Optical lead would not connect and all customer support did was get me to factory reset my brand new tv which did nothing to get the sound bar connected but wasted 2 hours having to reconnect and download all my apps. Won't buy anything Samsung again

Had problems with Samsung when our washing machine packed up although still under warranty. Every time we phoned they said it was out of warranty even though we had an extended 5 year with confirmation email. They wasted so much of our time and delayed the repair. Even when they finally told us we did have warranty, I rang the repair company Elite who were told there was none and we would be charged. We finally got through to them but when I made a complaint they were just not interested. Customer service is absolutely appalling!

The worse customer experience I’ve ever had. I wish I could tell the entire story, but I don’t want to hurt my already pounding head and spend any more time on this. I will log on later to give the whole story, that spans a matter of weeks! Thank god Sam’s Club is going to allow me to return the Samsung washing machine since Samsung wasted 3 weeks giving me the impression that if I followed all their steps (they couldn’t even get anything right on their end) that I could get a replacement for my machine, which I was informed by a local technician that takes their technical orders and looks at the machines for them, that they would have never done that! I definitely wasn’t going to keep the machine after the spin drum caused so much grey dust to come out of my machine and erode and stress the inside and it’s working parts . They could have just told me that, but you are talking to people halfway around the world who are getting paid peanuts who don’t really know or care about what’s going on. Multiple mistakes, misinformation and a total run around. Meanwhile this pushed me outside of Sam’s clubs window to do the returns. They wasted so much of my time and anything they could mess up, they did. Luckily Sam’s club is going to do the return for my anyway. Shame on you Samsung for leaving your customers high and dry in order to cut corners.

I've always liked Samsung Android phones. But after experiencing my phone getting stuck in safe mode I have changed my mind. I'm so tired of all these stupid safeguards that automatically take over your phone and render it useless. I don't care about all that B.S. if I want an outside force to intervene to try to protect my phone let me choose it. My phone is stuck in safe mode and I've tried EVERYTHING (AND I MEAN EVERYTHING) to get it off . Yes I factory reset the f¥€k¡ng phone. Now I'm going to have to buy another phone all because Samsung forces a stupid safe mode on my phone. Will Samsung pay for it???? HELL NO THEY WON'T!!! It's my phone if it blows up in my hand il deal with it! If UT gets hacked I'll deal with it. If it gets a virus I'll deal with it!! GET IT!!! I don't need a safe mode (that might as well be a freaking virus anyway) to "protect MY phone!! I'm very passed off because I just bought this phone and now I'm having to replace it. Uch Stupid Stupid Stupid idioticthing to put in the software o any phone

Never thought Samsung will have the worst customer service EVER. small companies will have more efficient and professional after service than them PLUS they are scammers, they put on the fridge features on their website a feature NOT CORRECT. STAY AWAY. Don't let the brand name deserve you like me

Would have given 0 stars if allowed. Paid over $2000 for Washer/Dryer. Charged immediately. Over a month and still sitting at the suckiest shipper in existence (XPO Logistics). It is only 1.5 hours away and has been sitting at the hub for over 1 month. Samsung support says I have to call the shipper, because they have already done their part by shipping it? WTF? Also the SLA to respond is 24-48 "BUSINESS" hours...So 6 days! Samsuck... I mean Samsung sucks and so does the shipper XPO Logistics. I can only imagine it will be damaged if it ever gets here...

Bought a Samsung refrigerator Sept. 30th 2022. Pretty basic with no water or ice dispenser. We had to change the direction of the door swing, which was not a complicated process until we discovered the screw holes on the opposite side were not lined up properly to fit the door hinge. Clearly defective straight out of the box. We put the doors back in the original position with no issue. When we called Samsung we went through three layers of so called customer service, ending with a “supervisor” and we’ were told there was nothing they could do about it. They suggested we call a service technician and pay $100 for them to show up plus an hourly rate to fix their faulty appliance. NOT GOOD ENOUGH SAMSUNG! I challenge you to make this right! I await a reply from you but I won’t hold my breath!

Never ever go with Samsung phone they are the worst they do not stand by their phones fight you all the way then they give you the reason that there is microscopic scratches BS so they do not have to give you your claim

My Samsung dryer has not worked. It only Dries on timed dry. Not any of the other settings. I have had two Samsung technician visits. Customer service has been horrible. Significant wait times, delays in scheduling, lack of return calls. They say it passes their remote app. So there’s nothing they can do. The dryer is brand new. It’s crazy.

Samsung not honouring washing machine Warrantee. (ref no 3101904324) In August 2015 I bought a Samsung front loader washing machine with a 10-year warrantee on the wash motor. The machine broke down in August 2021 with a wash motor failure. The Samsung service centre (Liptronics) came out with the wrong motor and had to return later with the right motor. The main PC board was also replaced as it was most probably damaged by the failed motor. I had to pay R2000 for the pc board and R700 for the call out. The replacement motor also failed. After that the service centre issued a so called "insurance report" and informed me that spare parts for the machine are no longer available. I filed numerous complaints with all the different channels at Samsung without any proper feedback. All I wanted them to do was repairing my machine that is still under warrantee. Today (2022 09 29) more than a year later they informed me they are not going to repair my machine as the machine is "dead". They already helped as far as they are prepared by issuing the so-called insurance report. I paid a lot of laundry cost and the cost mentioned above. This is pathetic service from Samsung, and it is unbelievable that a "big brand " Company like Samsung blatantly not honouring their Warrantee

I ordered a Samsung Fitbit watch last year on amazon. it worked fine for 11 months. it came with a 1 year warranty. I contacted Samsung repair center on 8 21 2021, and they told me to return it to them. they told me it would be 2 to 5 business days. they gave me a tkt # 416-------. on 8-23-2121 they received it. on 8-26. I called to check its status. i found that they had lost it. They escalated it and gave me a 513-----tkt #. I have been calling them often and its now October 5th and still no resolution. Samsung has very poor cusomer service

Worse customer service I bought TV from Samsung uk they lost tv during delivery and now customer service does not know where is tv. They took money out of my account and can’t send me replacement Samsung uk big fraud and poor customer service 0 stars don’t buy from Samsung uk

had order Samsung watch Pro and Samsung buds on 30 September and delivery was showing in 2 days. After 5 days of ordering still the company has not send the order. Also after calling their customer care their was no response or any kind of unprofessionalism. They keep telling the order will come and complain is registered than to no call from their side. I think it's a fraud it's better to order from other site as they are more responsible in their action. Your money will be wasted don't order from company website

If I could give a negative number I would. I would rather walk across broken glass before dealing with customer service again, but unfortunately I have been trying to AGAIN. Washer model WA40A 3005AW/A4. Broke months before warranty expired. Purchased 8/11/21. Tried to fix twice. 3rd time sent me voucher for a percent of what I paid. Can only purchase thru Samsung.com. Wanted to upgrade, was told by customer service not one of my choices delivered to my area. I live in the largest city in my state. I was on the phone and chat for at least 30-35 hours. I was transferred from person to person too many times to count, hung up on just as much. I reached one person that basically told me too bad, we don’t care you have to drive 6 hour round trip plus $80.00 in gas to your son’s house in a small college town to pick it up. We got there, no washer. Another 5 hours on the phone. Sorry, won’t be there for another 9 days. Our son there to receive delivery and mentioned Samsung not delivering to our city. The shipping company driver said “we go there every Monday.” We paid them $100.00 to bring it on to our city. Lo and behold, we unpack it and the entire front is bashed in. Contacted Samsung via chat the next day. SURPRISE, I need to talk to another department. Do you think I can get ahold of said department? NO! So I guess they don’t care about this either. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Oh, their customer service is all sweet and “want to make this right.” Then you’re passed around until you want to scream. I can not stress this enough, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SAMSUNG. THE ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY. I can honestly say I despise Samsung and I’m a calm, rational person. Take heed my warning.

Poor quality product washer seal deteriorated and tore at a weak spots on the seal after only 2 years of use. Samsung is being less than helpful with warranty and is refusing to honer it without giving a response as to why when the machine has been well maintained. In the process of a dispute but this was logged a week ago and no response when I was told this would take 1-2 days contact to follow up and am told I just have to wait. Been without the washing machine for 2 weeks and no idea how long to get a response. When asking to speak to a complaints department I’m told they don’t have one.

I think the issue was honesty, I bought an AOS3 phone and my SIM card got stuck, so did everything they recommended, and when I sent in they said warranty was out of date even though phone was fresh out of box, maybe if they would have said I caused damage instead of out of date, i may have given an extra star. Just be honest. So ended up asking for phone back not fixed, they were going to charge twice price of my unused phone to fix. Me and family will hopefully not purchase a Samsung product again.

I have been a repeat customer for many years! Every time I needed a new cellphone I insisted on a Samsung. The last 3 phones I have bought and they were brand new not refurbished. They have lasted less than a year. The last one was 300.00 dollars and it was just purchased in February of this year. I have to do a restart daily sometimes 2 times daily. It will not call out or receive calls when it malfunctions. I have been cut off in the middle of a conversation and unless I restart it I can not call the person back. I have been loyal to this company and my loyalty is done. I am looking into a different brand of phone. You better start making a better quality of product or you are going to lose alot more customers. A very unhappy Samsung phone owner Patti Altman

Ordered new watch, paid for timeslot delivery. Got notification with a timeslot, waited then post timeslot got message saying it wasn't going to be delivered until the next day, Waited in, then got another message saying another two days before delivery. Still not got it. Contacted Samsung and its not their responsibility, strange then they took a payment for it. So they wouldn't help at all, just told me I was at mercy of delivery company to arrange for delivery. DPD - ridiculous

This order was online. FYI DO NOT UPGRADE FROM S21+ TO S22+. BEWARE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I would like to say, I went to a new carrier with better service and more cost efficient for unlimited date. Happy with the change but going from a S21+ to an S22+ was a waste and now I am locked into this phone for 2 years and the screen size is not just the biggest disappointment with no way of going back to the S21+. Samsung should issue you back the S21+ in place of the S22+ or make the S22+ better and send out the better phone in exchange for the poorly produced S22+ 1. Bluetooth Sound Quality - downgrade (S20+ Excellent - to S21+ Okay - S22+ Poor). 2. S22+ Screen requires you to scroll left to right on apps (example Yahoo Fantasy Football) 3. Many apps offer no full screen mode, nor do the display settings give option to stretch to Full Screen. 4. Many of the widgets do not offer other options to reach to 4x1 but offer 1x1 only. 5. Many of the apps that had widgets for S21+ are not offered in the S22+ I purposely came to the Samsung site to post this review as I am sure I will be stuck with the phone for 2 years with no response even though I have been a loyal Samsung customer. When I say Samsung Samsung Customer I have purchased: Samsung Refrigerator Samsung Washer Samsung Dryer Samsung TV Samsung Sound bar Samsung aftermarket Surround Sound Speakers Samsung Microwave Samsung Oven (I don't have it yet, was going to upgrade after the first of the year) Samsung Galaxy Watch Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro Samsung Galaxy 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 20+, 21+ and unfortunately S22+ I am just curious if you have read this far, do you think that I will ever get contacted by Samsung?
