£50 to cancel during 14 day cooling off period is shameful. I forgot to cancel renewal as I no longer have a car and we were in the middle of moving house and all the stress that goes along with that, it just slipped my mind. My own fault I appreciate that, but to be charged £50 to cancel (don't forget the 58p for the few hours cover) is just taking advantage of those of us who forget. It was literally a few hours, I'm disgusted. How about as a gesture of goodwill, you give me that back please, I really feel that you have taken advantage of me.

After 3 weeks of taking out my policy / buying my second-hand car, I had all the documentation to put on my cherished plate. The charge was £117.27. All my documents were sent within minutes so no manual labour No changes to the car other than the registration number So how do they justify this fee? I am absolutely disgusted with the charges and will never recommend Yoga Insurance to anyone!

Yoga-Insure came out as the cheapest insurer via Compare the Market. It offers good value for money, including courtesy car and legal protection. It was very easy to sign up.

My only change to my policy today was to change the registration as I’ve put my personal one on retention potentially for a new car and whilst I accept an admin fee which has been charged at around £19 my monthly charge has gone up by £9!! This is absolutely disgusting.

I had used your app to opt out of my car insurance being renewed automatically and it has just renewed and now you are charging me a £50 fee to cancel.

I tried to cancel my renewal. It was difficult to do. Then you were able to process the renewal without having my up-to-date details despite telling me that you wouldn't. Now I've got to work out how to contact you and try and get a full refund

I attempted to add a driver to my policy, followed all the instructions and resulted in being told that with the information I provided it was not possible to add this driver, then Yoga took £20 from my card for a mid term policy change. To say the least I am disgusted with this. Of course the 'live chat' just keeps giving robotic answers, referring me to the Login.

I could not get onto your customer portal could not get it to register me, think may be that the email had been previously registered for someone else with a different policy,tried numerous times to contact you left messages on chat line but is obviously a robot who just keeps saying go to the portal which I couldn’t get onto saying not to renew and I have now done it with another company as you could not be contacted So please cancel this policy and return any payment you have taken Albert R ref was GDCNA00054449 I see from review that I am not the only one having difficulty
