Easy to assemble. One person can manage but it helps to have two. Once assembled, it didn’t ignite correctly. Turns out a wire had trapped the combustion fan. Two of the screws on the underside of the hopper were shot so opening that up was difficult and has resulted in me forcefully removing the two offending screws. Which is a bit of a shame. Once fixed it ignited perfectly. It didn’t make it to 500f for the burn off but it did hit 460f and stay there. Already completed a quick grill and a 6.5 hour jerky cook. Awesome results. Holds the low temp nicely
