I am extremely disappointed with Telkom's service. I applied for fiber service 40 days ago and still do not have an active account. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, they only delivered the modem three days ago. However, the connection is still not active because they have yet to activate the account. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I expected better from Telkom, and this situation is entirely unacceptable.

I bought airtime twice 2 hours ago, I needed to make an urgent phone call, till now they have not been loaded and I am unable to make the call. Very frustrating

Telkom is so fraudulent They bill me a 1000 extra for a 300 bill... I am so so angry at myself for connecting with them. After I knew a lot of people are complaining about them. Why don't you just close down.. I hope someone sees my review. AND PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE TELKOM IS SKELM!!!!!

Well last year I would have given a 5star but this year Telkom internet is terrible I can't even study online or complete my applications for jobs my data gets finished with out me using it I'm thinking of changing my network

Im very disappointed with the service. I started a claim process in March, till date no phone. I get conflicting feedback from different agents. Abiut 2 weeks ago I was told that stock is available and will be delivered in 7 - 14 working days. Today I'm told that they still have to order the device. I have even lost any hope that I will ever get my device.

I am very frustrated with Telkom's service. Repeated attempts to call often result in offline systems, and when I finally get through, I'm asked to send an email that bounces back. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a service that doesn't work. Customer service is practically non-existent, making it impossible to resolve issues.

Cellphone setting was changed to private and could not change it back. Logged a call in APRIL 2024 and went to store. Problem was not resolved and the store referred it. Made an enquire today and now they want to log a new call, apparently somebody will phone back in 72 hours. How is that for "service"?

This company a massive scam I sent my phone which is under contract by them for repairs,yet 3 months later I still don't have my phone I wouldn't recommend this company at all

@telkom wonderpark by Dischem side always I mean always have bad service. You'll be 3 in the shop but que for an hour while you have 7 staff in the shop but only 1 working and others sitting down and on their phones

Telkom debited my account in May; they claim payment bounced. I sent them statements and went to the bank to verify. No payment bounced. They have locked my account. I have spoken to more than 3 consultants who have not gotten back to me. It's frustrating and they do not care. No one responds to emails. Their branches cannot even help, DON'T take a contract with them. Unprofessional..

My network is been bad for past 1 years and worst in the past 2 month I can't even watch my TV box yet I'm paying for my contact when I got to the branch they say the tower is off line. The worst network and service ever

I have cancelled my contract with Telkom because of their poor services. Last month I was debited twice and I am still waiting for my refund. They made a mistake to debit me twice yet they said I shouldn’t reverse my debit order. Telkom is now like a scam. It is easy for them to charge us a penalty for late payment yet they can’t even refund us when they have made a mistake for debiting us twice in a month. This is not acceptable.

Telkom and there branches are Fraudsters. They have opened up an account using my details for another customer. I have been trying to get help with this issue for days now. Installing a fibre line using my details . Now this person decided not to pay anyone and now I'm sitting with a big bill and have been handed over to attorneys. Been trying to ask which Branch this account was opened and by whom and by which employee. They cannot assist. So yes Telkom 🙌 👏 I decided to contact my lawyer and take them to court for Fraud. Bunch of retards and pathetic staff they employ.

Telkom is a company with no ethics ..nor customer care ..pathetic ..I've had a contract with them 3 years ...months later it's over canceled etc ..but they still debit me for services I no longer use after calls upon calls to the bank and telkom I feel like it's talking to bricks...please be weary of TELKOM THEY ARE AS GOOD AS SCAMERS

The staff members at Telkom show a flagrant disregard for their customers. The service that I received from Telkom was appalling, the personnel are beyond incompetent, a technician at Telkom pavillion messed up a simple process which other service providers have executed effortlessly, and in doing so I have lost all of my data on WhatsApp - and due to the incompetence and gross negligence by the technician I was forced to take two days leave from work in order to enable me to rectify the problem, I am currently still waiting for the issue to be resolved. Furthermore, the store manager at Telkom pavillion does not have any sense of urgency, I requested the regional manager's number several times and she kept on insisting that they are not allowed to give me his number. Once my patience wore thin, she eventually gave me the number, however Telkom is yet to rectify the problem that they have created.

Telkom has the most awful service that I have ever received from a service provider. They do not send the correct billing details on time and cut off the internet connect without warning. Further to this, their payment methods do not work, their website does not work, nor does their app. This is not my first terrible experience with telkom cutting off my internet without warning. They can barely explain why their invoices are not sent on time and why they reflect the incorrect amount. I'm absolutely livid. I have to fork out R1600 out of the blue because telkom is just incompetent.

My business line stopped working for 2 weeks 4 days or something like that now. I called and called spending more than 2 hours all many calls combined. The last Rference: 102BTK270524 I received on the 27th May 2024 but nothing till number. I called 19 minutes today to be told to call after few minutes. I am even tired of being transferred to one department after another being made to verify to everyone giving my name, number, Physical address and email address to one department after another. I was transferred more than 14 times for nothing. My cellphone internet stopped. My unlimited account has internet that I cannot use from 1st June 2024. I called more that 30 times without any working advice regardless I spent over R4000.00 to telkom per month. I'm now sitting at Telkom The Glen Mall where they told me "sorry, we can't help you, no technicians here, just keep calling".
