i am regretful to switch with Samsung i bought TV, Kitchen, phones smart whatches with them thinking that was the latest of technology but is poor customer service that i ever see. My Note 10+ have problems to charge i called them and I've been on hold for more than an hour for just have an answer that something that they can't help me out that i have to call to another number for the company that works for them and fixing thier phones well i called that number and they said with that problem they can't do nothing because is a factory defect that i have to call back to Samsung well a another hr on hold and finally i spoke with someone for do nothing they said that i have to send my device to Samsung and it will take 7 to 14 days and they will fix it and send it back to me well and how i will work i use my phone for work and they said that's wasn't their problem because their are giving the solution to send the phone back and see if they can fix it, if i want is all what they can do when you buy an expensive phone is because we don't want to be in this situation first the time is very valuable to be wasting when i paid more than 1k supposed for one of the best products super upset and now how i will work without it they never think on their customer or they don't care if the customer loose money for a product that they sell was defected. i had Motorola in the past for many years and i thought was time to updated with Samsung but was the bad decision that i ever could take Motorola care about their customer service first bery polite and second their do all what they can for help you with your problem if they think is something like factory defect they send you a new one as soon you got the new device you send the defected device back you never will be without communication and after that their call you back how the new device is working and for the price i thought it will be the better experience but was the worst experience that i have

Bought a washer and the instructions show a levelling wrench, but this 50 cent pice of stamped metal wasn't included. Initially s customer service rep said it would be sent, but I spent weeks being bounced around different departments and they kept saying we'll send it. Finally someone said I had to pay $7 for it do I have up. I have tvs, a fridge, washer and dryer and s couple phones in the past but I'll never buy samsung again. There's too many options out there to reward poor performance.

Bought a product from Amazon that was samsungs they there was instructions on the box for a promo and I contacted samsung like it said they claim to no know what I was referring to and I should contact Amazon to get them to pay me the promo for $25 added to my Google Play account they then claim to such a promo is not there when it is 100% on the box and says to go the samsung site they tried to pin the blame on Amazon and at the same time took long to respond

My experience with Samsung online shop was horrible 1) I got a defective spen 2) Service center said that since it is damaged on arrival, its not under warranty and asked me to pay for the brand new product the very next day. 3) After a 20 days struggle with the customer care, backend team and the service center the complain has been taken now. 4) They have made me visit customer care 5 times so far 5) No way you can review a product in samsung online shop 6) Had I purchased the product in Amazon I would have got immediate replacement. I will neve ever buy Samsung products that too in Samsung online shop

Do not order from Samsung.com for applicances. They are stealing your money. I ordered four applicances and all, but my diswaher was installed and the old one was not hauled away. I have been trying for two weeks to get a refund for my installation and haul away that i paid and i keep getting told we will add this issue to the notes and i have to wait 48hrs for a status. I have called five times and no one can provide me a status on when my money will be returned. Over two hundred dollars they are trying keep for work they did not complete. Ticket #486816

Samsung is the WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I bought a TV and after a month it did not work. Samsung refused to help me. They refused to have a technician even come to the house because they said there was physical damage to the TV. I have the TV on display at a show home that shows the TV has zero physical damage. Don’t buy Samsung!!!

Horrific customer service experience. In July I left my Samsung galaxy 10 note in my car for about 4-5 hours. When I found it it had completely melted, like you put a lighter to it, a big yellow streak across the front screen, but the back of it was utterly damaged and parts had dissolved from the heat. It is a dangerous phone which I paid 1400 for. I tried speaking to customer service over 30 times over a 3 month period. They asked me to mail it in. I shipped it to them, they had it for 3 days, they sent it back to me, no explanation or plan of action, I've never heard back from anyone again. Not corporate, not a single human being. I keep calling customer service, they'd transfer me to the dep. that deals with damages, they'd say it will be escalated and someone will call me in 3 days I've never heard from anyone. This issue has been escalated over 20 times, but still not a single reply from anyone. This is the worst company that I've ever had to deal with. They don't care about the customer, the product is inferior and flammable. It caused a huge hole in my leather seat, which was caused by the melting phone. This phone is dangerous and could have caused a lot greater damage if I hadn't found it in time. The least they can do is give me my money back. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years, and this is how they treat me. They are evil, money-hungry, and corrupt. What they've done to me is corrupt, especially since my phone is still under warranty and they can replace it or refund me, but they choose to treat me like an absolute nobody. Please buy your phone from any other company than Samsung, because on hot days if you leave that phone in your car, it will completely melt, melt your seat, and cause thousands of dollars of damage. if I hadn't caught it in time it would have set my car on fire. But customer service will not care, and you will never hear from them again. Please don't be a fool and spend a small fortune on a phone ($1,400) that cannot stand the heat, that will melt and damage your property extensively, and the company will do nothing about it, and ignore you 100 percent. They are not decent, have no integrity, morals, or values, They will sell you a cheap flammable product, and in the end, you will be treated like trash.

If you want to throw away your money just purchase a Samsung appliance - bought a dishwasher 9/22/19 at Lowe’s - it wasn’t in stock and couldn’t be delivered until the 10/3/19. The actual installation didn’t take place until 10/5...but Samsung considers none of that and says warranty expired 9/22/20 - and naturally it started having issue on 9/26. And now they are charging me $300 to replace a leak sensor that malfunctioned and I have been without a working dishwasher for 3 weeks! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in over 50 years!!! The technicians show up and don’t even have any parts with them so you then get to wait at least a week for that - and when they finally get the part then they are “all booked up” so you have to wait for a repeat service call. So my $500 dishwasher is now $800 - and for that I could have bought a really good brand. I will NEVER buy anything from this company again!

Literally the WORST customer service I have ever received. We paid nearly $6k less than 6 months ago for multiple Samsung appliances. Our dishwashers seal messed up and they couldn't fix it. So instead of replacing the appliance as the warranty states they are obligated to do, they offer us $261 less than what we paid for it. I will never get another appliance or phone from this company again. What a joke they are. I hope another company smashes them.

Have a refrigerator that is 4 years old. It has a defrost problem. They told me it was under warranty and had me call a number to book appointment. When I talked to repair person, he told me it is not under warranty. Called Samsung back and said it isn't and they made a mistake. An hour on the phone and they don't know what they are doing. Turns out refrigerators by Samsung have a defrost problem and they know it but refuse to do anything about it.

The Note 10+5g is the worst phone I've ever had or own. Photos sent to my message or through a text won't open attachments and pictures. Drop call ALL THE TIME CONSISTENTLY. Call customer service they have no real solution..worst experience ever

Customer service is too poor, that's my personal experience.We have some issues in our refrigerator then we called customer care.They told us to give the refregerator in service center and This company takes too much time,now it's more than 3 month.They told us it will take more time.What a poor service.Don't buy anything guys from this company.We tired to call them.I will never buy anything from sumsung.Very disappointed for this company.

If I had chance I would have given rating in negative but unfortunately lowest option is 1 star. I bought semi automatic machine from samsung online store. The product was dead on arrival so I requested them to replace the product. After contact them 100 of times they agreed for refund. They told me I'll receive call from service center to ask if I need coupon or cash back but it did not happen as they said. 2 people came from service canter took the product and handed me coupon without asking my preference and even the coupon is not valid when I tried to redeem. Customer care so pathetic. They just transfer your call from one dept to another and don't have proper solution for your concern. Everyone is giving stupid and unacceptable excuse of why I'm having issue with my coupon. I'm really regretting buying samsung product that too from samsung store. I think I lost my money. Please never buy samsung product.

I purchase Samsung family hub 810 litres fridge in March 2019 from Croma people their dealer this is the. Most expensive fridge in the market todaycould not collect the fridge as their was pandemic just collected the fridge now people are telling you need a tap connection with the fridge this was really surprising which has to be inform to customer before hand when customer goes to buy the fridge I have my house fully renovated now no place where I can get the tap attached to the fridge if they would have inform me before buying the fridge I would have done the provision now after buying 280000 friideg cannot have ice now even Croma people are not responsible or Samsung worst service not replying to email abt it They dont even care even the sales person doesn’t know you have to install the tap on the backside of the fridge otherwise no ice than what is the use of buyin fridge worth 280000 worst service by Samsung no one is responsible just sell the product it is customer look out Hope you understand and solve the queries

bought a samsung T1 ssd but they stopped allowing anyone to down load the driver for it they only left up the adds for it. So everything on it is lost. Samsung clearly does not support the users of their products so if anyone buys one of there storage devices all the data could be lost at anytime they are not at all safe

Hate EVERYTHING about this dumba-- refrigerator! The controls are hard to use, customer support is very bad and very hard to understand them! The design leaves much to imagine. The cold cut drawer can't be used unless BOTH doors are wide open, so as to lose much cooling. Both side doors have much to desire, lots of unusable space. Will never buy Samsung ever!

I bought the Samsung stove at Home Depot in 05/15/2020 over &700.00 dollars in Georgia. 07/10/2020 one right small rare burner broken. 08/20/2020 one more left rare burner broken too. The stove has one year manufacturer warranty. I did contact the Samsung customer service to report the promblem on the first October 2020. The company send them technician to my home to fix the stove. But he did not fix my stove and use the excuse the stove getting the roaches to the wire. If I want hm to fix and replace 3 burners , I have pay them in my own pocket . The manufacturer won't cover it. One hour later I called the customer service again for the solution, he didn't give me solution and then he announced that my stove is no longer to have manufacturer warranty any more. Most Samsung products are worse quality and the service is very poor. To me my experience all of people shouldn't buy any products made by Samsung. The Samsung company just want to rib the customers money. They don't want to take responsibility with their errors from their products and they blames all issues to the customers. I will tell all my friends in Facebook and all the people in the world not to buy anything from Samsung. We can't not trust your products. It is bad product I have not seen in my whole life.

I recently purchased a new Note 20. It's the 4th Note I've purchased. I have Samsung TVs, and recently purchased a washer and dryer! We are a Samsung family. Based on the recent customer service I recieved I may never purchase another Samsung product. When I purchased the new phone I also relocated and changed my phone number. I am unable to access software on my phone because it wants to verify my account. In the process a code is being sent to my old number. I am unable to recieve thst code. I have spent hours waiting on the phone. On two attempts customer service did not answer. I have spoken with 5 reps trying to SIMPLY change the phone number on my account. The 5th rep told me I had to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back and verify my info. That was 3 days ago!!! If I could return the phone I would, but I'm stuck with it and cannot verify with Samsung!!

Couldn't play our playstation 4 after a year. They had me do things I have already tried and then told me it was the game system that went bad. I then told her it was working on the other TV. I hung up after telling her it was the tv that messed up. Don't bother buying this brand or calling.
