We were fortunate to be the inaugural guests at Anwyn & Dan's little slice of heaven. If you are seeking peace & solitude in a 5-star camping experience, this is it. You will be wowed from the moment you park your car and your belongings are shuttled to the campsite in an ATV to the moment you say goodbye to the friendliest pack of guard dogs you might ever meet. There is a short hike to the campsite (price of admission!) that meanders through newly planted oilve trees and the surrounding property. Releaved of our bags, we had no trouble making the trek in 107 degree weather. The campsite is exactly as pictured; spotless with lush bedding, a fully functioning outhouse, shower and running water for the sink. Abundant seating, an ice chest with cold beverages, a grill, and plenty of games and books... Anwyn & Dan have thought of everything and genuinely care about their guests comfort. When we noticed the new grill didn't have a full propane tank, a quick text message resulted in Dan flying up the hill 5 minutes later with a propane tank. The views and solitude of the campsite are fantastic. You are literally on top of your own hill, directly adjacent to protected wilderness areas as far as the eye can see.
