Terrible service. I waited 2 hours for a delivery that was supposed to take 40 minutes. After I realized it was taking way longer than necessary I used the help button which brought to a screen of choices. One choice was “where is my order” and all it said was it will arrive soon after we find a dasher. I use DD 1-4 times daily. When my order is wrong I call and more often then not they don’t compensate enough Like ordering bacon cheddar wedges from Jack in the box but not getting the sour cream They adjust $2 I can’t eat them without the sour cream refund the full amount Last week I ordered wedges and got jalapeño poppers That was not my order but I didn’t get full credit Now they deactivated my account but didn’t email me or advise me!? I called and the best they can do is escalate the request to find out why my Acct is deactivated?? How many days will that take? I like the ease of the ap, the options and the no delivery fee since I use and pay extra to have that waived But for now I’m using Uber eats since you closed my Acct didn’t tell me didn’t compensate all missing items or wrong items and just last week removed my number 1 store Wine Rack from the platform

My biggest complaint is just that they're scamming people with their "free delivery" for first time users. I've ordered the same thing from the place itself multiple times and even with a tip included for the delivery driver, it's nowhere near the true cost and that irks me.

Best part of DoorDash, we've used the many times and when the food is delivered ON TIME, the drivers are consistently polite, professional and deserve being generously tipped...IN CASH so I'm sure they get what they earned for their service. The WORST....when there are mistakes, errors in filling the orders, inaccurately filled, or food NEVER shows up or can be found "even when GPS shows they coming down your block"...??? They have the worst business model, were they will charge you a "Service Fee", for a reorder of delivery for an error that was NOT your/the customers fault. Last night, had 5 hungry family members waiting for a deliver that WAS on-time, but was missing TWO entrees.....contacted the restaurant first, the acknowledged the mistake and "offered credit"....weak, because no one I knows can "EAT CREDIT"....so I went back to DoorDash, complained, picked the "reorder" option....food was here within an hour....ended up tipping BOTH drivers, since they were the ONLY ones performing their duties as expected.....I was NOT charged for the food items reordered...BUT, for some reason, they feel they are entitled to charge you a SECOND Service Fee....WTF...??? This makes it very difficult to even think of using their service in the future...."may I never be that hungry or desperate"...!!! Someone "fucked up", and I might be included for even thinking of using DoorDash, but there is no reason I should PAY....then PAY AGAIN...!!!

I faced a weird situation when I ordered my food using door-dash . I ordered night dinner from a restaurant in texas using door-dash and I chose to pick-up the delivery .The status in door-dash said it was ready for pick-up but when I went to the restaurant it was closed and later when I verified it was closed for a month but not sure how and why in the app said it was ready for pick-up . Door-dash refunded me but I doubt the way the app updates the status of the order .

I had an overall good experience with DoorDash, but the attitude of the driver is what made me give 3 stars. Other than that, my food arrived warm and good, besides my melty Frosty.

I usually use door dash to order from a restaurant. The last few times I've ordered the food has been all over the inside of the bags. Granted this is partly the restaurant's fault for using crappy Togo boxes but the dashers need to be more careful. I love the idea behind doordash I just think it needs to be improved on.

Just downloaded the app. I have no problem tipping driver and paying the delivery charge. Like pizza drivers, the delivery fee doesn't go to the driver. What's the deal with up charging on menu prices? Portillo's hot dog is $2.99. Doordash is $3.95. Portillo's beef sandwich is $5.99. Doordash is $7.50. Portillo's small fries is $1.99. Doordash is $2.50. Hey doordash, you make your money off the 10% service fee and delivery fee. Don't screw your customers by charging more on menu items. Users beware and check the actual menu prices before using these services.

I love the idea and have used Door dash many times. The two problems are 1) way too often I receive the wrong food, or am missing food. 2) When that happens it is impossible to reach the driver. I don't need a credit, I need my correct food so I can eat! It gets expensive, so if my orders continue to NOT be verified before delivered, I will STOP using Door dash. Such a simple thing. Check the bag!

I think some delivery fees are high, especially when half the time the delivery person just calls and I have to go find them..... it’s called door dash... not leave your house and come find my car. It’s better to order from the restaurant directly. There’s no delivery fee

I can’t drive, so I decided to order Chinese food through the site. The food came when they said it would, but when I got back to my room to eat, it was the wrong food (I ordered soup, not chicken) The food was still good, but I wish my order had been correct

I am supposed to get a $1 delivery fee and no matter how many times I try to log out and log back in, click the link through my email, use an incognito window, or even try a different account, it's not working!!!! I am getting charged $3 (which I know isn't a lot, but it all adds up and when I am told it's $1 and I am not getting it for $1, I tend to get frustrated). I hope you all make it right.

Nice service if you don't want drive anywhere. However, it is frustrating that my orders never arrive on time and I'm always missing items. This time, along with missing items, I'm also missing my credit they were suppose to give me on my missing items that I ordered today.

DoorDash delivered my food in a timely manner. Very pleased with delivery! I was not happy that Door Dash overcharged me for my salad by nearly doubling the price! What is that about?? I called The Habit and the price had not changed since the prior week when I had gone in to purchase. I also found out you dont share the over cost with the merchant. I will not use your services again and will tell everyone I know about your practices!

They keep canceling our order for IHOP every time we order there, even if the restaurant is open and excepting orders. It shouldn’t be on my suggestion list if I can’t order from there. Also delivery times don’t make any since. If the restaurant is only 15 mins away and making the food only takes 5-10 mins to make, it shouldn’t take 40-45 mins to get here. Other than that this is a pretty good app.

DoorDash bring you what you ask ;good as a waitress the make me repeat the order to them to make sure the customers get the right orders;however I have a problem with they’re young employees.the come dressed unprofessional and unfriendly.dodash needs to vet their employees very well because no matter how much you give a place your business and we are great full we also intend to keep our indoor customers safe.A dressing cod and little pentince would help both the restaurant and DoorDash. I for the second time almost kiked out one of your employees at restaurant ;the food did not come out of the kitchen according to the time he had on is phone and they stated to use the f word and paced back and forth to the point that he cought the danning in customers. Intentions. I have worked in food industry for the past 20 and I will admit you have a greater idea however vet your imployes very well .teach them about patient and understanding restaurants we are not perfect we have to deal with in and out business 99% we will meet your demand,so please when picking the food remember your behavior also mirror your business.dodash back always raises questions to customers and I also advtise for you guys because our restaurant have no delivery saverce.so I always tell customers dodash dilivers.so please train your employees to be understanding of our situation and want both our in and out dinner happy.so DoorDash and my work place regardless of different bosses we are one your beahavior affects both of us.

Door dash is very convenient but horrible when it comes to reading instructions. Every time , except once, I’ve ordered something and put specific/ special instructions in the instructions/ comment box it has NEVER been read or fulfilled. So I have to end up calling or going back myself. It is very inconvenient, especially when I’m paying for the services.
