Never will I buy anything from Samsung. It would be zero if I could. The service I terrible and I feel sorry the the persons on the other end. They can not expediter parts evidently. The have no parts on hand I have trouble understanding the accents on the other end. Microwave is brand new never used and did not work service co installed new parts still doesn’t work and now more parts are needed told 2 to 4 more weeks Samsung says they can not expedite parts or won’t! This is the worst service I have ever experienced from a company!!! Bought whole new kitchen in Dec . And the microwave is still not usable!!!!

I purchased a DW60M6050FS Freestanding Silver dishwasher from John Lewis. This was delivered and installed on the 6 January 2021. However, in April 2021 a warning light came on and the dishwasher would not work. I was very busy with work, so asked my children's nanny to book an engineer, which she did. The engineer visited the house twice, but could not fix the fault. I received a text from Samsung asking me to send the receipt to their Alternate Resolutions Team. Having sent them the John Lewis receipt, which clearly shows my name and address, I received an email asking me to call the team. When I called the team, they tried to offer me a lower specification (older) dishwasher, or one of a different colour (white instead of silver). When I indicated that neither option would suit, they initially refused to deal with me, so I asked the girls' nanny to email them to confirm that I am the account holder. When I called back, they eventually confirmed that they would deal with me and again tried to offer me the lower specification model or a white product. I indicated that this would not do, so they offered to refund me £379 for the dishwasher. However, my receipt clearly shows the additional £20 that I paid for recycling and £25 for the installation. They refused to pay this amount, even though they had supplied me with a faulty dishwasher that broke down within 3-months. Their refusal to cover the additional £45 that I had to pay, leaves me out of pocket. In short, I do not recommend Samsung due to their poor handling of this entire issue and refusal to put me back in the same position that I was in before I purchased their dishwasher from John Lewis. I won't be buying Samsung products again. André.

On 4/26, they advertise with Google Ads a S21+5G for $299. You go to their site, agree to a trade-in, pick the phone and SURPRISE the price goes to $899! Talk about bait and switch! Crooks!

Worst customer service ever. Dishwasher broke after a month. The repair company took 2 weeks to get out to us and barely took a look, ordered every part and tried to schedule our repair 3 Months later. Samsung team fought us on the refund and was going to send us a new dishwasher, but ultimately could not provide one due to supply issues. When offering a refund, they tried to give us Samsung credit for the new dishwasher and said we'd have to pay for the disposal of the old one. We are still without a working dishwasher over 2 months later, and will never buy a samsung product again.

The representatives do not care. They don't even try to help. When you ask to speak you a supervisor, they don't at first. The supervisor is even worse than the representative. I'm going to apple.

I have had the worst customer experience that I have ever had with any company. My Dishwasher started leaking in December they had techs come out several times and finally decide to deem it not repairable. Now it is April 25 and I finally received a E coupon but guess what it is not a valid e coupon and I cant use it. This was also supposed to go through lowes but they had no idea what I was talking about. So for the past 4 almost 5 months I have been on the phone with samsung and with no help but just people saying oh im sorry to hear about that. Still no resolution or new dishwasher all I have is a bad dishwasher and really bad customer service with a lot of excuses. I will never buy any product from this company and I thought comcast was bad hahaha. They are saints compared to Samsung I would advise anyone that reads this review not to buy their product unless you want to go through a painful customer experience with no resolution if your product goes bad.

The appliances are 5 years old. The dishwasher lasted less than one year; the panel in the oven warped; the microwave door no longer latches; the filter in the refrigerator is impossible to remove to replace. The customer support is the absolute worst. I will never buy Samsung again. What a waste!

I ordered my kitchen appliances suite on 2/19/21. Paid in full! The refrigerator was out of stock, so delivery would be 2 months later(4/19/21)! I got a call on 4/16, that refrigerator was discontinued!!! Called showroom store(Home Depot), they stated it was Samsung’s call! After a whole day of trying to get answers; I was offered another inferior model which I didn’t accept. Spoke to supervisors which promised to get back to me,with no avail! Called Corporate in Ridgewood New Jersey but since purchase was not made online; it was up to business center! They said; they would make delivery for 4/28, but they would have to find a warehouse that had our fridge model! I told them no thanks; you’re looking for a floor model, which I will not accept after paying full price! I would have accepted a newer model with all the features of the original; but it wasn’t offered! Not even compensation after waiting 2 months to be told a lie that it was discontinued! I had purchased a kitchen suite 3 years before from Samsung, & returned as a satisfied customer! I was very disappointed & lost trust in your company! Think twice before you fall victim to their trap!!

We bought 8 brand new Samsung appliances from a large reputable appliance store after years of waiting to build a home. All counters and cabinets were built to fit the wall oven combo and the 36" wide induction stove top. We hauled the appliances ourselves as we are out of range for the store to install (3+ hours), paid for help to lift and install it only to find the brand new Samsung Wall Oven Combo DID NOT EVEN WORK THE VERY FIRST DAY. After many calls, emails, promised in home appointments (from Samsung) and no follow through on anything (from Samsung), we had to pay someone to help uninstall and lift it and we had to return it to the city. This took weeks to negotiate with Samsung CS. Now the 36"wide conduction cooktop has failed and apparently is not covered by any warranty (we bought it 29 JUN 2019 and started using it 13 OCT 2019 (18 months ago). It has some internal systems failure. Sorry that Samsung may be, they offer no assistance and have no suggestions for anyone that can repair it other than one store that can't even be found on the internet and even with that they offer no further options but say that if they could help they would. Please don't waste your hard earned money on their pretty products. And please encourage the stores you purchase from to stop selling their products by writing letters that support your experiences with Samsung products. There is little we can do but if everyone does even this, maybe there will be change. Forever hopeful........ I offer a pic of the perfect condition cooktop that doesn't work at all. It has been so well cared for from our end.

Shitty customer service. Never order from their website I received a defective cooktop. The top glass was smashed. I asked for a replacement. XPO delivered it again smashed and it injured my hand while opening the box. Called Samsung several times, various departments and asked for a replacement for the defective replaced item. From one agent to the order agent with bad phone quality. After a long call transferring and chats, somebody told me we will send another item soon.

I would rate 0 to Samsung customer service. I place an order for my appliances they delayed delivery 3 times and delayed order 4 months from my actual delivery date. Samsung customer service team is very unprofessional they don't care about customer answers call rudely and arrogantly. Transfers call internal to several department and then hangs up then again you go through entire process and if they answer they don't resolve the problem instead they blame us. I was told by customer service agent that it was my fault that I place single order for 3 appliances at same time he said had you placed separate order we could have delivered you available items. Is this some kind of joke this company never takes their customer seriously. I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from this SH**t company.

1st issue purchased a (gold)ie meaning yellow gold LT Active 2 watch...received box stating gold and contebt was rose gold labels on one side said gold and digital code was for gold then on one side small print unless u know  Abbreviations you would not have caught it The one product code in the middle of AUP C code stated rolls gold package said gold the codes were gold 1 barcode was different talk to customer service the package I received was for a gold watch the product they send me inside was free rolls gold watch it's my fault I was told subpar unprofessionalism....and received a pink gold rose gold instead of the gold one that we made sure was yellow gold watch....We  returned all product ruined wife's birthday... thank u for not doing anything to make better... (have ticket numbers on all issues u suck)Next on list ordered 2 watches active 2 and Galaxy watch 3 huge delay in shipping... Let alone everybody I talk to on the phone to resolve any issue had different education nobody at this place is on the same page or even can say same script... so now i have received a defective product and another ticket and 4 other people with different answer now been another 2 week physically....now 4 hrs of my life not going to get back ... and now being told the ticket submited on 11th has been looked at but no one has acted on it first was told 3-5 days turn around ( kim calma) u are in serious need of  Reducation let alone know your business.. now its the 11th day and i was told 7 to 10 days is turnaround time and now they will expedite my ticket and get back to me .. possibly this week or next ... but with all that has happened samsung u as a whole i would say 2 out of five on Google.. and negative 12 on customer service.. i have all in my account go check .. u will respond and i will continue to make little post to make sure u do fix  this ....waste of my time money and memories that u have ruined .. im no one obviously in ur eyes but u will know me......(ticket # 4158768973.. and the rest on my account ill verify when you respond.....)

Bought a range and microwave thru Best Buy. They were delivered March 27. On April 15th ran the self clean option, the glass in between the doors shattered. Called Samsung they set up for service. The service company called on the 16th to say they would be out between 10-12. They never showed up. I called Samsung they said they didn’t have the part and they would order a replacement would take 5-7 days. Called Best Buy today the 22nd. They said I would come in the store and pick out the range and set up delivery. No one at Samsung told me this, so I called them. Then they tell me the exchange is in the return products department and hasn’t been approved yet and it would either be Friday or Monday before it’s approved then I contact the store for the exchange. No one told me that on my call onTuesday so here I sit with a broken oven for a week and will probably be another week or so for a replacement. If I hadn’t already ordered new cabinets I’d go with a different brand, but this size range was measured for the cabinets to go in both sides.will never buy anything from Samsung.

Slide in gas range purchased in April of 2019. Look beautiful however, stopped working. Called for service. $100 to come out and diagnose problem. Fine booked appointment. Prior to appointment they call $530 for parts to fix the range, though they havent even inspected it. $125 per labor. Cancelled appointment, bought a new range. I will NEVER buy a Samsung product ever again!

The Samsung care + protection plan if you miss 1 payment it is canceled and the only way to restore it is to purchase a 24 Month protection plan.

I sent my tablet to be repaired. They took out my my tray card along with my SIM card. I called and asked for it to be sent back. I was told they will be shipping me a new tray card and will take 2-3 business days. It’s been a week I haven’t received anything. I called and they told me they just processed it and will take another 2-3 business days to mail it to me. SERIOUSLY!! do you guys not work? What is taking so long to mail a tray card that you guys forgot

Purchased a washer that was defective and they take forever to get back to you with your concerns. Spoke to John and Ralf who were no help and just kept me on hold for more than 2 hours. They will tell you they will call you back and never do. Have been without a washer for weeks and now have to wait for the refund to be approved which I know is going to take them forever. After reading comments, it is concerning that Samsung does not care at all about their customers and all their bad reviews.
