"I texted with Marilyn Vicente this evening, July 28. She pointed out that LG did not have my microwave registered. I said the reason for that is the warranty questionnaire did not ask for the serial number. She started a file regarding my complaint and assigned a ticket number and a referral number to a local repair company. She was very patient when the photo could not be sent from my iPad to the text message app. We used email and the photo went through to the LG customer support email address. Again, Marilyn was very patient and courteous."

"Ordered a new French door refrigerator (the LG Max Zero Clearance) and it was delivered with a large dent in the lower freezer door. In about a week, the replacement refrigerator arrived and it had a large dent in the upper left door. I called LG and asked for another replacement and was told they only allow two returns and so they would give me a refund instead. I agreed and ordered the same refrigerator from Lowes. Lowes delivered the same LG refrigerator in perfect condition."

"I rarely write reviews, but my experience with LG\u2019s customer service has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share. I had an issue with a TV that was advertised as it come with free wall mount a nd free handyman installation, received the Tv and the wall mount but was denied the installation. and getting support has been a nightmare. Long wait times, being transferred between departments, and vague or unhelpful answers were the norm. Even after multiple calls and text messaging sent them a copy of my receipt prove of free installation, I still don\u2019t have a resolution.\r\nWhat\u2019s worse is that there seems to be a lack of accountability. Each representative says something different, and no one seems to follow up or take ownership of the issue. For a company of LG\u2019s size, I expected a lot more professionalism and care. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever buying another LG product again."
