“£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted.
How about as a gesture of goodwill, you give me that back please, I really feel that you have taken advantage of me.”

The charge was £117.27. All my documents were sent within minutes so no manual labour
No changes to the car other than the registration number
So how do they justify this fee? I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and will never recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone!”

“I could not get onto your customer portal could not get it to register me, think may be that the email had been previously registered for someone else with a different policy,tried numerous times to contact you left messages on chat line but is obviously a robot who just keeps saying go to the portal which I couldn’t get onto saying not to renew and I have now done it with another company as you could not be contacted
