Read for yourself what went wrong, and what is wrong with this company... I have never posted a review, but I am at my wit's end and want to go scream at Dara Khosrowshahi for the scam he is overseeing in the name of Customer Support. And if he is unaware of how awful Uber CS is then someone should englighten him... If only he could try requesting a resolution himself he'd want to scream at himself and probably fire those who've created and manage this monster. Read below... Hi ordered two small Build Your Own chicken bowls from Imperfect where I often eat. The large bowl costs $13.95 and small costs $12.95 with chicken and eveything included and nothing else added to the bowl that costs extra. That's the pricing I was expecting. And there was an offer of buy 1 get 1 free or on Uber Eats so I was utterly confused to see my total as $33.96 after the $18.55 discount. And my credit card shows the total to be $43.27!!! This is just not possible -- even after you include all the service and Uber fees it is not possible for 2 small chicken bowls to come to that large a total and certainly not with the BOGO offer. I tried contacting that very night but I couldn't access chat. Then I couldn't the next day either. I finally found the time and it's working and I get 48 hours!  Upon checking your order details, it appears that you contacted us more than 48 hours after the order was placed, so we are unable to provide an adjustment at this time. In the future, reach out as soon as possible to let us know about any issues with your order. I understood you the first time. Please explain the logic of 48 hours and how that changes my grievance?  As we checked, we see that you contacted us more than 48 hours after your order was placed. Because of this, we’re unable to offer a monetary resolution for this issue. And what I am to do if your chat was greyed out and not working the same night I was trying to reach you. Worst customer service on planet earth! They ask you what the issue is and as soon as they get confused you have to start over with another representative. And simple math and simple issues confuse them. Will tell you they are putting you on 2-3 minute hold then come back and do it over and over. Next thing you know hours have gone by and your on rep number 10. Ridiculous.

I am going to sue your company trust me on that. Your NYC and New Rochelle drivers and passengers are some grimmy thieving criminals. I left my 2 iphones in your car on November 6, 2023 at 1203am in driver “Sumas” car when I was picked up at 271 North Avenue in New Rochelle and dropped off at 920 Baychester Avenue in the Bronx and either the driver or next passenger got the 2 phones. It’s logic, not rocket science. Your stupid app chat told me the driver doesn’t have the phones and you can’t tell me who the passenger was who go in after? Ok, maybe you will tell NYPD and NYS Supreme Court when I sue your asses!

Me hicieron un presupuesto de 16£ y luego me envíaron un email: “Debido a los peajes o recargos imprevistos de este viaje, hemos ajustado tu estimación de precio para que refleje los cargos que se han generado realmente. Consulta el desglose del recibo para obtener más información.” Y me cobraron 23.77£, cuando no ha pasado absolutamente nada, Un viaje normal de 5/6km A mi país se llama robar. Vergüenza. Nunca más

The worst costume support ever, the agency unprofessional and they ask you many times what’s the issue and after that they don’t know how to fix it so they transfer you to another unprofessional agency to repeat 🔁 and repeat, I swear every time I call this customer support they waist my time and transfer me at least 6 times until I gave up 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Uber customer service is THE WORST IN THE WORLD! They have team of all BRAIN DEAD representatives in their customer service team. After weeks of communication with them, the problem still exists. Many hours wasted! They lie, make false promises of fixing the problem (that they created). HOW CAN UBER EVEN STILL BE IN BUSINESS? Pure aggravation and a waste of time. They cannot fix a glitch and restore service, even when facts are simple and clear.

Very very poor support. It takes weeks before you get a response, they don’t approve your documents timeously, I had to send the correct document in 6 times now and it is still not approved yet not one support member attempts to contact or assist me in any other way than their automated responses but I want to make money for me an them.

I'm an UBER passenger/delivery driver. I haven't been paid. This is ridiculous we use our personal vehicles as well as gas and UBER won't pay and then two representatives stated that I would receive my money in 7-10 business days and it's been over a month. Horrible!

Uber made it impossible to confirm your email using your smart phone only. I have a Galaxy S21 Samsung, and everytime I try to confirm my email it closes out their original request for it. Unless you get on a personal computer in addition to your smart phone, you will never be able to confirm. Real smart tech guys!

Uber support for me, the driver, is unfortunately the worst of any kind of support that I have ever experienced in my life. If you are new to Uber or thinking about driving, please understand there is no support. I have not had one single issue resolved.

Be careful with Uber taxis. They change price on the meter if you don’t pay attention. The meter was €11.30 and when it appeared on the app it was charged at €15. Uber adjusted it but still left me short of refund. Do not use them !

Two drivers inability to speak English caused significant issues with carrying out their job. The most recent couldn't find the house and needed to be coached to identify the property pickup via mailbox numbers. A potential serious problem if more significant issues occur during rides

Absolutely the most terrible customer service I have experienced in my life. Trash company and I will never use them again. Locked out of account with absolutely no explanation and cannot contact anybody to find out what has happened. Seriously? Joke of a firm.

The policy UBER has if the driver cancel the reserved ride 1 hour before the trip they don’t care the outcome, even that cause you lose your flight. Also if rider reserved a ride at 4:00 am and cancel the ride at 3:00am the driver just wake up for nothing even receive a dollar
