Never Ever rent a car from Goldcar. I made a reservation online, paid 117€. When arrived at the Barcelona airport to pick up the car, they told I reserved TOO SMALL car, she has THIS one only at a very good price, today only 38€ +10€, I was shocked. I told her it was too expensive for me (12 days stay), couldn't afford it, then she spoke smth with a colleague and made it little cheaper, her arguments were that it was a very good car, just a little bigger, and conditioning working, GPS working, easy to drive... I accepted cause I believed her words, it was the only one available.. I got down, found the car, and guess what GPS didn't work, radio didn't work, menu didn't work, nothing worked , and yes it was a brand new looking car, not even a scratch... I went back she changed the car to more scratched one, I thought she'd pay some refund cause this other car was not luxurious, she said no refund, don't worry, all will be fine, just put me an 9 or 10 points please, I will put her ZERO, DANIELA from Goldcar Barcelona.
