“Lets start things off with if I had a option to leave 0 stars, that would most certainly have been my choice. Recently I came to the knowing off my Father, in his pension age had booked a flight with this company to Thailand . He'd paid quite the price for this flight. The company then emailed him to say the airline had canceled the flight in April 2021. They Also told him his refund would be paid back in 120days time. He then received a follow up email Describing it would be extended to 6 months (This is strange enough). After the 6 months has gone by my father has reached out to them in several ways. 41 Emails have been sent by my father to 0 being replied to. out of 50+ phone calls My father got through to them less then 5 times which to then when he did get through he was sent and directed straight to a VERY un-helpful call center. It seems as those that have purchased flights with this company are NOT getting their money back and get ignored by the company. What's actually happening behind those closed doors? PLEASE BE SAFE PEOPLE AND SEARCH FOR BETTER BOOKING SITES! This company is a scam please read reviews before purchasing ANYTHING.”

“these scammers have to be stopped they are thieves please tell as many people as you can opodo edreams are scammers and i will never use kayak again until thy remove them from there site they lie steal money ignore you 41 emails sent to them NO REPLY 7 MONTHS WAITING FOR REFUND after airline cancelled my flight these scammers have to be stopped they are professional scammers and thieves”

“The only thing annoying me here is that I have to actually give Opodo a star at all. Easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. Incompetent staff, lies and delays and are not much more than pure scam artists.”

“I have had a cancelled flight 5 months ago and since then I ve been trying to contact with them and ask to act on my behalf since they are the agents!!! Very bad service and unreliable company! Never again!!!”

“Avoid , flights ‘cancelled’ by the airline are not cancelled and Opodo does not refund you. Reason given is that airlines don’t refund for 6 months which is absolutely incorrect. Opodo basically keeps your money , does not respond to calls, chats nor emails . This is fraudulent behaviour . Google should be removing this company from their sides .”

“If there was below a zero, I would have done so. The reason I’m sharing this is first to warn anyone to buy through Opodo to think twice as it seems this one is just another Con and all they care about is money. Customer service that if it exist is shameful and no care what so ever. Your calls will be answered in some room in India where I’m sure they slave humans and pay them as little as it could possibly be. Please avoid using it under any circumstances”

“At the beginning of June I booked two flights with a Prime Trial Membership. This was terminated in due time. However, Opodo debited € 74.99 on July 1st from my bank account. The day my Prime membership "started". Long story short: I've been calling customer service for two months now. Though the person is very friendly, he is not very helpful. I have neither received a proper answer nor my money back. Everytime I call them, I am told that I am not a Prime member and that I have not been debited any money. Although Opodo has already received the receipt that clearly states something else. I've worked in service for years and I am really patient and understanding. But not reacting at all and costing me so much time and energy, is really the worst customer experience I have ever had.”

“If I could give them zero stars I would. Booked a flight to America but can no longer go due to covid. Cant actually get through to speak to someone been on hold twice for 1 hour and 1.25 hours respectively. Their customer service is either non existent or just awful. I am going to lose £500 here. Never use them again. Ever.”

“I booked two tickets from FRA to JFK at the advertised cost of 516 euros. The tickets wound up costing over 700 euros with all the hidden charges. They charge 29 euros for an ESTA and ESTAs only cost 14 DOLLARS”

“I bought tickets 2 months ago on Opodo, after which they took my data from the card and I woke up today that they stole my € 55 card, without telling me anything. Don't buy tickets from Opodo it's a scam ' .They will steal your money from the card.”

“tl;dr: They didn't actually book the tickets I booked with them and didn't notify me so I missed the flight because of them. I booked a flight with them and when I wanted to check in following their email asking me to I couldn't. I contacted their support and was told that I had no tickets because the booking failed. This was on the day of the flight! They didn't bother notifying me at all about this but continued to send emails asking me to check in. They just said I have no tickets and made zero effort to help. I've seen a lot of bad airlines and a lot of bad OTAs but I've never seen one as incompetent as Opodo to not actually book the tickets. This is the last time I use this joke of a company.”

“Terrible, my advise save your money as they are no real people, the whole opodo are based on robots. You book the ticket, you use it, then no issues but the minute you decide to change the dates or cancel the ticket then none of this will happen , I have been 3 years now chasing them. Initially I wanted to have a date change and no one approachable, now I am looking for a refund and no email and the phone number , you will stay for 1 hour exactly before the line cut off. Avoid them”
