“This is the worse insurance company I have ever dealt with In 25 years!! After having a knock for knock accident on a single track road a short distance from home on the 1st of October the car is still say on the drive way and waisted hours (days on the phone) it seems like there doing everything to avoid paying out! Don't waist your time people the stress is just not worth it.”
“My renewal quote was kept around the same price unlikely previous companies I’ve been with who hike up the price of the renewal premium. Due to this I was happy to stay with yoga for another year. Online portal is very easy to use as well.

“I took the insurance out some 3 weeks before the start date. When i got the paperwork after paying the premium i noticed that my son was not insured.
i therefore asked to cancel the policy but was informed that somewhere in the small print there was an admin fee of £50 but i could add him for £73.
What happened to the 'cooling off period' that comes with most transactions.”
“My renewal details arrived promptly and in plenty of time for me to consider whether I should stay or switch. I did do a comparison search and the Yoga renewal price was by far very fair and affordable so was I happy to stay for another year 🚗”

Claim to be friendly & helpful but you cannot cancel their products as they renew automatically on a no reply box.
I tried to cancel a policy several times that was no longer required and now they are chasing me for a policy I cancelled!

“Exactly like another person who has posted a comment, I didn't want to renew. I've tried to contact someone (anyone) and the chat didn't work for me, as I'm not available during the hours when your live chat is open.
Now I'm going to have to create an account (that I'll not need) and cancel insurance that I didn't want, and don't need.
Please return to me the money you've taken out of my bank.”

I received no notification via email or post that this was going to happen. I also ticked the 'NO' to the automatic renewal last year.
Now I'm have to go through the process of claiming it back.”
“Once you get used to the on line system it’s very good. I’m also find the chat service very good and the handlers have always been very helpful. I also think that Yoga insure have been fair with me following my car accident and were quick and efficient in dealing with it. Just like to say thankyou!”

“You can't get onto there portal I couldn't cancel my policy of which I cancelled 3 months previous they have taken my money and would not give a refund what a set of robbing bastards I now have to go through the ombudsman to try a get a refund”
“Goog in insurance prices but when you need to speak to someone forget it.
I needed to cancel my insurance as I no longer own the car ,but the website would not let me in , they do not have a call in customer service?

“Yoga was good for the first year. I had one claim during the year that was handled really well. I am now wanting to change my car but navigating the system hasnt been easy. Upon entering my new car details which are in group 9 the premium quoted was £200 more than my previous car which was in a higher insurance bracket. After checking on other search engines I can get my car insurance for what I paid last year so looks like Yoga has lost out. I cannot understand why the insurance industry no longer rewards loyalty.”
“You automatically renewed my policy atnd emailed me at 38 minutes past midnight to let me know not giving me a quote earlier than this. I had put other insurance in place as I had not heard from you previous to due date. When I had to cancel within the first 24 hours you charged me £50 . I find this extremely bad practice and if you had written to me earlier I would have been happy to accept your quote. Can you advise if I am likely to have a refund as this amount was 25% of total annual insurance for less than one day when my vehicle was covered by another insurer.”
