Australia Post says DHL lost my parcel as they work together. This is so so disappointing. How professional it is to lose a parcel. You had one job DHL and Aus Post!!! I sent a gift to my family, and it has been months that my parcel didn’t even leave Sydney yet, it is lost. DHL never even tried to deliver but they lost it straight away! Is that because people work for you steal our stuff or you just don’t know how to deliver delivery service? Shame on you.

One attempted delivery, waiting all day as tracking said it was out for delivery today - Now it has been returned to Shipper - this was an 18th present for my daughter and now can’t get another on time 😔

Useless. Package has been stuck in transit for 10 days. It shipped about 2 weeks ago. When I called customer service they were totally unhelpful. Could not provide an update and just told me to ask the vendor for a replacement or a refund. So is the package lost then????

Absolutely useless. I arranged collection of a parcel the customer waited in all day DHL didn't collect I spent loads of time on the phone trying to get the collection rebooked all I got was apologies and the offer of £5 credit. Then finally they rearranged collection for another day guess what? They didn't collect again. Now my customer has now had two days off work. DHL apologised and refunded me . Just a total waste of my time and inconvenience for my customer. Even the DHL employee couldn't speak to the depot she told me they weren't answering the phone. She messaged them and still they didn't collect. I am going to rebook with Parcelforce . I will never consider using DHL again! They are Unprofessional and useless! If I could leave a minus star rating I would!

DHL has the worst service ever. There are not enough words to describe how the delivery people are running from work while the delivery of an item. While delivery a person can not be found is the only reason given, while you have a name and everything on the door. So why can the pizza guy find my house and DHL can not. What kind of this stupidity is. I understand maybe there is more work and all so the delivery can miss something but this has happened more than twice. But still each package should be delivered with care. WORST SERVICE EVER BY DHL.

Absolutely didn’t the basic expected. Asked for the copy of my passport (???) for what ever reason and tried to made me fill in so ‘0power of attorney’ that has no legal binding. Scam!

DHL's estimate of delivery time is pure fiction. Its parcel tracking service is not fit for purpose. It is hard to contact, and getting a parcel delivered on time is impossible.

The driver delivered my replacement phone to the wrong address and then signed for it himself. I now have no phone and no-one at DHL taking responsibility what has happened, being passed back and forth between DHL and Apple, appalling customer service.

They are the worst you pay for express and get your package in 3 to 4 weeks because it sits in there warehouse!

DHL continue to impress with their poor service, I could swear but what's the point. It has become so regular. They said they will deliver between 1403 - 1503, I I decide I will wait outside during the time slot as they seem to not know how to use the doorbell. At 1530 I get a message saying driver is delayed so I decide to wait 30 more min outside. I then go indoors and await. At 1800 I check the website and it shows the driver failed to deliver at 1503 as he couldn't get access.... Really DHL.. That's embarrassing, I have to arrange to collect from the depot cos this will continue the whole week same as last month and 3 other times. The app is really the most pointless this ever.. Well done DHL you take poor performance to a whole new level. I contacted the customer service and 5 hours later no response

DHL's Customer "Care" team is a mockery, and their "research" team into their failed deliveries is a further insult. I paid for an International Express delivery which should have arrived at its destination 10 days ago. It made its way through various hubs and custom controls in Europe without issue, and in Cincinatti the trail goes cold: no further tracking information is reported. I had to call to inquire about the shipment, as DHL never felt the need to inform me that the parcel they were paid to deliver hadn't been delivered. For one week now, I have received "updates" such as the one below from at least 7 different customer service agents, in which I am greeted ("Hope all is well.."), I am apologized to for the "inconvenience," nothing about the whereabouts of my shipment is revealed, and then the agent always ends by delaying the resolution of their "investigation" until the next business day, after 5PM, their local time. (This promise has been broken everyday of this week, and on Friday of last week. The same pattern.) They then have the nerve to include a customer service survey link, and a telephone number (not toll-free) that can be called for further information (a lie). I write back to these named agents, desperately hoping that they are real, but none of them reply, instead, I get another of these generic emails from a new agent. All week I have been pleading with this company to inform me of what has happened to this delivery, and to assign my case to a single manager who can personally take responsibility for the situation. DHL won't definitevely state if the delivery is lost, "on hold" "under security inspection," although these are versions of the story I received earlier in the week when calling. Initially I was told that the package had "missed its flight" and would be delivered at the beginning of last week. This is infuriating, and insulting. Even worse, DHL never mentions anything about the obvious refund of the shipping costs they owe me (over 50 US dollars) and recompensation of the value of the contents of the shipment. Bottom line: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY: they clearly will not be accountable for non-service, and instead play games with their customers.

On Monday, one week ago, I received a message telling my parcel was out for delivery, but it didn't arrive, nor I received a card or any other sign of life from the carrier. On Tuesday, same. I wrote to them and they told me it would be redelivered on Thursday. Same story -- Thursday became Monday. Same for Monday, and then, after having spent the best part of the week at home waiting, I was told that the parcel was being returned to sender. Please note that I live on a large estate in CENTRAL LONDON, not atop a mountain. The doorbell is connected to my phone, so I am aware of any missing visits / calls as well. They simply didn't turn up and said they did -- or for whatever reason they were going to the wrong address. Several emails didn't solve the issue and the parcel has now been returned to the sender. Extremely frustrating and frankly dishonest or completely careless.

Had ordered a present for daughters birthday, was being delivered by DHL! first email said he was going to be late, 1 hour later email said sorry we missed you! the ring doorbell didn't see anybody and not card put through the door. the picture the driver posted to say he had been at the door was the back of his hand!! The parcel was seemingly taken to a pick up point, where we went for the next 4 days..... no parcel. called DHL and there customer service team is worse than the drivers! Still no parcel, i don't where it is, DHL don't know where it is, the shop doesn't where it is! wouldn't use DHL and if i am ordering something on line again i will reconsider if i see that they use DHL. not sure why businesses still use this company.

It is now 8 days my family sent gifts for my 70th birthday on 4th August. DHL's UK operation assured them it would reach me in time, which they knew full well it would not, as DHL Lisbon customs had other ideas - it took them 3 days, and a lot of argument, to get it through. The gift parcel was then handed to DHL's courier partners who, after five hours with it, stated they could not find my address (a common occurance seemingly when you look at the multiple complaints posted on review sites). I have provided DHL with maps, co-ordinates, possible nearby pick up points along with my telephone number. There is now no response from their Customer Services. What an absolute shambles this Company's Portuguese operation is. They are not fit for purpose and should be thoroughly ashamed of using the term, " EXCELLENCE SIMPLY DELIVERED" in their advertisements.

Just don't use. Don't deliver on time, notification of non-delivery not given until after delvery time had passed. No future date or time glven. No tracking updates provided. Will never use a Company who ships with DHL again

Poor service, the 1st to the 9th doesn't seem very express to me. Just told to wait or collect my item...why did I pay nearly £10 for delivery then?? Avoid this company absolutely dreadful.

Short of 1 month from the dispatch from South Africa of a parcel via DHL express, and 81 euros surplus costs later we finally received the goods that were evidently tampered with. First they went through customs even though there was little in terms of value. Next they were sent to the health department to evaluate 3 small BB creams and charged the balance for tampered goods. They failed to notify the customer at source of the risks and costs of shipping even innocuous items to Italy. What is singular, is the lack of follow up on this delivery from DHL as well as the cowardly absence of supervisory follow up, despite it being requested twice. This SHAMEFUL delivery, which makes a mockery of their "..simply delivered" slogan, will go down as the worst example of lack of communications, overreliance on a useless web site, poor customer service skills and a general lack of concern. So think before your ship...unless you have loads of money to spare.

Very bad experience with DHL, they don't care at all about customers. I haven't received my delivery and lost my money. Definitely I won't use this company again.
