I purchase Samsung family hub 810 litres fridge in March 2019 from Croma people their dealer this is the. Most expensive fridge in the market todaycould not collect the fridge as their was pandemic just collected the fridge now people are telling you need a tap connection with the fridge this was really surprising which has to be inform to customer before hand when customer goes to buy the fridge I have my house fully renovated now no place where I can get the tap attached to the fridge if they would have inform me before buying the fridge I would have done the provision now after buying 280000 friideg cannot have ice now even Croma people are not responsible or Samsung worst service not replying to email abt it They dont even care even the sales person doesn’t know you have to install the tap on the backside of the fridge otherwise no ice than what is the use of buyin fridge worth 280000 worst service by Samsung no one is responsible just sell the product it is customer look out Hope you understand and solve the queries

bought a samsung T1 ssd but they stopped allowing anyone to down load the driver for it they only left up the adds for it. So everything on it is lost. Samsung clearly does not support the users of their products so if anyone buys one of there storage devices all the data could be lost at anytime they are not at all safe

Hate EVERYTHING about this dumba-- refrigerator! The controls are hard to use, customer support is very bad and very hard to understand them! The design leaves much to imagine. The cold cut drawer can't be used unless BOTH doors are wide open, so as to lose much cooling. Both side doors have much to desire, lots of unusable space. Will never buy Samsung ever!

I bought the Samsung stove at Home Depot in 05/15/2020 over &700.00 dollars in Georgia. 07/10/2020 one right small rare burner broken. 08/20/2020 one more left rare burner broken too. The stove has one year manufacturer warranty. I did contact the Samsung customer service to report the promblem on the first October 2020. The company send them technician to my home to fix the stove. But he did not fix my stove and use the excuse the stove getting the roaches to the wire. If I want hm to fix and replace 3 burners , I have pay them in my own pocket . The manufacturer won't cover it. One hour later I called the customer service again for the solution, he didn't give me solution and then he announced that my stove is no longer to have manufacturer warranty any more. Most Samsung products are worse quality and the service is very poor. To me my experience all of people shouldn't buy any products made by Samsung. The Samsung company just want to rib the customers money. They don't want to take responsibility with their errors from their products and they blames all issues to the customers. I will tell all my friends in Facebook and all the people in the world not to buy anything from Samsung. We can't not trust your products. It is bad product I have not seen in my whole life.

I recently purchased a new Note 20. It's the 4th Note I've purchased. I have Samsung TVs, and recently purchased a washer and dryer! We are a Samsung family. Based on the recent customer service I recieved I may never purchase another Samsung product. When I purchased the new phone I also relocated and changed my phone number. I am unable to access software on my phone because it wants to verify my account. In the process a code is being sent to my old number. I am unable to recieve thst code. I have spent hours waiting on the phone. On two attempts customer service did not answer. I have spoken with 5 reps trying to SIMPLY change the phone number on my account. The 5th rep told me I had to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back and verify my info. That was 3 days ago!!! If I could return the phone I would, but I'm stuck with it and cannot verify with Samsung!!

Couldn't play our playstation 4 after a year. They had me do things I have already tried and then told me it was the game system that went bad. I then told her it was working on the other TV. I hung up after telling her it was the tv that messed up. Don't bother buying this brand or calling.

DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG appliances. Even though I love how all my appliances operate, my gas stove grids almost immediately rusted. The appliance store initially stood behind them after this happened within the first 8 months. The second set behaved as the 1st set. I have contacted Samsung, and they REFUSE to do anything. Obviously their gas stoves have defected grids, which need to be modified. Even if I purchase another set...I feel confident that they would rust too.

I have been without my bluray home theater system now for months. Samsung put out an update which screwed up the software and made it turn on and off infinitely. This happened globally! The solution was for the consumer (who did not damage or misuse their products in any way) to pay for packaging materials and shipping for the repair. Not great but not the end of the world. Several weeks pass and my HT bluray is returned. Open the package. USB door doesn't close, further inspection shows that the USB port doesn't line up with the opening in the housing. Flip the unit over, the main metal body is bent and the plastic housing is broken. I know the damage did not happen during shipping because the broken/missing piece is not in the box. Samsung blames UPS. I told UPS the piece wasn't in the box which pushed it back to Samsung. Now Samsung tells me they cannot fix it. But we will give you $90 to buy another one of our shitty products. The unit i need to replace cost me over $300 when I bought it. I can't buy something similar for $90. And once again.. THIS WAS DUE TO NO FAULT OF MINE. 100% OF RESPONSIBILITY GOES TO SAMSUNG. I denied their $90 and am waiting for what comes next. Unbelievably irritated by this and certainly not my first Samsung issue. I've had 2phones and 2 tvs over the last few years from samsung.. all have had issues. Tvs were minor. Phones were 100% purposefully messed up via software update the week warranties expired. Samsung is a bunch of criminals and crooks robbing hard working Americans so they can make a quick buck.

Samsung has decent products - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have anything wrong they will transfer you dozens and dozens of times. It's madness and so frustrating. I would avoid this company.

worse experience. Keep putting from one department to another. system accidently order the shipping address same as billing address and they were even not able to correct it and keep telling it's my mistake so they cannot do anything.

The worst customer service ever. Phone has been on warranty till 30th June. I have had it booked for a repair with 10 different issues in APRIL 2020, 3 repairs later I have same issues mostly and since last repair I can't even make normal calls anymore. My phone has been at repair for 2 weeks last time and came back not repaired as no notes about honouring it under warranty have been left.The representative that has booked it promised this is the last attempt at the repair they will have and if it does not repair all the issues I will be issued a new phone or a refund. The lady I spoke to today said this is not enforceable as he should not have said it. They can only issue a replacement phone if their repair technician says they are not able to actually repair it. Zero communication and I have been told by customer solutions lady after waiting to pick up for ver 40 minutes that there is no-one else I can speak to or complaint as she is the highest available person for customer contact, she can send it for another repair. Complete joke, mess and mistakes and conflicting information and lies every step of the way, absolutely pathetic. Considering this experience being my first Samsung phone I will not be buying a samsung phone ever again. Apple's customer service is so much better and doe not take 6 months to enforce. Utterly disgusting. I will be looking at taking matters further and obtaining recording of the phone conversation to complaint about my customer rights. AVOID!

I had bought it only 14 months ago ,now this refrigerator had went wrong , it's really the worst product. I am really very dissatisfied from this product.

DO NOT buy a Samsung Dishwasher. Samsung will not stand behind their warranty. I spent $900 on a high end Samsung dishwasher. My Samsung dishwasher stopped working while under warranty. Samsung refused to send a technician due to Covid (April 2020). Samsung told me to "hire someone local to do the repair and submit the invoice to Samsung for reimbursement". Sounds fair except that Samsung refuses to pay the invoice now. After 15+ calls to customer service over the course of 6 months resulting in excuse after excuse for not reimbursing me, they finally stated that they will not reimburse me. They never intended to. I have never had a worse customer service experience.

Washing machine went wrong the month after the warranty was up and is totally unusable. All the usual efforts taken to clear any problem to no avail. Then contacted Samsung who allocated one of their approved repair technicians. Never heard from the repair company at all. Avoid Samsung white goods - great TV’s but rubbish kitchen goods and even worse customer service. Awful.

I own $20k worth of their electronics, and more if you count past purchases. I will never purchase another product from them ever again. The last 5 years or so this company has gone straight down the toilet. Their products crash and are defective and their customer service is the only thing worse than the product. I will be instructing everyone I know to steer clear of their trash "electronics", if you can call them that.

Hi guys I just updated my earphones/buds to the latest ones available and am disappointed that after all the hype about them they are ergonomically hopeless. They do not fit my ears as advertised and they slip out all the time when I use them while training at the gym. I am genuinely one of your biggest supporters and am mad keen on anything Samsung, unfortunately I believe this time you got it wrong 😔

I tried to download a new theme today and couldn't remember my password. Easy right? Just hit forgot password and follow the emailed instructions... Nope. After changing password and trying to log in i was told i was sent a code to an old phone number. There is literally no way around this code. There is no other choice to receive the code either. Why can they email me a reset password link but not a code? Well i will never know because after calling and waiting for a rep for about an hour app he wanted to do was keep sending me a reset password link. When i asked for the second time to speak with someone else/his manager he then sent me to an automated p.o.s. that hung up on me. When i called back it was another 'over 30 minutes' wait.. there is no way to chat with someone about this, the texting wont get me to anyone, i cant even find an actual samsung website to complain to.
