We have a corporate business account and order thousands of dollars a week with DoorDash. Our orders have been only partially delivered numerous times, we have been disconnected when we call DD customer service more than once, and whenever we speak with a rep there is no true solution. There only suggestion is for us to call the dasher to ensure that they pick up everything...isn't that their job and what we are paying for? Overall just a disappointing experience - customer service, deliveries, drivers (people not wearing masks). There seems to be no sense of true empathy or urgency to care or help their customers, even the ones that spend thousands of dollars every week with them.

I hate it when Doordash goes to pick up another order making your order late and then your food is cold or melted. I just complained to them yesterday about my order being late and cold. They credited me $17 something back to my account! Well, today i ordered and this person went to deliver food to someone else first.

Service was fast but no silverware was delivered to a hotel I am staying with no silverware, the drink was left in lobby. Very poor service and when I called the delivery person they blamed on outback. You should check orders before leaving location. I will never use door dash again. Unimpressed with the Hendersonville NC outback as well. Hate this company. Grace

Two separate times DoorDash would give me the name of my “ dasher” and say “ waiting on food” “ will arrive in 23-36 mins.... then after about 20 mins the app would say again ... delivered in about 25-30 mins this time with anew dasher name. Finally , I got my food after 1 hour and 15 mins ( this has happened twice) . Other than these two times, my order has never been on time. This app is horrible and I deleted it !!! There are several other food delivery apps now that are so much better and dependable than this ! It’s junk

My deliveries have been fine. However customer service is worthless and rude! I purchased the dashpass and it came out of bank, but every time Itry to use it it says payment was denied. I called customer service and woman was dismissive said she would send email... never did. I did online chat and agent basically just said we will refund and cut chat off in middle of me talking!!

My wife had worked for them for over 2 years. This year they did a yearly review. And basically fired her for several tickets she had gotten back in 2008. that's over 12 years. She was top dasher for two months, she busted her butt working to get top dasher. Very friendly person and was respectful to the customer. Always delivered the order. So if you want to be a driver for this company watch out they will cut you loose and let someone with no insurance delivery your food. Or another driver might just eat your food.

Normally I don't have a horrible experience with these delivery companies, but the last 3 times I've ordered from them I have had a bad experience. Twice now they brought me the incorrect order, which should have been checked before they left the facility. This last time, the restaurant noted the wait time was 25-30 min, the dasher left the restaurant 10 minutes after placing my order, and it took a total of 1 hr 15 min from the time I ordered until the time I got my food. The worst part was the dasher who delivered it must have been a smoker because the bag, container of food, and the food itself smelled horrible of smoke and the food even tasted like it! I will not be using doordash again.

They service sucks... it’s always something wrong with the orders. Or the order never arrives. Time after time they mess stuff up. This is the third time that I have had to make a complaint. At this point imma just stick to uber eats

DoorDash has been horrible lately to be honest. And I was an new user as well. First DoorDash moves to take your Money and notify after the fact, that a vendor reveals that it doesn’t do DoorDash itself. Other situations happen in which the dashers get the wrong address and they make it a burden to get the redelivery process going to. Only to spread false info towards the functioning hours of the restaurant. (How is bk closed when it’s 5:30p in the afternoon). Not enough transparency with the way DoorDash does things

I have been dealing with Door Dash and their issues for almost 2 years now. Their customer service is scripted and there are passive aggressive alerts put onto accounts when the service rep feels insulted. I’m done with not being understood and treated like they are doing me a favor when an order has missing items time after time. A real conversation that is not scripted and active listening would help, but it doesn’t happen. I use Uber Eats as well and I can tell you I don’t have nearly as many problems with them as I do with Door Dash. It may be my area, but it has not been good!

On the app it said our food came with fries. I called customer service they got my info and put me on hold for 20 min. We spent $50 for 2 burgers 1 philly sandwich and 1 lg shake and a med shake. Really not happy

I use doordash almost every single day. Its a great service to have especially when you can't leave to go get breakfast or lunch. But its very expensive, and they just jacked the rates up again on delivery fees and service fees. So I guess its back to me not eating during the day or start cooking my lunch. Not worth 20.00 for 1 meal from McDonald's

Sometimes it works just fine ...but like 6 times now the driver just...never goes and picks it up..they won't reply even though it gives you the option to text them directly..and they won't refund your money.

Always later than estimated time. we are receiving cold food. after we payed for the dash pass the tips have skyrocketed. this is getting outrageous!

I had a restaurant that had to remake my order after I paid for it because Doordash sent two drivers to pick up my order. The system showed one person but a completely different person picked my order up. Then they told me that they would give me a credit, never did. Another incident, I was delivered the wrong food item and they told me that they were going to give me a credit for the item I never received. They never did. They just make promises to keep you using them.

I ordered food from Mt. Fuji they had apparently ran completely out of crab so they called to inform me they couldn’t make the order. I told them I just wanted to cancel. So I had to contact door dash they said well could they make you something else and I said no I didn’t want the order because it wasn’t what I wanted. The transaction hadn’t been processed yet and they claimed I wouldn’t be charged only to check my account 30 minutes later and the $50 was pulled anyways and when I called to dispute it the woman had a attitude that I was asking to be refunded. I’m so annoyed!

DoorDash for us has been hit or miss, and we use the service a lot these days as I am immuno-compromised and pretty much stuck at home. Many of the drivers are pretty good, polite, and really try to do a good job...but far too often food is dropped off at our neighbors house instead of ours...despite clear and visible house numbers. Out of say, 10 orders, three will be wrong and generally missing more than one item and another will not make it to my door at all. The worst thing is that despite noting in my profile in the appropriate area that we should be text notified or at the very least get a knock on the door when they drop the food off...this doesn't always happen...we waited nearly two hours for dinner one night only to find out that the food had been sitting on our neighbors porch for over an hour...we got zero notification they had even dropped it off. Getting a refund or credit is an enormous pain. Forget customer service, I have never managed to get anyone via their live chat and pretty much give up after a TWO HOUR wait. I usually have to resort to one of their other contact methods...when they do respond, a day or so later via email, they apologize and/or credit my account...but that doesn't really help that we had to order dinner elsewhere on top of a long wait. I gave them two stars because when the service does actually work..it works great...it just doesn't happen often enough unfortunately.
