I bought GMB after long covid taking a big hit on me and my body. I fell in absolute love with this program. It's making me use my body in ways I never have and I also feel like a kid again. Would totally recommend this program to any and everyone!

The only thing I miss is coaching on handstands. After starting gmb workouts I decided to try to hone this skill. After following the gmb tutorial, a handstand factory program, and a garage girl program I am still trying but unsuccessful in my free handstand. I really enjoy the gmb workouts for both maintaining and or improving my flexibility and mobility. At 68 years of age this has become increasingly important to me.

Great programs - I love the platform they built, which means each workout adapts to how you're progressing. Having bought a bunch of their programs, it's also great that you get free updates as the programs evolve.

I own and have worked through elements, mobility and integral strength. These are fantastic programs which I have used to rebuild my strength after a very nasty illness. I am a surfer and climber, and until I found GMB I followed sports specific training programs. Since finding GMB I have replaced all my sport specific training using the GMB method. Has it made me a better climber and surfer? Probably not. However I move so much better and do not suffer any injuries anymore! This allows be to enjoy the sports I love so much more. I can also work and lift awkward weights with much better posture and no tweaks! Fantastic! I wished I had started movement based training years ago!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would!! Elements is the first program I ever bought that I have actually done. I have bought all the programs and do them on a weekly rotation. It has helped me be a better athlete than I have ever been (and I have been pretty dedicated) only working out 15 minutes a day. I have recommended it to anyone that will listen and will continue to do that because it's an awesome product and platform. Thank you, thank you, thank you guys for making a workout program I actually WANT to do.

What sets GMB apart from the other training program are: 1)the fun aspect 2) the pondering at the end of your session 3) the possibility to scale the training based on how much time you have. On more than one occasion I had no time or will to do 45 min of training, but I was ok to do 15 or 30 min instead, and I think this is very powerful. The cherry on top of the cake is that the whole GMB team does not take themselves too seriously, which is very important in life. If you have not done that already. listen to their podcast as well.

the most unconventional "fitness" company I know of and love.... As weired as it could seem but you really have to trust in the process and you will be surprised of the outcome.

I love these routines! At 50+ and with many a sports injury starting to limit my mobility I was looking for a program that didn’t just do stretching but also built strength and smoothness into my movements. The mobility program did that and even though I’ve finished the program I regularly redo some of the workouts. Some movements/exercises were old favorites, but a lot were new but easy to learn (but not master). Great program and I’ve since started a few more by GMB and live those as well!

I bought GMB Fitness's Elements because I wanted to add something different into my fitness routine, learn some new ways to move, and make my mid-40s body feel younger. I'm really glad I did. Elements steadily strengthens and increase the range of movement of parts of the body that other routines don't reach, and since buying it I have bought several other GMB packages. I expect to be doing them for many years to come. The structure of the sessions took a bit of getting used to at first, as they are not led by a sweating, pep-talking instructor, but are calmly introduced and then leave to you to practice the same move for a few minutes. This has grown on me, though, as a different and focused way to do a workout.

I'm impressed with the results of my elements training. My lower back pain disappeared, and I gained elasticity, strength and mobility. I can do it anytime and anywhere, no need for any fancy gym subscription, just a bit of indoor or outdoor space is sufficient. I did once the whole element program and now I'm doing it for the second time. 100% recommended as a new way of doing exercise using natural movements of the body

GMB stands apart from any other online fitness program. The routines are novel, fun, and provide an interesting variety; the online support has been immediate and helpful, and no memberships or equipment is needed. I couldn't be happier with GMB!

I love GMB's workouts, they're fun, varied and so "covertly" effective that now I'm noticing that I can do things (both in terms of strength, flexibility and agility) that I didn't even realize I was training during the sessions. I love the feeling of agility and strength, makes me feel athletic and even more present and embodied. Love the programs, the fun and the results. ;)

Excellent mobility and movement program! I’ve had various chronic back aches and pains after some surgery about ten years ago and GMB has really helped to both increase my mobility and reduce pain and inflammation. The Elements series is great for general mobility, Resistance is good for improving the durability of my wrists, shoulders and hips and the Recovery series is good, easy movements for when pain and crankiness are high but I know that some movement will help. Great stuff - give it a go!

I've mostly been doing Elements, and I'm halfway through. Here are a few of my favourite things about GMB: The programs are super easy to follow... you watch the video instruction for each exercise, and then skip it when you know it well enough... and there are little noises (like dings) to cue you when to start each exercise, switch sides, and finish it... so I don't need to keep my eyes on the screen. I can get a 15-minute session in when I don't have time for other exercise and it leaves me feeling accomplished and good. I love that we're encouraged to write quick onscreen notes after each session to debrief. There's more, but they asked for a short review :) Bottom line, really well-thought-out program that I recommend.

GMB Fitness' down-to-earth philosophy is the cornerstone of its appeal to me. I appreciate the coaches' and founders' ready availability to answer questions and help. The vast array of articles and videos is also really appealing to me. I love reading the articles. They're well-researched and thoughtful--and often funny! Above all, I value GMB's realistic attitude to training. These people get that we're not all young or super-fit. They work hard to keep the programs accessible to everyone, emphasizing the importance of consistency and practicing at the level that's right for you.

Elements is the first exercise program I ever completed, just because it's so much fun and doesn't leave my exhausted! By doing just 15 minutes 5 days per week, my overall mobility improved ten-fold. As an adult I didn't realize how challenging such simple movements like crab-walking and frog-hopping had become, but with the help of GMB and Elements, Ive been able to take up boxing and long-distance running with confidence.

Very good for someone who doesn't have time to go in gym. It is good and very worth to try it.

Elements has helped transform me from a stiff painful runner to a much better overall mover no matter what I’m doing. Top notch instruction and very informative free content. Also working their integral strength program. Great foundational stuff that has allowed me to do some of my first advanced movement like k-sit, pull ups and single leg exercises that I could simply not do. GMB is gold fir any beginner to advanced fitness enthusiasts!

I really like being part of it, like my programmes and the emails, the encouragement and your discussions and articles. I like the emphasis on accepting where you are and knowing what you want from a programme - in my case rediscovering the movements I once enjoyed and now need again to look after my grandchildren. Incidentally the crab walk is a very good way of getting down a steep uneven hillside. Thank you.

GMB moved into my lifestyle and is living happily. From one program to a stuffed handful, GMB has been a wonderful guide on my health and fitness journey. I love their entire approach, attitude and aesthetic. I think these folks deserve a special shoutout for their app that goes with GMB. It is clean, simple, and effective. A perfect reflection of GMB as a whole.
