Wanted to upgrade from a basic grill. Deliberated for a long time whether to get a standard kettle grill or the kettle joe. Delighted I went with the kettle joe. Used it several times now for both low and slow and normal grilling. The fuel economy and temperature control is fantastic, even if it takes a little getting used to. The build is so robust and well manufactured. One piece of advise j hit when researching, was to add a felt gasket to the bottom of the lid and the slow roller. Really glad I did. It adds a layer of cushioning to protect the whole kettle, and prevents any unwanted leakage. For an extra couple of quid I’d recommend everyone who gets one to do the same. Really struggled with the decision to spend so much on a BBQ, but am so glad I did. The quality is superb, and it looks fantastic
