I bought a Samsung tabS7 fe a few months ago, and have had problems with it from the beginning. I've spoken to literally dozens of people at Samsung, and nobody could help me troubleshoot the issue. I've sent it back to them several times, and they return it in the same condition. It's obviously defective, and needs to be replaced, but they absolutely refuse to. I would never buy another Samsung product, and I highly encourage others not to either.

I wouldn't even give them one star after dealing with them. So I bought a brand new s22+ in February 2022 paid it off. Loved the phone until they did a software update oct 27th 2022 which is making my phone not receive calls text voicemail and my security cameras app. Been on the phone with Verizon then in the store then called Samsung they told me to drive 2 hours to a ubreakifix store figure out what is wrong I walk in and they say they can't fix it call Samsung so I call Samsung on my 2 hour trip back. They said mail your phone in and we can fix it I said ok that's fine I'll need a loaner phone because of my work I'm on call 24/7 365 plus run 2 businesses so my phone is needed daily. They said we don't offer loaner phone you will have to go buy a New phone and use it while we work on yours. Are you kidding me right now. You don't loan phones out but yet your a phone company that makes them. I have been a loyal Samsung customer for years. This is absolutely ridiculous to treat your customers this way.

My order was canceled next day ...without notice and took me one hour with a representative to make another one. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

I still haven’t received the product aster waiting for 3 months of waiting. While I did like the product when I was in the store, their customer service is horrendous. Just a bunch of promises to deliver the product which doesn’t happen. I took off today from work after they told me we were finally getting a delivery. Needless today I took off for nothing because they sent me a text THIS MORNING at 11:22AM that the order is confirmed for tomorrow. Meanwhile they had already confirmed on Friday at 2:46 PM that it would be today. I’ve called a few times and all I have gotten is a generic answer and no real reason what’s going on which is all I want to know and for them not to confirm a delivery only to cancel it or reschedule it without my knowledge. This has been the on going battle for the last three months which is ridiculous. Please be very weary when purchasing, while I do love their products but this is beyond an inconvenience.

The worst customer experience having purchased 30 TVs from this brand and after 12 months of use 40% of the total TV's have become faulty. The process to have the TV repaired and replaces took months. This is by far the worst brand of TV to purchase and I would recommend to never purchase one.

Recieved my Samsung A33 phone in April this year and it's the MOST USELESS PHONE I'VE EVER HAD. I need to restart my phone 10 times or more per day just to make a phone call. When someone phone me i need to restart the phone as there's no one at the other end. I have spoken to 4 other people that have different types of Samsung phones and they experience the exact same issue. I'm so disappointed in Samsung, as i always recommend the brand to everyone. I'll never again recommend this brand or buy a Samsung device.

Very disappointed with Samsung customer service. Refrigerator not working only 6 years old does not cool and the only appointment they can give me is 2 weeks away. Never buying a Samsung product again. Customer service Stinks. If I can give the 0 stars I will.

I am very angry and disappointed at the customer service at Samsung. I will never come back again. I originally bought the 512GB Fold 4 at 23:03 27th Oct and was eligible for a promotion earbuds. Then 10 minutes later, I called and asked can I cancel the order because I want the 1TB one. The agent said no, you had to call back at 8am tomorrow. then I called back and said i was very urgent, promotion ended at 9am. And I cannot proceed to the checkout page due to internal service error. The agent said I had to order a new phone, and do not worry if I cannot get the earbuds if it passed the promotion time, because I can return the other phone and keep the earbuds for this one. I was relieved. I ordered another phone at 9:01am knowing that this issue had been confirmed. But then when I received the order, the agent changed totally and said I had to return everything. Now I am disappointed and do not want to use any samsung product anymore, but the agent again said I cannot return the 1TB option due to online exclusive. I was very angry, Samsung does not hire staff that can give correct information on the customer line. Had I known on the first day that I cannot keep the earbuds, or return the 1Tb one, I would never order the second one and just return it.

Do not buy Samsung Refridgerator. I Bought two Samsung refrigerators model RT18M60215RS just less than two years, all two have issue with compressor. I call Samsung customer service was told the refrigs were out of warrantee! Compressor normally 5years warrantees by other brand. DO NOT BUY Samsung appliance or you’re going to get headache dealing with such lot of issues.

$7000.00 tv worked for 4 Months. No help from Samsung with warranty. They treat you like its your fault. They will go over things on the tv while on the phone. Have take video's & then tell you that someone else will call you & do the same thing again, except no one will call you. Then you call back & give them your ticket #. They have to cancel your ticket & create a new one. Only problem is there is an issue with the system & they can't close the ticket. 4 days with no tv & no remedy. What a joke

What ever you do do not buy the new Samsung phones it's horrible I got the a53 5g this phone is one of the worst phones I've ever had when the battery gets to 30% it's like the phone shuts down it's completely slow and the phone is not even a month old . Samsung said it's good for gaming as well true but the phone overheats I can't even hold it in my hand . Why is there no chargers anymore why is there no earphones? Samsung is doing this to us because we allowing it I've read a article about Apple they did the same thing but got reported and they back to giving chargers and earphones I'm taking this phone back to cellc I'll take a oppo or Huawei instead whatever you guys do stay away from Samsung the guy at the store warned me about Samsung phones but I learnt the hard way.

Horrible customer service. They aren’t fulfilling their warranty policies. Very bad business practices. I really hope something gets done to protect innocent customers from being scammed.

I just bought a Samsung A53 and it came with just a strange cable without the head,how am I supposed to charge the phone?a full charger should be standard especially because the phone is not cheap. Maybe I should just get a Huawei it's Samsung competition and still includes earphones and full charger as standard accessories

This is the 3 and LAST time I will buy direct with Samsung, I put in the correct trade-in model, they internally change it after the sale then state, "the trade-in does not meet standards". I do like the products, the SERVICE is the worst in the world. Samsung does not care about customers, Asian mentality.

worst company to deal with multiple phones regarding a one year old fridge that broke down. technician said it was the compressor and Samsung doesn't care since it is 2 weeks after the warranty expired. I guess they don't stand behind their product. Love our money but could care less if you have any problems. DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG!!!
