SCAM. We were denied to pick up a car as our flight was delayed. We phoned and they said it wasn't a problem till we turned up. Incredibly rude stuff. Very arrogant. Don't use them

One star is much more than what they really deserve ….. the worst car rental “company” ever. Dream to get your deposit back if you hire from them ….. Be careful

The flight arrived at 8:30 pm and they charged me £40 late charge as it was after working hours of 8 pm. It was an airport. when I went to the counter during working hours, there is no one but a phone number to call.

Avoid at all cost. Waited for 2 hours with other people who were complaining about Surprice (bergamo airport). Our car was given away after they accused us of being late. Dreadful behaviour by a staff member who was on his own who made my young daughter cry, rude and awful service. Stay well away.

No! To be avoided at all cost. They are scammers. You’ll find their quote very attractive until you get there. Once you’re there, they’ll do their best to charge you additional for the insurances or saying they haven’t got the car you’ve ordered. A mim they gave me an old car with loads of miles and loads of scratches, saying the car I’ve ordered was returned with faulty engine… loads of bs… They wash the car so the car will be wet when inspected. You won’t be able to see all of the existing marks and scratches until you’ve let. They’ll charge you for these at the end. At the end of the day these cars have a price, they’ll need to make money so they’ll do their best to charge you the most. My advice would be to go to well known companies such as entreprise car and alike, they might look more expensive but it’s a fix price not with loads of additional charges when you get there. They charged me 900€ for damages, or tried to, I had to raise this with the credit card company as a scam.

Dont go here. This are scammers. Need to pay 2 times for insuraces. Complete all covered insurance and still need to pay 120 euro’s for lost numberplate because that was not included

We booked a car in Bergamo, Italy in August 2022. The agent was SurPrice car rentals, Autone. First of all even if at the beginning you think the price is cheap, they charge twice for insurance, meaning you will pay 3 times more than initial price. Secondly, the personnel is super rude, you would never want to communicate such people in your life. If you do not want your trip to start with annoyance, do not rent a car from this company just use the global agents

Surprice or is it Autoone - Probably the Worst Car Rental Company Available I don’t normally write negative reviews as I believe if you don’t have anything positive to say then it’s best not to say anything. I have hired cars for holidays for over 20 years but after my experience with ‘Surprice Rent a Car’ I have found a reason to break that policy. I arrived at Fiumicino airport with 7 of my family members including an autistic child. Everybody was looking forward to a long awaited vacation and our 1st task was to get the two hire cars we required. Our email notification advised us to find the ParkingGo minibus at the departure floor (T1 and T3). There was nobody at the departure floor so we started looking outside. I couldn’t find where we were supposed to look or a minibus so after about 30 minutes of looking tried to phone Surprice. I held on for over 20 minutes without any reply. I continued to walk between Terminal 1 and 2 and asked anybody I could if they knew where the ParkingGo minibus could be located. Finally a security guard advised me where to find the minibus and one did arrive. The minbus driver ignored me completely and drove off with other people. Another minibus arrived and after persistent questioning I was advised they don’t deal with Surprice because they often didn’t pay them for the pick ups. He gave me a scrap of paper which showed we needed to use ‘Park to Air’ but didn’t tell me where they were located. We were all rather distraught by this stage. I again phoned Surprice and finally managed to speak to somebody who advised me that the minibus was located in front of the tower. I couldn’t see a tower but later spotted it as we drove away. It was behind a wall so you couldn’t see it from the walkway between the 2 terminals. When we found the minibus we couldn’t all fit in so 2 of our party had to take a taxi as he didn’t know when he could get back. It took us more than 1 ½ hours from arrival at the airport to getting on the minibus. No notification of a change in minibus company was ever sent to us and even the reminder email a few days before our trip shows ‘ParkinGo’ as the company to pick us up. On arrival at the office which didn’t reflect Surprice anywhere. All information now shows as ‘Autoone’. I guess they have changed there name and it doesn’t surprise me considering how it is run. The lady continued to eat her lunch and wasn’t concerned by anything I had to say and wasn’t going to assist us until she felt like it. I was told that I couldn’t have 2 cars on the same credit card which was how I had paid for them. This was eventually resolved after much discussion by my wife using her credit card and becoming the 2nd main driver. The fact was we were going to swop cars depending who wanted to go where. I took over an hour to sort out the paperwork during which time two other separate hirers arrived who hadn’t been able to get a minibus pick up either. We needed a child booster seat and was charged an extra €103.18 plus €22.70 Vat. A new one costs £40.00! I paid because by now I had lost the will to live and fighting would just mean I would lose the car which was an impossible situation. The cars we received were both unwashed and dirty and in poos condition. For the 2nd car I had paid for a 5 door Ford Fiesta with aircon and received a Lancia 500 with a broken aircon. The Lancia is considerably smaller than the 5 door Fiesta. Due to arrival situation we ensured we dropped the car off with plenty of time as we didn’t want to miss our plane. We arrived at about 7:30am and found nobody at the office. Fortunately other companies in the office had personnel and they advised me to take photos of the car and leave the keys on the desk. I did this but I have to ask is this a responsible company? I can’t really say we received poor service as my belief is we received no service. I guess you get what you pay for and if you don’t mind what happens then this is the company for you. For me Never Again as holidays can be ruined by companies like this.

They guys are scammers and fraudulent! Do t rent here and if your broker sends you here change the rental ! Your pickup at airport will take forever with no signage or anything to help you They give ya car in dark garage , you point out all the scratches yiu see take pics etc they say yes we have that in file ! On return they go over it like a magnifying glass , and like every other car being returned they find something to charge you ! Because they know where to look ! Make you wait and pay ! Luckily I purchased broker insurance which was refunded after they too could not get details from these guys ! And watch your credit card for future transactions and report it to your cc fraud department! They are scammers! My car when rented had so many scratches n dents ! The small new scratch they found looks like a buffed touched up piece of paint and tape which had fallen of !oh yeah they are attached to a body shop next door ! Please avoid at all costs for your piece of mind and wallet. First pic sec pic is damage on pickup Which is pathetic third pic is tape coming off where they so crafty knew where to look

Terrible company. Have been waiting 6 weeks to get my deposit back (that I was told I'd get upon returning the car) and nothing. Worse, they say they've paid when they haven't and refuse to show evidence of they "payment". Avoid this company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, when I make my reservation for 5 days without insurance I make it for $160 Canadian, let's start with that apparently it only has a small bus that takes you from the airport to the place where the cars are, the bus is super old without air conditioning, it takes a long time to wait for it, when I arrived at the place it is very old, when I showed my insurance from Canada (Desjardins) that covers rented cars all over the world, it turned out that they do not take it because they say they are small, they only received my credit card insurance but only for COLLISION, so they charged me $39 per day for LIABILITY insurance, when I arrived there were several clients claiming the same problem that they do not receive external insurance except as 3 insurance, in total my supposed reservation of $160 came out at $440, I would have known this and better booked in a serious and world-renowned company where they would have accepted my insurance, and the waiting time to look for the car would have been super fast and first quality, and lastly, the car they gave me was a pretty damaged and dirty Corolla, it had slick tires that were ready to be replaced. I thought that it was super dangerous to drive that car and that it was very irresponsible for this company to have cars like that.

One star is far more than this company deserves! Avoid this company at all costs. Our flight was rescheduled and delayed (welcome to travel during the pandemic!). When we arrived at the airport, Sur Price (SurPrise!, we're closed and you have no car)...by contrast, the other couple we were traveling with used a quality agency and their car was waiting for them, no problem....by extension, I have nothing good to say about Holiday Autos either...they made the arrangement with Sur Price for us and their "customer service" is a joke...DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!

So we rented a vehicle for a week from Dalaman in June. On arrival there was no one to greet us, I had to call the company outside the airport to find out where they were, and an hour later they turned up. When signing for the car I was told I had to pay €20 in cash because they don’t normally work after 10pm, (I think I was ripped off) then £350 deposit which is pretty normal. No damage to the car whilst I drove it, was actually pretty decent car, but on return got told my deposit would be returned in 3 weeks time. It’s now been more than 3 weeks and still no deposit received. I won’t be booking with these bandits again, I will go with Budget or Enterprise and I suggest for others to avoid.

We had an awful experience with this company, use it at your own risk. We booked two cars with this company in February this year. I was on the website the other day to look at our cars again (days before we were due to collect) and we noticed a 9 seater was available. This was by far a better option for me and my big family of 4 daughters. So I booked this car, we got an email confirmation to say it was booked and the money was taken from my account. We also received our insurance policy. Once we had all the information I then cancelled the 2 small cars. An hour after this I got an email to say the 9 seater was not available and I will get a refund in a few days!!! Now leaving us with no car for holiday. The sent me a link to offer me a discounted rate on selected cars but to add insult to injury it is the same link to the website with the prices the same as a regular visitor. I emailed the company politely to inform them what happened and if we could stop the cancelation. The response I got was very rude!!!! I was told maybe I should not have cancelled the 2 cars and this was my fault. I sent them screenshots and emails from them to show confirmation with no word back, unbelievable to say the least. So as it stands, we are 2400 pounds owed to us with no cars for our family holiday. They asked us to start booking again from the beginning and good luck. Wow, avoid at all costs

Mi experiencisa con Surprice Car Rentals en Bulgaria fue realmente mala. En marzo de este año (2022) me dieron un coche con 100.000 km. Se a los 200 km de trayecto se encendió el piloto del aceite y tuve que aparcarlo. Tardaron dos dias en traer un coche de sustitución y cuando fui a entregarlo me cobraron 600 euros del depósito de la tarjeta. LLevo reclamando todo este tiempo pero me cuelgan el teléfono o simplemente no contestan. Lo barato sale caro. No caigáis en la trampa, esta compañia son unos auténticos estafadores.

The 'meet & greet' service never turned up. Eventually they conceded that I might as well try and book another rental company. Being on the day, this was around £250 more which they said they would pay under insurance. 3 months later, no insurance pay out despite around 10+ e-mails. The quicker this company goes under, the better for all involved.

Es una estafa. Reservamos un coche para Madeira a través de la web enjoytravel donde está compañía si tenía una buena puntuación de otros usuarios. Al llegar al aeropuerto se supone que tienes que llamar para que te venga a buscar un minibús y te lleve a donde tienen los coches. Estuvimos llamando durante más de 1 hora y media y no nos cogían el teléfono ni apareció el minibús. Eran más de las 8 de la tarde ya que nuestro vuelo llegó con retraso (hora que luego cuando lees las condiciones de contratación, que no te muestran hasta que no haces la reserva, la oficina ya ha cerrado y se considera que es fuera de hora por lo que deberían cobrarte más, además según ellos debes asegurarte de llamar a la compañía antes de que salga el avión (como les llamo si dentro del avión debes tener el móvil en modo avión?? Te piden el número de vuelo al contratar...ya deberían de saber si lleva o no retraso) En todo caso me parecen unas condiciones pesimas para un alquiler de coches de aeropuerto...pero aún asi no pudimos contactar con nadie de la compañía....resultado: más de 1 hora y media tirados en el aeropuerto , 200€ perdidos y tuvimos q contratar otro coche con otra compañía

Absolutely the worst car rental experience I've ever had! They took one and a half to two hours at rental and 45 minutes to an hour on the return. Once I got to the rental desk, they introduced a new fee that I hadn't seen before. The car they gave me had numerous nicks, dents and scrapes. The passenger side had a series of scrapes from front to back. When I returned the car, I had had a small incident. I did not try to hide it. They build me $1,000 which is exorbitant, especially when you consider the condition of the car from the beginning. A customer in front of us was charged for a very small blemish that was in perceptible unless the light was just right. It's impossible to know whether the customer created the dent or if it was already there previously. This company is a scam and they're in the business of ripping off customers! I would avoid this company completely!
