I love GMB Fitness and use it as my #1 fitness activity. I also do other random exercises. The main thing I like is the focus on both mobility and strength, the lack of machines and weights (though I have both of those in the past and would in the future, though I am not planning to join a gym). Mostly I love the basic philosophy of listening to your body and how to deal with injuries.
