I placed first order today order had specific instruction ring doorbell hand order to occupant. By the time my ring doorbell brought up image, driver was getting into his car. I watched him drive off

Missing items from my order and door dash says they can’t help? Hmmm, where I work, we always make customer impacting issues right.

Pls.Customer give tip to the driver.new driver or veteran they deserve tip especially Customers ordered from walmart.60 items some are heavy items.for $6. 6ml-10miles.rainy late night no tip .. ..

My food was picked up at 8:08 pm but wasn’t delivered until 8:43pm and I am only one mile from the restaurant. Driver told me DoorDash sent him four orders to pick simultaneously, mine being first, and the next restaurant made him wait 25 minutes for the food. So my $50 meal was lukewarm and DoorDash wouldn’t credit me anything towards it because they gave me a partial refund on a previous order that was left at the wrong address. I’m done with them.

Looked for delivery when Uber eats had “courier not around” on Uber eats app. Found my fav sushi place. Order was 45 min latw and all door dash said was “sorrry lol it’s pretty busy”. No updates eta on delivery. When arrived, 1/4 of the delivery wrong food. So late food, wrong order. Not impressed ☹️

I did not get my full order and after being on hold for nearly 10 minutes I gave up. I will never use this service again. EVER. Their loss; I order often and tip well.

Service is great and on time. But confused as to why I get a text to make sure I have a mask on when I meet my dasher, but they don’t.

Being realistic about this service: They try to be decent, but some drivers are good and reliable and others are completely trash, incompetent son-of-b*** that should NOT be working AT ALL in ANY place. I blame the DOORDASH for not having an ethical policy, that the ALL drivers should STRICTLY follow, with heavy penalty for not doing so...

Some of your restaurants that you pick of from. Straight up on point. Some like KFC that you just partnered up with. Well there website is a fail. Will see if I use this service instead if Uber Eats again.

Whenever I have ordered from doordash, their employees never ring the doorbell or notify you when your food has arrived. This has happened 5 times now and customer support told me they would "work on the issue". It is still an issue that needs to be fixed. Fix it doordash or I will terminate your services.

Door dash kept saying every order was not available. I asked a neighbor and they said use grubhub. Magically, the order I was trying to place through door dash (for an hour) went through on grub hub for the same initial restaurant (in about 5 minutes). See ya door dash!

How did a $9 order end up totaling over $18?? $3 tip -ok. That makes it $12. Will never use Door Dash again. I'll walk to pick up. The place I ordered from is only 4 blocks from my house!! Geeze. In these horrible times, we're all scraping. Dashers are excellent, but fees aren't worth it.

I like service being home bound yet frustrated. This issue I have is drivers don't read instructions. For many English is not their first language. So, door dash needs to offer apps that can be translated in their language. Better training is needed . Many deliver without wearing a mask. Not cool during a pandemic.

We have a corporate business account and order thousands of dollars a week with DoorDash. Our orders have been only partially delivered numerous times, we have been disconnected when we call DD customer service more than once, and whenever we speak with a rep there is no true solution. There only suggestion is for us to call the dasher to ensure that they pick up everything...isn't that their job and what we are paying for? Overall just a disappointing experience - customer service, deliveries, drivers (people not wearing masks). There seems to be no sense of true empathy or urgency to care or help their customers, even the ones that spend thousands of dollars every week with them.

I hate it when Doordash goes to pick up another order making your order late and then your food is cold or melted. I just complained to them yesterday about my order being late and cold. They credited me $17 something back to my account! Well, today i ordered and this person went to deliver food to someone else first.

Service was fast but no silverware was delivered to a hotel I am staying with no silverware, the drink was left in lobby. Very poor service and when I called the delivery person they blamed on outback. You should check orders before leaving location. I will never use door dash again. Unimpressed with the Hendersonville NC outback as well. Hate this company. Grace

Two separate times DoorDash would give me the name of my “ dasher” and say “ waiting on food” “ will arrive in 23-36 mins.... then after about 20 mins the app would say again ... delivered in about 25-30 mins this time with anew dasher name. Finally , I got my food after 1 hour and 15 mins ( this has happened twice) . Other than these two times, my order has never been on time. This app is horrible and I deleted it !!! There are several other food delivery apps now that are so much better and dependable than this ! It’s junk

My deliveries have been fine. However customer service is worthless and rude! I purchased the dashpass and it came out of bank, but every time Itry to use it it says payment was denied. I called customer service and woman was dismissive said she would send email... never did. I did online chat and agent basically just said we will refund and cut chat off in middle of me talking!!

My wife had worked for them for over 2 years. This year they did a yearly review. And basically fired her for several tickets she had gotten back in 2008. that's over 12 years. She was top dasher for two months, she busted her butt working to get top dasher. Very friendly person and was respectful to the customer. Always delivered the order. So if you want to be a driver for this company watch out they will cut you loose and let someone with no insurance delivery your food. Or another driver might just eat your food.
