Day 2 covid tests ordered 08.09, picked up by DHL 10.09 from the seller and rescheduled day by day over and over and today is 16.09 and rescheduled again for tomorrow. JOKE!!! £15 for a small envelope and you loose hope you will ever get it. Noone to talk to, no way to reaarange or to pickup or whatever. HOPELESS. Lesson lernt. NEVER AGAIN. You have been warned.”

“We went to a service point in Amsterdam to ship a package. We were sent off because we didn't bring a printed label, and they could not provide that service there. The day after we went back with the printed sticker and the package was sent. With the track & trace number we found out the package was on HOLD, without being notified. After we phoned DHL we learned an invoice was missing (it were 2 t-shirts for our grandkids) and it could not be sent, so we requested the package to be returned. We lost 85€ on shipping costs, and when the package arrived back the box had been opened, and not even closed properly. Terrible experience.”
“My order was frozen food it was picked up on Monday night and am still waiting for it the company i have ordered it from are sending out a fresh order but that is not the point this is the third time DHL has messed up bad delivery service witch let's the company down that i have my contact with”
“Worse service ever, is the first time when I give 1 star to any company but I wold give 0 if that will be possible.
My parcel was left in a DHL shop, the driver didn't want to pick it up just because I paid extra for insurance (no reason). I talked on the phone with 15 different people from costumer service until I give up. Two weeks took me for a next day delivery parcel and they cancelled the delivery anyway. After cancelation the shop wasn't notify that he can release the parcel so i need to wait for another 48h until they receive that. then i need to ask someone to get there, pick it up and send it with a proper delivery company.
Never been that disappointed about a service in my life, definitely the last time I'm using DHL.”
“We received a notification informing us our parcel had been delivered, and signed for by a DHL delivery driver on August 25th. This was immediately concerning as we hadn’t received any parcel or signed for anything. When opening the notification it was clear from the attached photograph that our parcel had been delivered to the wrong address and left on someone else’s doorstep. Clearly the signature had also been forged by the driver in question.
When phoning customer service, I was told by the customer service agent named Toby, that he could see via GPS that our parcel had indeed been mis delivered as the driver hadn’t been near our address. He informed us that the driver would be told to collect our parcel & redeliver it by the end of the day, and someone would phone us back to confirm this.
The following day as we had received no phone call or parcel, I called customer services again to register an official complaint over the mis delivered parcel & forged signature. I was told no managers were available, but one would call be back within 3 hours, as stated in the “our promise to you” section on the DHL website. 6 hours later, again no call and no parcel. I called customer services back again & again requested to speak with a manager. Again I was told no manager was available & one would call me back the following day.
The following day I again called customer services as i hadn’t received any communication from a manager. I spoke with another customer service advisor, this time asking to escalate the complaint to the executive team. I was told that this wasn’t possible as a manager would have to refer the complaint to the executive team, and I was again told a manager would call me back within 3 hours. Again, this didn’t happen.
Later that day I tried emailing the complaint to customer services as it was clear that DHL had no intention of returning my calls, retrieving my parcel, or challenging the driver who has forged my signature. I received a reply from a manager named Craig Nicol apologising for the inconvenience caused, and promised to speak to the driver involved & provide an update “later that day”.
The email from Craig was received on August 27th. It’s currently 5th September, 9 days later, and I have had no further communication from DHL. I have had no callback from any manager, no explanation as to where our parcel is, no driver has collected it from the address it was mis delivered to, nobody has followed up on my complaint & to the best of my knowledge, the complaint, has just simply been ignored.
This has genuinely been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I can see by the reviews they on Trustpilot that this seems to be fairly normal practice for DHL. I’ll never order another thing from a company who use DHL as a courier.
Not fit for purpose.”

I paid for next day delivery checked the tracking on the morning said there was a problem with my delivery and would be delivered next working day that's not next day!! Then checked tracking again and it says We're sorry but we do not appear to have received your consignment from the sender yet sender confirms collection and so does the tracking from collection in Derbyshire to depot in Leeds my item has been lost worst company around for customer services took my nearly all day to find a number you can actually speak to a human on when I did so unsympathetic that dhl had totally spoiled my granddaughters 13th birthday party”
“Australia Post says DHL lost my parcel as they work together. This is so so disappointing. How professional it is to lose a parcel. You had one job DHL and Aus Post!!!
I sent a gift to my family, and it has been months that my parcel didn’t even leave Sydney yet, it is lost. DHL never even tried to deliver but they lost it straight away! Is that because people work for you steal our stuff or you just don’t know how to deliver delivery service? Shame on you.”

“Useless. Package has been stuck in transit for 10 days. It shipped about 2 weeks ago. When I called customer service they were totally unhelpful. Could not provide an update and just told me to ask the vendor for a replacement or a refund. So is the package lost then????”
“Absolutely useless. I arranged collection of a parcel the customer waited in all day DHL didn't collect I spent loads of time on the phone trying to get the collection rebooked all I got was apologies and the offer of £5 credit. Then finally they rearranged collection for another day guess what? They didn't collect again. Now my customer has now had two days off work. DHL apologised and refunded me . Just a total waste of my time and inconvenience for my customer. Even the DHL employee couldn't speak to the depot she told me they weren't answering the phone. She messaged them and still they didn't collect. I am going to rebook with Parcelforce . I will never consider using DHL again! They are Unprofessional and useless! If I could leave a minus star rating I would!”
“DHL has the worst service ever. There are not enough words to describe how the delivery people are running from work while the delivery of an item. While delivery a person can not be found is the only reason given, while you have a name and everything on the door. So why can the pizza guy find my house and DHL can not. What kind of this stupidity is.
I understand maybe there is more work and all so the delivery can miss something but this has happened more than twice. But still each package should be delivered with care. WORST SERVICE EVER BY DHL.”
