Purchased a Samsung Washer in September 2022. I would give it zero stars, but that wasn't an option. It's now November. I have not been able to do one normal load of wash with this machine. Samsung has had their appliance repair person here 4 times. Each time more new parts. Each time same result. It doesn't work. I have called Customer Sevice over and over requesting a refund or a complete replacement. I've spent many hours on the phone being sent from one Customer Service Rep to Another. Again today, after 2 hours of talking to different people, including a supervisor they want to try and repair it. They will not honor their warranty which clearly states they will replace or refund a defective appliance. They just argue with me...and Flat out LIE. They told me their Tech said it's in Perfect Working Order. Completely False...the Repairman has told them it is not repairable. He has put in 3 new parts...including the control board. And nothing makes this washer work. This is beyond Stressful....their Customer Service is Down Right Harassing Nothing has been resolved. And it never will be with this Company. They are Frauds ...Their Product sits in my home taking up Space. I can not afford to purchase a different Washer because they won't reimburse me for this non working machine. They had me in tears today. DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG!

Words can’t express the ineptitude of the Samsung company and the support people that are sadly representing them. Will never buy nor support anything they are affiliated with. Buyer beware!

The worse and I mean the worse customer service I have ever experienced in my life and I am 61 years old. I purchased a samsung microwave from best buy on 08/06/21. It along with your whole customer service department wound up being the microwave experience from hell. The door started to slowly malfunction 7 months after the purchase and steadily got worse. I called Samsung one week before the warranty expired. I was given a ticket number and told that a repair contractor would call me to repair the unit. The repair shop ordered the wrong part, 5 weeks later I called on the status of the part and I was told Samsung did not have the part and they had no idea when they would get it and they had noted it with Samsung. Samsung said no such note ever entered and they would have to send out a different repairer to fix the microwave. 20 days later, that repairer called and told me that Samsung did not have the part but he was able to fix it anyway by adding a metal fastener. What? He dropped the microwave and he told me I owed him $130. I told him you mean Samsung owes you $130. He said no your microwave is no longer in warranty. Needless to say he didn't mention that when he picked it up. He threaten to call the police. I told him go right ahead. I did tell him I would call Samsung the next day to try and get him his money. 1 1/2 hours on the phone, spoke to 6 different CSR's. By this time, there were like 5 ticket numbers created and I had been passed around like the church collection plate and hung up once, only to hear that ticket number is closed, your warranty is expired. Finally a lady with some sense, first she adamantly told me my warranty was expired, but at least she listened to me and finally understood and paid the repairer. A repair that will probably breakdown within the year because he did not replace the part. I was without a microwave for 3 months and absolutely no empathy.

Samsung is literally the worst company when it comes to customer service. There is nothing they do well. It take multiple calls to get to the "right" person and then when I get them, they are conveniently unable to really help resolve the issue. I sometimes get routed to a touch tone system, which is completely worthless. I sit there pressing the number that I want and the system keeps repeating it doesn't understand me...it's a freaking touch tone system...that's whole point!!!

I purchased a tablet a number of months ago and have had repeated issues since. Despite the tablet being under warranty I have been told there is nothing Samsung can do nothing to fix it and have therefore been left with a broken tablet (with 18months warranty left). Furthermore , the customer service I have received, particularly from the complaints case manager has been nothing short of rude and offensive .

Samsung Z flip 4 is an absolute… Samsung Z flip 4 is an absolute shambles along with Samsung customer service !! Got the Flip 4 , had it less than a month and it cracked. Sent it for a repair to be told it was over £300 as they said it wasn't accidentally damaged, the screen had been punctured which they said was done by a fingernail or something else. Now I'm a month into a 24 month contract and paying for it for another 23 months !! Anything to get out of the warranty. Won't be buying another Samsung product again.

We recently remodeled out kitchen and installed all new Samsung appliances. They are the worst appliances I have ever had in my 50 years as a homeowner. The fridge has already needed service twice and still operates inconsistently. The dishwasher "works" but does not clean even the mildest of foods from the dishes. They actually tried to tell me that I was the cause of the problem because I was pre-rinsing the dishes. The stove controls do not work properly. The microwave controls do not work properly. I have recently been researching and finding that even retail outlets are advising potential customers to avoid Samsung appliances. I only wish I had done this research beforehand.

my tub liner is damaged and warranty says that because tub/liner has a lifetime warranty, if it cannot be repaired then it will be replaced. However customer service is blatantly denying the warranty and saying that they cannot replace it! Horrible customer service. They are all idiots and once they decide they dont want to help you they do not even try to understand the situation. They do not respect their customers and behave like mindless robots, repeating the same thing over and over to you .

I ordered a new washer, dryer, and dishwasher from Samsung. I scheduled delivery/installation and when they showed up they said we need new shut off's and they wouldn't install until we got them, the dryer arrived broken so they said they would install if we had it fixed by the time they brought the new dryer. I scheduled delivery of the new dryer for today however instead of bringing my dryer a man showed up to collect my other appliances as a return! I did not request to return anything. I checked my account and they had refunded me for installation/haul away of the dishwasher. I still don't have my dryer and nothing has been installed. My husband Just got off the phone with the delivery people, they said we have to call Samsung to request a new dryer be sent and they don't know why there was a request to return the dishwasher, again we did not request to return anything. They claim they are coming this week to install the washer and dishwasher, what's most frustrating is my dryer doesn't work, its the only appliance of the three that isn't working and its the whole reason we bought new appliances in the first place. I hope there are no more hurdles, this has been an incredibly stressful experience and it is going to equal 4 missed days of work.

Our new Samsung refrigerator came with out door seals making it useless. We spent over 8 hours with customer support that had a difficult time understanding English. Finally they made an arrangement for a technician. The technician called and said we had to pay. This is a brand new defective refrigerator and Samsung has done nothing but fail us. Please do not buy from Samsung, go elsewhere.

Received damaged product. More than 15 days and still waiting for reverse pickup. Customer support is helpless. every time you call they will supposedly escalate but nothin happens. Please do not buy samsung products.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a dryer and had a problem with it. Waited 7 weeks for a replacement and the install team they sent created an issue that flooded my basement. I have spend 2 days trying to get it resolved, but Can get no where with their overseas service department. Done with Samsung. I guess I will just let my insurance company fight with them.

I bought a washer and a dryer from Samsung. Worst buying experience I ever had. From the start it was horrible I had to take off work 4 times just to get it installed because it took 4 times for them to get someone qualified out to install. In addition it had a couple small dents. The place I purchased from gave me 150 off the bill for my inconvenience. I said fine and kept the dented washing machine. 6 months later my Samsung washing machine started making a horrible noise. I call Samsung. They sent a repair man out. The repair man said you are getting a new washer. The balancer got lose and damaged the drum. Samsung calls me back and wants to pay me less than what I paid. I said no. I had to call and get a receipt from the place I purchased it. They gave me a receipt that showed a $150 discount so they wanted to pay me the lesser amount. I even got a email from the seller backing the sale price. I was already going to pay more due to the fact that it is cheaper when you buy as a set. They told me that they cold not replace because they did not have my model number in my zip code. They absolutely did nothing to better my situation except give me a offer to pay me some of what it will take to replace it and likely not match my dryer. I even made the arrangement that I bought a washer and dryer combo to just give me all my money back and take their products back. That got a big fat no as well. So now if I can even find the matching set or at least close I will probably have to pay Samsung more money. I had a horrible experience with Samsung Air conditioners as well. They had to send someone out 4 or 5 times to repair. They ended up just giving my money back on that. At least that time they gave me what I paid for it. The only thing in my experience that has been good is their phones. I hate the I phone so who knows what kind of phone I will go with next but I do not plan on spending money with Samsung ever again. I advise you all to do the same.

Broke my phone and blamed me. Faulty motherboard so sent in, they claim damage and cost will be $100. Send phone back unrepaired with a broken back glass. Sent in again, they tell me it's $380 to fix now, after telling me they would cover the damages.

I purchased a Samsung French Door Refrigerator in 2015 - The refrigerator worked great. One day I see the bottom freezer is leaking, all my meat went bad. I called for service 3/22 (the only warranty that was still warrant was for the sealer/compressor) fortunately that was the issue. they come in March and fix the freezer, its working fine, until May same issue, Samsung send their appointed repair company. They cannot fix the issue and writes on the ticket "Unrepairable - Unit will be exchanged". Well I call samsung and they give me 726.00. They will not replace the unit.

Samsung has been the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Customer Service gives you a run arround, tech service is horrible, they just want to get paid for the service call and not fix anything. Our dishwasher has a chemical smell and they keep saying NO DEFECT is FOUND! The plastic was not manufactured well and the plastic leaks a chemcial taste onto the cups and the bowls. We have not used the dishwasher in MONTHS. They keep saying the dishwasher is fine and send a code of NDF. But say they smell the chemical and cant figure out the defect. So its not Broken!! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! DONT BUY A DISHWASHER WITH PLASTIC TUB!!!

I was an advocate for all of the products Samsung offered. However, they came out with the Samsung tv plus. The app was automatically downloaded to my tv and my phones. In the beginning I was like whatever. Then i got tired of Netflix, hbomax, Hulu and prime videos so I started watching Samsung’s tv plus. I have to say this streaming service is nothing more than a far left political billboard. They don’t even try to hide it. They only present ads for democrat candidates in the area you are watching. In 3 weeks I have not seen one commercial for a republican. It’s as if Samsung is in the Democrat parties back pocket. After week two, I traded in my phones and switched to Apple devices. In the near future I will be replacing my tv but it won’t be with a Samsung. It is my belief companies shouldn’t promote biased political propaganda staged for only one side. This falls in the same category as cnbc, nbc, abc and all the other mainstream media outlets that promote knowingly false information to elevate democrats and suppress republicans. The people are on to companies that do this and in time will end up closing your doors. Good luck.

If I could put zero I would. They are scripted to sound like they care but it is all a script and fake. They sell defective products then refuse to fix or resolve the issue. Washer machine was defective and barely worked for 1 year. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE. you will be buying a new machine within a year. We are out $800 and can not afford a new one. Bought the machine for this much hoping for is to last many years and not have to worry about replacing it. Lesson learned and no washer machine to wash clothes with.
