“I paid to have my mail redirected and not received a single letter. I have phoned twice, to be told it takes time. It's been three weeks since I done it. My son, brother and mother have all moved recently and none of them have had any mail either. My brothers mail is taken in by a neighbour when she sees him. Appalling so called service. Surely people can sue for this. They have given people our private information like on my payslip it has my personal details”

“I used to work for these, parcels marked fragile would come in, the handlers would launch them across the depot,not concerned that they would break, couriers leave parcels etc with neighbours, not this lot, they post a card through your door, where you have to either go online to arrange a redelivery or go to their depot and collect it yourself, their website hardly ever works, personally i would use couriers over this lot every time!”

“I have never experienced such an awful delivery service such as this. They give you 1-2 seconds to get down to the door, otherwise they leave the package in some strange place. Most often IN OUR BINS. Or just behind it. Once they left our new 24 inch PC monitor between our bins. Well now that's very safe for a 250£ monitor. “A very important letter was sent on 19.05.17. A severely disabled persons claim for benefit that they really depend on. There was a deadline by which date the form had to be submitted. I sent it 1st class recorded and the letter is lost. I spoke to the customer services complaints reference:Nick and he only dissappointed me further by saying that 1st class recorded isnt good enough to rely on because its not step by step tracked, i had to send it Special delivery.

Their customer service has been horrible and because I was the recipient they won't even talk to me. “The delivery guy rang my flat (in a block of flats) but didn't arrive until 10mins later (taking a smoke break? who knows) then didn't knock on the door but I was listening out for my post and heard the letterbox flap as he posted a red missed you card, I raced out the door and called after him then hear him running faster down the stairs.
Finally catch up with him and show him my card and that I'm actually indoors - next thing I know, he is up close against my face threatening me to back off and screaming in my face that he is not giving me my parcels?
I rang customer services to tell them what happened and how shocked I am, phone charges are 55p a minute and they deliberately keep you on the line asking repeat questions, presumably to reap money from that.
Finally escalated to complaints team who won't accept this happened and keep trying to call it an 'altercation with one of their staff' but this was a completely unprovoked verbal attack/physical intimidation and they won't admit this is not acceptable therefore cannot be rectified - presumably because they don't want to be open to getting sued.
Offered me a pack of six 1st class stamps as compensation, I guess to be passive aggressive for bothering to waste their time with this complaint. Refused to provide name of the delivery person so that I can report this to the police.”
“They lost bumper to my car, Royal Mail customer service was not much helpfully. No compensation (how is possible lost so big item, when was returning to seller on ebay?). They lost 6 large letters in February and 1 in March with 3D printing surfaces. They need competition with letters.
RM don't know with who they cooperative in Canada.
Parcel signed to Norway is fully traceable on the way to... Canada. On chat with customer service they lie is not traceable and allow... additional 1 month! for delivery.
Thief's from Royal Mail. They can't even delivery signed letter sending from south England to another part of England. If will be possible I be give 0 (ZERO) stars for Royal Mail. If will be possible (but is not) I be sending from Royal Mail competition ALL letters.
Good service. If you're not in home, your parcel will be waiting for you not in your neighbour, but in Royal Mail sorting (missing) office.
