Hello people take my advice Never use Samsung.Com for anything ! Or safeguard yourself if you use this company ! There aftercare is a shambles . I've never delt with a company so bad on customer service . Left me near £700 out of pocket. They delivered my phone S7egde that came with a complimentary VR gear headset as I presume ordered and a case I payed £40 for . Total cost £680 i payed through paypal . Because there was 3 products the delivered it in a medium standard brown box . I was not in when it got delivered but a friend signed for it from parcel force. Because it's in my name my friend just signed for it no knowing what was in it obviously. Basically my friend signed for a brown box as the invoice was inside the box he could not know unless he opened it. Anyway I came home to hopefully start playing with my new amazing Samsung galaxy S7 edge and the free complementry virtual reality Gear VR headset and a special genuine Samsung case to protect it. When I got home I opened it removing all the brown tape . None of the box nor tape had Samsung.com on it . Basically it was a brown box! . Anyway to my surprise only 2 things was inside not 3 and surprise surprise the phone was missing ! The most expensive item . A bit disappointed I emailed samsung.com to rectify this simple error or maybe the phone was still on its way ? I got a reply to say the phone should have been in the box ! Ok I thought they would just send a phone out or offer a refund . NO I had to wait for there standard month long investigation starting in March! This obviously frustrated me but I waited .when there so called investigation had finished they basically said you signed for the 3 products so it's my responsibility ! Obviously I was furious and upset and rang them to ask what was going on and told them that a telephone conversation I had back in March with Samsung.co customer advisor admitted yes we've had many of victims like myself on the pre orders in the same week with phones going missing when being delivered with a complimentary headset in a basic brown box . This led to another month investigation!!! . That was it is received a brown box being allowed to be signed not by myself but a friend not me with a invoice inside the box . What was he signing for ? Had the box been tampered with they asked no i said it looked ok with its basic parcel brown tape . Well it's not parcel force nor us Samsung.Com then . But hang on i said you Samsung.com said it left your packing department so why do I not have it ! months later still trying to get my point across saying ok the phone has gone so you Samsung.com have the parcel insured right ? Sorry sir it's not our problem . What part of this is not Samsung.Com problem . I felt like I wasted so much money on a new phone that I needed elsewhere having 4 depending children . It's obvious Samsung.com products are bigger than the customer's . Big fish small fish . My advice is never buy from them and never sign for a brown box . Your being ripped off ! I have learnt so much from this . Yes samsung.com investigated and concluded it's not there fault but me the small fish did my investigation and concluded they samsung.com was totally to blame not me not parcel force but samsung.com. so many errors in there delivery procedures left open to abuse creating innocent customers as victims. Errors from samsung.com 1 sending a brown box with 3 products in one box should be signed for only when opened and checked by the customer only. 2 the very expensive phone should have been sent out as in its own box as a standard phones are delivered . 3 the Samsung S7 edge did not leave there factory so why is this parcel not insured to its value as every package I have ever sent was insured for a very small fee . 4 this is samsung.com a massive company yet the unique IMEI number was never blocked by them or tracked . They would obviously see the phone had not been used or to track it . Clearly they would find it in there packaging department or a Opportunists has it when they seen a clear flaw in the delivery service . 5 samsung.com investigated 2 times yet same conclusion ! The £600 phone was sent from there packaging department but who says it did and why is there word more important than my word . Why is it OK for the Big fish Samsung allowed to investigate yet the small fish the customer's own investigation dismissed as nothing . Clearly Samsung.com have serious delivery problems that are open to abuse leaving innocent customers as victims of expensive petty crimes . I am no Manager but I bet I could make sure the expensive products reaches its customers. I hope my upsetting experience helps anybody who reads this not to be left as a victim of crime ! It will help me get a little satisfaction if there is no more victims left open to abuse by a massive company who clearly have become amazingly complacent. BIG FISH SMALL FISH .

In November 2015 AI purchased a Samsung etab, now in June 2016 the charger has developed a fault. I have lost my receipt but have the date of purchase and company bought from on my bank statement but no mention of the item. I have phoned Samsung and spoken to several people from different countries and been told different things. But the end result is that they will not accept my bank statement as proof and that my charger is not covered for any length of time under the guarantee, which after phoning a couple of companies that sell Samsung products that this is not the case. The end result is I have to buy a new charger cable. If I was asked to rate Samsung customer services I would give them a minus 5.

Purchased a Samsung LCD TV from Curry's in 2004. In 2011 it developed a fault. Telephoned customer services who asked for the serial number and purchase date. Wasn't expecting much as the set was 7 years old - They arranged for an engineer to visit and rectify. Turned out to be the capacitors, and he told me that it would have cost £150 if I'd called him directly. Samsung footed the bill. Name me another TV company that stand by their products 7 years later..
