cut to letter.” The sign I was sent was the default “cut around acrylic” design which I didn’t order because the sign was going on a matte wall and I didn’t want any extra acrylic to create glare.
The customer support was abysmal and basically refused to admit that they screwed up the order. I was at least able to get my $30 back, but I would’ve preferred the sign that I ordered.”

“This has been a very very good company to purchase from. The website is great. They made my custom neon and sent a video of it within a couple days of placing my order. And then before I knew it, it was on my doorstep within a matter of days! Seriously, overseas in less than a week. Very attentive customer between calling and emailing. “Easy to order, easy navigation and online support, very good product options to choose from. Product arrived quickly - sooner than quoted and during Christmas rush. It came in two packages (1. Sign; 2. Power), but in one delivery. Both boxes were very well packaged and taped. It took a bit of time and effort to remove many staples from sign box. Would suggest a more user friendly way to package.
The product was exactly as ordered and it worked as advertised. This was a gift and everyone was impressed with it. Hoping it will last and bring enjoyment for a long time. Well done!”
