I'm happy enough with my policy, only took it out on 3 July, it's 28 July today. I asked whether I could add a friend to my policy for a weekend. After a very slow process in waiting my turn to post my question on webchat then go through lengthy process which I could have done myself I was told it wasn't an option to add a driver unless I cancelled my policy and took out a new policy and added an additional driver then. Really slow, poor service with an unsatisfactory outcome

When we cancelled CT2 was helpful, the rest of your service was totally inept.

Takes to long to get a operater and when you finally do you answer a question and have to wait ages between each question really time consuming and annoying bad service

Really would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone but couldn't get a number so had to try to sort things out via online chat which was a nightmare. One of the first pieces of information I gave was my son's date of birth who I was trying to add to a policy yet I had to answer a multitude of questions thereafter only to be told eventually that he couldn't be added to the policy as he was too young. Very frustrating.

Disappointed already , technical issues with activating told my insurance may not yet be valid first for 48 hours then 30 mins still not had any sort of email to say sorted … never had to wait before and certainly not after payment taken .

Letter arrived 10 DAYS after it was written, asking me to validate my licence before 14 days when it would be cancelled. I had already paid over £300 to renew my car insurance 3 days earlier than it was due. I rang them as soon as I had received on Friday at 3:45 and answer machine said they were closed and I would find their opening times on their web site. Disappointed and disillusioned.

Chat with TW3 to cancel insurance due to car sale. Only disappointment was the charge which amounted to approx £100 for less than one month insurance on an annual premium of about £145.

Waited for c40 mins for phone call to be answered only to be told that I would have to use the portal. I did ask what I should do if I didn't have easy access to a computer - told 'use your mobile'. Well I've been trying to add my grandson to my policy for about 20 mins and no success. It just asking over and over and over again for my name and date of birth. So cross

Interesting! As an existing customer I thought I would try them for a new car policy for my daughter. Advisor made the process simple enough and then quoted me more than DOUBLE the quote for exactly the same cover I had found from One Call on the comparison sites. Not much existing customer loyalty then. Can't wait for my renewal quote.

I only received half of my payment back when I cancelled the insurance I took out only 3 days before. Which I thought was disgusting,

No phone number to speak to a person, can’t get on to live chat need to speak to someone policy due to expire today,what is the point of having an insurance with no phone number would not recommend

I’ve been charged £27 to changey name to reflect my married name and it’s still incorrect! Please amend to MRS Shelley Cruickshank Marriage licence enclosed to support

Customer service is lovely until something goes wrong. Also they added accident cover as part of my car insurance but didn’t cancel it when I cancelled my car insurance. At no point was I ever told that it was from a different subsiduary and would need to be cancelled separately. Took me a couple of months to work out why my direct debit hadn’t stopped. Cancelling was then far from simple as the other company are only accessible via web form.
