“Having offered me a very high renewal premium (300% higher!) I rejected the premium via the app. They then came back with a far lower quote and said it would renew at that price if I stayed with Yoga. I accepted and renewed, only to find I had been charged the original higher premium. I immediately cancelled the policy for a refund and was charged £49 for cancellation. It was not easy to speak to an agent but when I explained what had happened they waived the £49 and said that their app did not tell me that the lower renewal quote had, in fact, expired. Whilst I am not out of pocket and I am not satisfied with the renewal service offered by Yoga and have now moved to a different insurer.”
“Was easy to buy, hope it is as easy to claim, if I ever need to. Was much cheaper than my existing insurer after they increased premium by over 85%. Again, hope that does not happen when renewal time comes round. I hope to have a trouble free year of motoring because I have a healthy distrust of insurance companies”
“Site easy to use apart from not being asked for vehicle valuation or being able to find it on the site expected it to be similar to the meerkat guys not 3.5k less didn't find out untill doc's come through. If I don't need to claim and I never have it doesn't matter, if I do won't be best pleased.”

However what my intention to do was change my existing insurance to my new vehicle. I had to cancel my original insurance and be charged £49.99. Then go through the whole process. All in all it took about 4 hours. So I certainly was not happy about this.
I have used yoga insurance for a number of years obviously returning custom doesn't count!”

Had to google a lot as adding Son we car share. I could have had your Policy over £ 100 less had I taken it without using various sites. You literally said '" your quote has gone up" on my emailed quotes. I was so fed up in the end I bought yours and managed to make one of the middle prices u had quoted - tho the website didnt make it easy. Today an email from you with " an offer" if I hadnt bought it yet- £300 more!”

“Great price and reasonbly easy website to use. The major downside is if you wnat to ask a specific question of a person either before or after your purchase. This is very difficult to do if at all possible.”

“Whilst I am very happy with the quote I was given a year ago - cheapest by a long way and easy to set up - I am disappointed with email communication regarding renewing my policy. I had an email today saying 'thank you for choosing to renew' when I hadn't chosen and it was automated by Yoga. Having heard nothing from Yoga in the last week about potential cost of renewing, I went through the usual comparison site stuff, went with the cheapest because Yoga were more expensive on the comparison site and then had the automated renewal from Yoga today at £70 cheaper than the one I took out yesterday! I have just cancelled yesterday's and stuck with Yoga. I thought it was a legal requirement to offer a renewal quote to existing customers?? Fortunately the one I cancelled didn't charge me the cancellation fee or I would have been more irritated by it!”
“I do not like talking to machines , invariably they say "I don't understand" goes on and on THEN I get passed to an agent.original quote was for additional named driver that was ALL original quote , when I went ahead , signed and paid policy sent through , NO second driver listed when I went to print off !! Difficulty then getting back in touch , after 2hours it was sorted out . Far easier if existing customers could talk to a REAL person, only number available is for claims !! Which WILL NOT accept questions other than a claim.”
